Lucky me! I met one of the owners at a Yelp event and now I am hooked!!!! These cookies are baked to order when purchased online. Available for pick up or delivery. They even offer shipping! Each cookie is big enough to share or nibble at all day like I do:). Soft and cake like which are my favorite types of cookies!!!! I ordered a bunch as gifts. *They charge 15 cents for each cookie to be individually wrapped. Worth it!!! Keeps them fresher longer *When picking up at their facility call them when you are in the lot and they will bring out your order. These guys are super friendly! *It was easy to order online/pay/and set up my pick up day/time. *Order them for the holidays now! *They make great stocking stuffers too!

We had the pleasure of trying these delightful and delicious cookies when they were recently a vendor at a Yelp event I just went to in Burbank. The cookies were incredibly tasty and moist, not too sweet at all, literally the perfect amount of goodness!! We tried the OG Chocolate chip and the Sprinkle (hope I didn't butcher the name ) but they were some of the best cookies we've ever had. I wish I had bought more. The guy who was there was friendly, informative and had great cookie vibes. Nice small conversation about the recipes, location of their business, and overall about the business. It's nice to see and know that a small business such as this one didn't start out that way BUT is thriving. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be back to grab a lot more. Thank you for the samples too!

Ambiance: Bakery / Food Warehouse Service:AMAZING One of my favorite parts of picking up my order is seeing the crew. EVERY pick up is a pick-me-up. They are three best friends who make delicious cookies and when I tell you that they are the coolest and funniest staff, I mean it. They go out of their way to make your order perfect. Food: Hands Down Best Cookies I'm a regular and I try all of Chubby Cookie Co.'s new flavors. The new Vegan Red Velvet cookie is bomb! All of their cookies have the perfect balance of crisp on the outside and gooey in the center! I was caught by surprise when they told me it's vegan. I was chatting with the very friendly staff and they had to make me a believer, they even said my reaction was common. We got to chatting some more and I love how passionate they all are about making the perfect cookie! Always and only using quality ingredients without any preservatives or additives being used! They said "that's cheating"! Tips Parking: Lot You park in the front of the warehouse. It's kind confusing because it's a lot and a building, but give them a call and they'll bring the cookies out to you.

I'm not one to eat cookies but I was offered a sample. Delicious, tasty, sweet, soft, & perfect amount of chocolate chips. The vendor guy was extremely friendly, sweet, & even wanted to know if I had questions about the ingredients. Answered my questions & was appreciative of me stopping by. This place is located in an industrialized work area in North Hollywood. It's not a retail location, it's a ghost kitchen in which it shares it's property with a neighboring restaurant. The cookies here are delicious, but you're supposed to call ahead or order online the types of cookies you want. We didn't know, my brother and I was just coming here blindly and just assuming they had cookies available. Luckily for us, they just baked a batch of cookies upon our arrival. Please support this business.

Five stars , we are just in love with this cookies, we also know there is a lot of places to pick and or order cookies. They must make them with cookie love because hands down the best in the valley... friendly and gorgeous ... only day that as I ordered for sons wedding and they customized the label that daughter in law wanted . I placed my order online early in the morning with a pick up time later that morning. I went to pick up a lil after that time. I was a little confused with the process as I read that there would be an email confirming my order would be ready. Anyways, I turned up to the address; an industrial building which hosts multiple food related businesses, and found someone to let me in with them. My order was ready and included 1x Raspberry Cheesecake w/ Graham Cookie, 1x Choc Chip w/Walnut Cookie, 1x White Choc w/ Macadamia Cookie, 1x Double Dark Choc Cookie and 1x Vegan Red Velvet Cookie. They graciously included a couple of extra cookies since it was a birthday promo which I appreciated. Join their mailing list! I got the smaller sized cookie where possible which was perfectly fine since I bought a variety for MYSELF! I loved almost all of the cookies. I found The Vegan Red Velvet Cookie a little bland in comparison to the rest. I started with the Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie which set a high bar. What a great mix of flavors and textures. The White Choc Macadamia Nut cookie was full of Macadamias which I enjoyed. The Walnut is a nice contrast in the Choc Chip cookie. All of the cookies had a nice soft feel with slightly gooey bits in them. I can't eat cookies that regularly but these would also be a great gift for people. Highly recommended if you're ok with the ordering/pickup procedure.

