I've gotten an assortment of donuts using the Too Good To Go app. The people behind the counter are really friendly and sweet. The area is kept very clean. Parking lot is shared with other businesses. My favorites are blueberry donuts, chocolate old fashioned, and glazed. They taste fresh, light, fluffy, and not overly sweet (at least the ones I had). 5 stars all around for the great service, fresh and yummy donuts, and very fair price point! read more

This place is one of my all time favorite donut locations of all time. I personally love creative donuts. To each their own, but I find simple blueberry and cream filled donuts boring and Colorado Donuts truly delivers on unique, different flavor donuts. My favorite donuts from them are definitely the crème brûlée and the dulce de leche. They're both super soft, have the perfect amount of filling and are not overly sweet, which is very nice. They also have a nice selection of vegan donuts and even ice cream. Definitely a place to stop by, not to mention the staff is always very nice and helpful. read more

It's like entering a candy shop but donuts--so fun and inviting! There's all sorts of pastries and donuts to choose from! I was full from my burger dinner so I just bought a few: CUSTARD & BERRIES CROISSANT DONUT Oh yes, this was a special treat--you get custard and fresh berries, and all the layers of a croissant--glazed! So yummy! BLUEBERRY CAKE - You're standard blueberry glazed cake donut and it was delicious! My all time favorite anywhere. APPLE FRITTER - On the greasy side but I think all fritters tastes like this. I still enjoyed it but too much may make you feel a tad sick since you tastes the oil it was deep fried in. UBE DONUT - The fact that it has ube in both the dough and frosting, you truly get the maximum ube flavor experience and it's out of this world! This was a freebie and I feel quite dumb not ordering it to begin with. Thank you! NOTE: Tip is cash only so be sure to bring some to tip cuz the owner is super sweet! Cute and very clean donut shop conveniently located along Colorado Blvd. They had more flavors that other similarly priced donuts didn't have. Finding filled cronuts especially are hard to find. You usually only see plain or glazed types. read more

This is my go-to donut shop, even if I live 20 minutes away, it's well worth the drive. They have a wide array of different flavors and very good hours. They're pricey but it's definitely worth it. I love their social media presence too. Cannot recommend more. read more

They're honestly the best donuts I've ever had anywhere. I actually discovered this place by accident via the TGTG app. Now anytime I'm in that area it's a MANDATORY detour. I am constantly checking my GPS to see how far they are from wherever I'm at because they're that good. I've left baseball stadiums and skipped the snack bar because I knew I was gonna hit Colorado Donuts on my way home. They have such delicious and unique donuts ideas. I just love giving them my business. They always throw in an extra treat which is unheard of in this economy. I will forever be a patron of this establishment. Shame on anyone leaving a bad review over silly social media posts. These are the type of mom and pop shops we should be supporting the most. read more

I used to live up the street from this donut shop and would come here occasionally for a fix. This family-owned business started doing fancy donuts long before it became a trend. Inside the case you'll see decadent offerings like Snickers and Banana Nutella. They also have cronuts and classics, in addition to coffee & ice cream. The lady that owns the store is sweet & friendly. She knows her regulars by name. The donuts are made fresh daily. On a recent visit I tried the Nutella Banana Donut. It was sinfully delicious! A yeast raised donut split in half with a layer of Nutella & thin slices of banana in the middle topped with a chocolate glaze, a dollop of banana flavored whipped cream, and a banana slice. The bananas were also fresh. Not mushy, not hard, but just right. The combination was delightful. read more

Wow, amazing donuts! I was blown away by the blueberry frosted donut. Whole blueberries and blueberry chunks embedded in a blueberry frosting glaze. Didn't know that blueberry flavoring could be that intense, or that I needed it in my life. The crème brûlée, apple fritter, and other assorted donuts were also excellent. They have some other fancy ones with things like Snickers in them that I might try someday soon. My one point would be to get much better coffee or do a collab with a local coffee roaster. read more

My Boss has sent the picture in group chat. My first impression was cream brûlée, and I must have asked him where he got these kind of cute yummy DONUTS at. It took an hour from where I live, but I did drive down there. Realized this spot is owned by CAMBODIAN, love to support my Cambodian community. OMG, as we walked inside the shop, beautiful ambiance, pinky color, and looked at those donuts on the shelves just made me want to eat them all. I'm not a donut person, but love to get this fixed once in a while :) got several types, Ube, Cream brûlée, fruity, those are very delicious. Great service, great attentive. I'm giving one star only because there are reviews and they mention gluten free bug they have vegan but NO gluten free donuts. Vegan, while not having dairy, has nothing to do with being Celiac or gluten intolerant. It may not be their fault but they are falsely listed as having GF donuts. read more

Easily my favorite donut shop. I moved to LA a few years ago and have since been in and out of the state due to work very regularly, but I always make sure I stop here every time I return. It just tastes like home to me. And ignore the 1 star about AI. They absolutely do not use AI in their advertisements. Do not let one foul and misguided review sway you on passing up this adorable mom and pop donut shop. read more

