So, I have been craving a Gyro for a moment, and although for me the meat portions weren't that big it was still very good. Let me be honest I like the Pita beard more than anything. As far as my Cobb Salad it was very tasty all it needed for me was some salt and pepper and bam it was delicious. I will be going back.

Food was really enjoyable and service was fast. Though the parking lot was full, the line/wait inside was not bad. Was sitting down to eat less than 15 minutes after we arrived. Went with my family and we all had very different menu items, which was great as I was able to try a bit of everything. The entrees we ordered were: Lemon-Crusted Salmon, Chill Burger, and a senior Breakfast combo. Total check before tip was $34, which was higher than expected due to having to pay separate for fries when ordering a burger, which was confusing since the sandwiches do come with fries? Overall though this was a fantastic dining experience and I would return again in the future.

Despite being told that we would be seated in 15 mins but actually waiting long over 45 mins. Our visit was enjoyable. Our food came out really fast and fresh . I Definitely plan to return again. The hostess / cashier whom I failed to get her name was amazing. She's seriously the only reason why we didn't noticed that we waited much longer than the expected time giving. She was so friendly and engaged great conversation/ discussion with my daughters and niece regarding career options and schooling .

Grab this on my way to the airport and must say it was a decent amount of food , pricey but decent . They allowed me to order over the phone. The food needed seasoning but it was in abundance, they didn't lack in that area just for Me to give it at least a 4-star I needed it to have some taste to it. They were nice when I picked them up but I need some seasoning on my food

We've tried this place several times. It's a little over-priced and the food is just ok.

Food was bland and not that tasty :/ my steak was dry, they put too much batter on whatever they deep fry. This will be my last trip here

Our event coordinator had already been in contact with each hotel's sales team regarding room blocks, but my fiancé and I wanted to personally see the properties before recommending them to 30-40 hotel room blocks. Although we arrived after sales office hours, Liz at the front desk was exceptionally kind. She walked us through the restaurants commonly used for private events, explained the renovation timeline, and invited us to take our time exploring before returning to the front desk to view a standard guest room. Unfortunately, our experience changed when another employee, who later identified himself as Clayton, a manager, stepped in. It appeared he had been listening to our conversation but had not introduced himself. He abruptly informed us that we would not be able to view a room. We explained that our event coordinator was already working with the sales manager regarding room blocks and pricing, and that we were simply trying to ensure we felt confident recommending the hotel to our family and friends. Despite understanding the situation, he remained unwilling to accommodate the request. His only suggestion was that we purchase a room if we wanted to see one. For us, this interaction spoke volumes. Hospitality isn't just about beautiful rooms--it's about making potential guests feel welcomed and valued. If this was the experience we received as prospective clients considering multiple wedding events and dozens of room nights, it gave us pause about what our guests might experience. As a result, we will likely to move our room block, welcome dinner, Saturday event, and Sunday brunch where we're met with warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality from the moment we arrive. The Joule is undeniably a beautiful property, but customer service plays a major role in our decision-making. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that our business was neither appreciated nor wanted.

I hit the jackpot gem with Bucket and Rope. This place is just off the main areas in downtown near the Dallas Farmer's Market. The patrons are mostly locals who know what's up. The layout is spacious but welcoming. I sat at the bar as I was solo, but there were plenty of great seating options including comfortable couches. The patio is currently being re-done, but will be perfect for the upcoming fall season. The menu offerings were plentiful and varied, but there are specials and rotating options as well. Alexa at the bar greeted me, and went over the menu and specials with me. She did a great job making my cocktails and giving casual conversation throughout. I ordered the off-menu Steak Frites with broccolini and fries. The steak was charred perfectly on the outside and moist and at the lovely medium temp on the inside. The broccolini was on point with just a bit of spice from the red pepper. Fries were shoestring style, and they did it right with that perfect crisp on the outside and soft inside. I learned that Thursdays are paella night! What a great surprise in downtown Dallas! When in the city again, this will absolutely be my go to place for cocktails and great food.