Omg yum, yum, yum give me some!!! Chubby cookies are bomb.com:) These cookies are as big as my hand & they are so good. Not too sweet and have the perfect crispness and chew to them. (They are crisp on the outside and soft in the middle) So freaking good:) Can't wait to try more flavors!

December 4: Happy National Cookie Day, C.C.C! [yes, an actual noted date] As a special thank-you for a VIP client, I ordered several dozen variety holiday assortment batch including the newest 'Pumpkin Spice Pecan' and dazzling 'The Hazeltine' (with chocolate). Not only did Chubby get my order done promptly, each & every single cookie was hand-wrapped with a nice detailed label. As a fan of oatmeal choc-chip cookies in life, this masterpiece 'The Hazeltine' just might have risen to the top as the new numero-uno. And these guys couldn't have been any more nicer, thus I had no option but to then indulge selfishly for home consumption as our entire family is in eager anticipation of Santa's arrival! You won't be let down, guaranteed -- not to mention what better time, tis the season!

The cookies alone are to die for (what diet?). If you don't know what flavor to choose, PICK THEM ALL. I especially love that Chubby Cookies keeps its staple menu, then adds seasonal flavors. Don't miss out on the current seasonal, the Hazeltine- who can say no to Nutella?? My birthday dinner was literally cookies. YUM. However, the most impressive (and special!) part of my entire experience was John. When my birthday code didn't work on the website and I sent Chubby Cookie an email, I didn't expect such a quick answer. John responded with such alacrity and warmness that is so rare to find nowadays (but I truly felt it come through in his emails!). In a world of automated messages/unenthusiastic customer service-type responses/extremely long wait times for a simple answer, I truly appreciated John's swiftness in taking care of my issue and confirming my order. Two days later, not only did he remember it was my birthday, he added a couple of free cookies to my order. Highly recommended!! I saved a couple cookies for my coworkers who are huge cookie snobs- no doubt they're going to go nuts tomorrow. Chubby Cookies trumps Milk Jar Cookies, which crushes Crumbl (and that's just the way the cookie crumbles, ha... ha... ha). PS. They don't have an actual storefront, but there is a huge sign in front of the warehouse. You can call them upon arrival :)

I was introduced to Chubby cookies from my cousin and I immediately connected with the owner to get some cookies. They have two size options so it's good to try both and be your own judge. I went with the 5 oz this round and the cookies are very fresh and full of flavor. We got mostly the chocolate chip but also tried the birthday cake, PB chocolate and Macadamia white chocolate. Overall a great experience and appreciate the kind communication from ownership.

Delicious!! That's what these cookies are. These are the best cookies we've ever had and we keep going back for more. These are always a hit at any event, whether it's a small get together or a large 450+ person wedding. We had these cookies as our wedding favors and got so many compliments on the design of our packaging and the taste of the cookies, of course. The staff has some of the sweetest people who are open to helping you out at all times. We love them! read more

I love chubby cookies!! They are the perfect cookies, chewy, the perfect number of chocolate chips, the perfect texture, it's everything and more! I always take it to pot lucks and gatherings and they are a crowd favorite. I keep getting asked "WHERE ARE THESE COOKIES FROM." I love a classic choco chip but also enjoy their oatmeal choco chip, sprinkle one, and the even have a red velvet vegan one. You can't go wrong with any of their cookies. I admit the problem is that, this place is a bit hard to find, There is a big sign on the gate, And you might have a hard time getting parking. Went there the other day, I was able to buy cookies, The owners were nice people, very friendly, and their cookies are wonderful, moist, and big. I loved them, and I recommended them to a friend that lives in that area. I highly recommend these cookies. read more