There's a parking lot here and some of the spots are weirdly laid out. The inside is fairly silent and there's the fun pink theme. Service has always been quick. It's real easy to grab some donuts to-go. There's lots of simple yet good selection of donuts available. The blueberry donut selections are tasty. The crossiant donuts are delicious. There are so many vegan donut options here! They are clearly marked and separated from the non-vegan donuts so it was easy to shop and make my selection. One of my favorite donut places when driving through eagle rock or a must stop to see all their incredible creations! It's a great gift to give some donuts to friends or a great thank you. The owners and staff are all so sweet and amazing! Always so welcoming! They will throw in an extra donut, which is so sweet! They have the best Thai tea as well!!! The original plan was to wait a few hours to get some lunch, Colorado Donuts colourful building caught my attention and suddenly our car magically appeared in the parking lot. The bright pink donut shop offers a ton of different donut styles, fresh juice, and even ice cream (I think) in the back of the shop, though it wasn't set up when we were there. I came here on Sunday and absolutely fell in love with both the Cookie Monster donut as well as the massive "Twix" one which literally had some Twix bars inside of it. The Twix got consumed first and this thing really hit the spot. Talk about substance, chocolatey goodness, and candy? Yeah, amazing donut. I ate the Cookie Monster donut a bit later and really enjoyed this one as well, just a solid little donut. Overall, Colorado Donuts was a really solid experience. The employee helping us was friendly and helpful, the bakery itself looked super cool inside, and the donuts were great as well. Oh, I also got one of the chocolate milks in the cooler and that was super good as well. Need Donuts? They for you. read more

The lady is the sweetest and she even offered to reserve a donut over the phone since they were running out! The banana Nutella cronut is AMAZING. Food: The donuts are very pretty to look at, but they're crazy sweet. I had to scrape the thick glaze covering my donut just so I can enjoy it. Don't get me wrong, I love their soft and fluffy donuts, they just tend to be too overly sweet. Service: Service always hits the spot. They're always so nice and friendly. Some days they throw in free donut holes for my kid, and who doesn't like free stuff Price: The price is more on the expensive side. A bacon maple donut runs for $5.25. I got three donuts and was surprised to pay $15. All in all, cool little mom n' pop shop in Eagle Rock. Worth trying! --Edited 05/08/2025 Stopped in to pick up donuts for my kid's teacher for Teacher Appreciation Week. Got a dozen sprinkle donuts and six filled ones--total came out to $54. We found this spot on a list of the top donut shops in Los Angeles, and once we learned they offered vegan options, we were all in. We made the one-hour drive to check it out. It's located in a strip mall in a beautiful part of the city, and the service was friendly and helpful. The vegan ube donut was so good--the cake had the perfect texture. I know donuts are subjective, but this one was seriously impressive. We also got lucky with the blueberry fritters, which had just come out of the kitchen. Warm, crunchy, gooey... absolutely perfect. Highly recommended. On our way out, we thanked the staff and told them we discovered their shop through the list we'd seen online and made the long (but totally worth it) drive. "Friendly" is an understatement, thank you for everything! Your donuts are amazing, and we hope to be back soon. read more

Probably the best donuts in Southern CA! Each donut was fresh and had its unique flavor, none of it was dry. If I had to pick my favorite it's hard to say, maybe between the ube and the maple with chocolate crunch balls. I tried the cake, red velvet, matcha, blueberry and glazed donuts. Love this freaking place! Everything here is a hit. The Cookie Monster, banana Nutella cronut and the Dubai Chocolate donuts are my favorites. Yes, they're a little pricier than most shops but I can assure you that everything is made fresh and from scratch. And don't get me started on the service. I'm not sure what kind of magic is happening in the kitchen at Colorado Donuts, but their donuts are nothing short of spectacular. First off, they look like the beautiful model donuts you see on packaging. My coworkers are always amused by the unique ones I bring in--whether it's an Elmo or a Cookie Monster donut. One downside? Sometimes they're so stunning that people hesitate to eat them, not wanting to ruin the masterpiece. But that's an "us" problem, not a "Colorado Donuts" problem. Located on a corner lot, it's always easy to pop in and out of their bright, clean store. In the end, Colorado Donuts works some serious magic--now you see them, now you don't, because once you take that first bite, these donuts disappear in no time. read more

Best donuts near eagle rock/glendale area. I'm mostly tried the classic donuts here, but they always have so many fun special edition ones as well. They all have tasted so fresh and amazing. When you buy multiple, they workers usually award you with a free donut as well. Love the food and service here, it's my only go to spot now. read more

Absolutely my favorite donut shop in LA. Why? 1.) IMHO Colorado Donuts has the friendliest and nicest peeps that matches the sweetness of their products. 2.) They have a great selections of donuts from plain glazy jane to bright and whimsical Willy Wonka'ish donuts! 3.) The day does not start without Colorado Donuts!!!! Sophia and Kimberly are not only great hosts but they remember almost everyone's order and tastes... I like my coffee with a little ice so when they pour mine they put an X on it therefore I have become the X man! If you want to know about anything in Eagle Rock or know some of it's history come by early in the morning and sit with us old timers, we can tell you stories while your having a freshly baked donut and delicious freshly brew Joe that costs half the price as your designer joints (never understood the fad of those places... why pay so much for a name?). They changed so much, they have way more variety of donuts than the last time I've been here! Such as Ube donuts, Elmo & Cookie Monster donuts, and even CRONUTS! I Got an Ube Donut, Cookie Monster donut and a Reeses Oreo Cronut! They were all delicious, well I never tried an Ube donut before so I don't know how its supposed to taste? After dining in Pasadena, I decided to visit Colorado Donuts around 9 pm on a Sunday. Despite a short line, it moved quickly thanks to the fast-paced employee behind the counter. While I was ordering, I noticed a few gaps in their selection, but there was still plenty of flavors to choose from. My favorite was the vegan glazed donuts, which were surprisingly delicious and indistinguishable from non-vegan ones. However, I found their blueberry and strawberry donuts to be overly sweet for my taste. Price-wise, they are on the more expensive side, priced at almost $5 apiece. I specifically came here for there donut ice cream sandwiches but I ended up taking a dozen home!! LOL! No complaints! Been coming here for over 10 years. Love the donuts, croissant and the yummy sandwiches that are always so fresh.