I cannot even find the words to describe these cookies. They are ooey gooey, fresh, and delicious. The sizes are great too, so a few will go a long way. The guys are amazing! I had emailed them for my daughter's birthday and John got back to me right away and we were able to figure things out as far as amount needed and available flavors. I'm soooooo in love with these cookies, I've places an order almost every week now. My daughter loves the Birthday Cake cookies and I'm the cookie chip lover. The pick up service is awesome on the weekends and the employees are very nice in person and over the phone. Snookies cookies use to be my favorite but now its CHUBBY COOKIES. Everytime I get my cookies they are freshly baked and the box is warm to touch I've never made it home without cracking open the box and eating one. My new favorite!!! read more

Had a milestone birthday this week and my favorite dessert isn't cake, ice cream, or pie. It's cookies. Wanted to support a local spot and get something quality, so I made an order here based on reviews and distance from my apartment. Best birthday cookie I could have asked for. The chocolate chip ones felt like I was 3 years old and tasting them for the first. Haven't tried the double chocolate ones yet or the (appropriate) birthday sprinkles ones, but they're in the box ready for me. The shop owners/bakers are friendly and clearly know their stuff. I am so happy I found this place, my husband and I love cookies and I just put in a quick yelp search and saw this place, gave it a try and it did not disappoint. This was my first time at the location which is actually a ghost kitchen (I love discovering places like this) so like some of the comments note it's not easy to find at first. This is the only cookie shop that NEEDS 6 stars. Hands down some of the best cookies you will Ever have. I think addiction is the best word to describe my families love for these cookies. Even my dad had to pause and look at me and say " I'm 65, yrs old, and this is the best cookie I've ever had, in my life" Arthur is great and he makes sure your order is perfect and always has a smile. So happy I found Chubby Cookie Co on Postmates. The cookies are delicious! Slightly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Packed full of chips and/or nuts. We used Chubby Cookie Company as the dessert at our wedding, and we could not have been happier! John was great to work with, and he had us come to the bakery to try out the goods ahead of time. It's the real deal! My one critique is that the cookies were so good that they drew attention away from the bride and groom! 10/10 recommend! read more

These cookies are amazing! They were handed out at work and I brought two home and wow wow wow, me and my fiancé went nuts over them. Thick, soft in the middle and a slight crunch on the outside, chubby haha because they are full of chocolate chips!!! Honestly you get like 3 chocolate chips in every bite! Fresh warm gooey cookie, literally everything youd love in a cookie. i was skeptical at first because im usually not a fan of a chubby cookie, i dont mean to discriminate towards the thiccer cookies but some of them are dry. when i tell you this was the best chubby cookie ive ever had i dont take that lightly. it wasnt too sweet it had a perfect contrast of crunch to chew ratio. absolutely a delicious cookie. genuinely i would have liked a sugar cookie on the menu but thats just a personal preference. the service was great, i was offered a complimentary pumpkin spice cookie to try, im not a fan of pumpkin spice so i gave that to my mother who really enjoyed it. the location with warehouse situation was interesting, but they made it easy just call and they bring it right to you. it was my first time but based off everything, ill definitely be back! highly recommend the chocolate chip, its just an all around great cookie. read more

John is awesome! We came down a while ago and wasn't able to post my review right then and there. We came a little earlier before they opened and cookies were not made yet. We just didn't have the time to wait and would've definitely stayed if time was kind to us. Entrance is kinda weird. Actually there really isn't an entrance (no front door) for chubby cookie. Seemed like you are going to the back way of the bldg and a code is required to get in. John was very hospitable and friendly. He didn't want us to leave empty handed and was generous enough to give us mini taster cookies that were made several days ago which we were completely fine with. John was hesitant but I insisted it wasn't an issue at all. Honestly, the cookies still tasted delish! I can only imagine what a fresh hot cookie would taste. Loved John's energy and kindness. We will come back when I'm the area and soooo looking forward to it. We hope to see you soon John! You must try this place! read more

By far the best cookies I've ever had and best in the LA area for sure. I've ordered from Chubby every weekend for the last two months and I'm totally in love with this place. Love the classic chocolate chip and the sprinkle birthday cake. Always go for the 5oz option. The gooeyness on the inside is amazing. The guys working here are all super friendly and considerate. My friend needed some cookies for a holiday party and I just quickly looked up some options in my neighborhood... who knew this little gem was mere miles from me! The name alone got my attention but once we tore into a few... holy crap!! So delicious! We tried the oatmeal choc chip and macadamia nut ones right away and they're so soft and yummy. We tried the birthday cake next, one I was excited about just becuz i like the occasional sugar cookie, but I had no idea sprinkles had so much flavor! It's more than just your typical sugar cookie... it DOES taste like birthday cake, but it's more than that. My friend said it reminded her of fruit loops in the best possible way! We picked them up and the guy who brought them was also very nice. I will definitely be back chubby cookie company and I will be telling others about you as well!! Thank you. read more

Highly recommend these incredible cookies to anyone looking for the taste and feel of NY's esteemed Levain bakery chocolate chips. I randomly found these guys on Yelp, went to their commercial kitchen in the valley, and met the 3 lovely hardworking young men who launched Chubby Cookie Co during the pandemic. I ordered chicken wings from WingFerno in Buena Park, I saw this cookie that caught my attention. I only bought one in case I don't like it, but low and behold it was the most amazing cookie I've ever tried. It is moist, not too sweet, crumbly and soft, it has a texture similar to scone only way better. I'm not doing any justice describing how it taste but they are the most mouth-watering, amazing and delicious cookies. I searched online where I can buy them but unfortunately there's none close by. I emailed the company not expecting any response, what amazes me was I received an email back right away. John Markosian, the VP of Chubby Cookie Co was able to make an arrangement to ship the cookies in no time. I will give the quality of the cookies and the great wonderful customer service experience from Chubby Cookie Co a 10 star but only 5 star is allowed. I brought some cookies to my teams during our meeting, and they all loved the cookies and wanting more. I am very particular with sweets, cakes, pastries and etc., since I bake from scratch and teach baking cakes, breads, and cake decorating part time, so for me to endorse cookies like Chubby's is one close to none. I hardly eat commercial cookies because I haven't found a great one that I can truly enjoy. Good business etiquette is simple: when a business makes a mistake, it should acknowledge it, correct it immediately, sincerely apologize to the customer, and ensure the customer leaves satisfied. That builds trust and demonstrates accountability. Instead, much of your response focuses on explaining that the price tag may have been moved accidentally by staff or customers. Those are explanations, not accountability. This was one of the last two pieces left in the display, and the incorrect price tag should have been noticed well before my purchase. As I also stated in my response to the Agricultural Commissioner of Weights & Measures Inspector, I am almost certain that after I shared my experience and reviews on social media, the pricing discrepancies would have been already corrected. If that is the case, I genuinely hope those changes help make sure future customers are charged accurately and fairly. Regarding the Kyiv cake, my concern is relatively minimal compared to the pricing issue. It simply did not taste as good as it used to. It lacked the freshness and flavor we had previously enjoyed, and it tasted somewhat stale. This is the least of my concern. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability. Businesses earn customer loyalty by owning their mistakes, not by offering explanations for why they may have happened. A sincere apology, immediate correction and a commitment to making things right would have been a much more appropriate response.

I returned to the store to request an exchange, but I was told that it is the customer's responsibility to check the expiration date. The staff pointed to a "Beyond Use Date" on the bottom of the packaging labeled July 20th. It is also the store's responsibility to not sell expired item. I went through the bread that were on the shelf with the worker and most of them had expiration date for the same day. If the bread is freshly baked each morning as they claim, it is unclear how it could expire on the same day it was made. I bought bread from Paris Baguette for many years, I have never experienced bread molding within one to two days. While the issue with the product itself is frustrating, I am most disappointed by how the situation was handled by the team. Also, I suggest putting the expiration date where it's visible so that customers can responsibly purchase bread.
