I came to this Chuck E Cheese since it looked nicer than the one closer to us. Each combo comes with 4 cups, right? So tell me why did the cashier gave me 2 cups and when I told her it comes with 4 cups, she rolled her eyes. I've gone to nicer Chuck E Cheese even "ghetto" ones and they never been as rude like here. Yes, I know they close at 9 but they didn't announced they were closing. What they did instead was unplug all the games. We had just insert our token when lights went out without any explanation. This Chuck E Cheese is super busy. They recently remodelled the shopping centre, so it does look a lot nicer than it used too. I like that they have games for all ages to play. But a lot of the games are broken or not working properly. The salad bar and pizza is decent, but the pizza takes a long while to come out. It's a good place to meet up with friends and hang out. It can get busy on the weekends, weekdays are less crazy! read more

The tap cards are a huge mistake. The computer takes so long to process the credit that kids just keep tapping and getting their credits taken away while the machine continues to process just 1 of the credits. So a lot of games end up costing 3-4 times as much, but unless an adult is helping them and really watching the machines closely the average kid, or especially toddler, doesn't understand that most of their credits just got wasted and there's no way to get them back. With coins, kids generally could tell that they already put a coin in, so wait to see what happens, and if the game wasn't working then they could push the coin return and get the coin back. At least when it came to the tickets the girl at the counter rounded my daughter up a little bit, but still. Imagine how many more tickets she could have had if the tap card system didn't take advantage of her. Technology is great... until it's not. read more

Omg what a fun time at Chuck E. Cheeses on the week days. I love the employees here. They are so, so sweet and unobtrusive. They are always smiling and have an amazing attitude. I was so happy when I came here last night and was helped so promptly and the facility was clean and pizza crust free. The cakes, salad bar, and pizza and cookies look amazing! Maybe I'll try them next time! But as for the machines, they are usually in perfect working order! I truly am humbled by this location and will be back again and again. read more

At first I didn't understand why this Chuckee Cheese was rated low, but I found out soon enough. Overall, this location is clean and spacious with most of the games and attractions working without any issue. We paid about $50 with a coupon for a group of 4 people, two adults and two kids. This price included 2 pizzas, drinks for all 4 people, hot wings, and about 130 tokens. The kids didn't even use all of the tokens which is saying a lot! The lack of stars is for a few things that are extremely important. Although the cashier at the front was very friendly, once our food was delivered no one checked to see if we needed any plates or anything taken away. When I stopped a waitress to ask if she can she didn't respond but merely picked up the plates and walked away. She seemed to lack the basic customer skills of acknowledging the customer. I would have been able to let this go, but when we were leaving the kids needed to use the restroom. Let me just say that the restroom was one of the dirtiest restrooms I've ever been to. There was USED toilet paper everywhere, including the hallway going into the restroom. It was awful. When we were leaving we saw employees standing around having personal conversations. I went there yesterday since my 7 year old daughter is on spring break. We went in the afternoon about 5 pm so it wasn't that crowded yet. We were the second ones in line behind another lady who slipped in front of line in front of us from inside the place. The girl at the register took 10-15 minutes to take care of her. What bothered me was that there were 2 other employees standing around and they didn't even notice that she was taking a long time and open another register. I thought this was pretty rude, making people wait and creating a line when there really was no need to. So we finally get a chance to order and I hand the girl the coupon and say cheese pizza. Took two minutes and was easy right? Wrong, she messed up the order and we got pepperoni instead. We would have complained except it took 20 minutes to get the pizza the first time and we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. She gave me the wrong receipt also, yelled for me to come back so she could take back the incorrect receipt, entirely unprofessional. Well, guess I should have expected that from part time working school kids, but I have high expectations for any business that relies on good customer service, especially since I used to work for a video store years ago and would always go the extra mile to make sure my customers were happy. The pizza was okay, the server didn't ask me if I needed anything else, just dropped the pizza off and headed for the hills. I wanted a box to take home the leftovers but didn't want to bother the lazy workers there so we left it. The wait time at the prize booth was a little bit better this time. ordered a chicken pizza at chuck e cheese Cerritos, CA , however, the pizza came with numerous chunks of pepperoni. We never eaten pork.My wife was sick and disgusted . When I complained , manager told me just to remove the pepperoni and continue eating. He was rude , and lack basic customer skills and could barely speak English. Well I had paid for a chicken pizza and insisted to have another pizza which came after 1 hour just to show that they can retaliate. The place is filthy. The kids get sick the next day every time we go there..... we been there 5 times and that is it, no more! We will not have to drive to one further away.... at the end of collecting your tickets you stand in line to cash them out and barter for toys... if you decide to buy a toy, then you will have to wait in line again just to pay for the stupid $4.99 toys.... Why not add a register where the toys and ticket swap area? Are cash registers that expensive? FTS.... take your kids to a park, that's what i'm doing next time. Staff is always friendly here. We come to this CEC all the time so they know us now. Food is average for this kind of place.

First off we couldnt find a clean table we ended up cleaning our own ,then finally when r food came out like an hour and half later it was hot ,but we hardly ate because we were playing games and our little one was playing as well 15 minutes later someone cleared our table completely and when i told the manager he said they would remake r food but it was 930 and everything was cloaed . By far one of the worst. I brought my daughter for her birthday. The tables were dirty. Most of the machines were either eating the tokens or not giving tickets. I normally enjoy bringing my younger family members here, and service is often less-than-satisfactory. A bunch of young asian kids who show that they obviously hate working here are always working. Management is pretty rude. A young kid was in line behind me wanting to purchasing tokens, but the lady at the register (a Filipino woman who turned out to be the manager) asked him to step out of line so she could help the older (like 90 year old) white people first. My school did fundraiser at Chuck e cheese what a mess, you go to support your school, to find out that pizza is 1 1/2 wait, yes and hour and a half, we got there at 7:30 so we weren't getting our dinner till 9, I could had gone home and made a pizza from scratch faster then an 1hr 1/2, ice machine no ice, salad items out, if you can't handle crowds dont host fundraisers sorry for us having so many show up to support our school, I can only hope our school will not go there again. First: We couldn't find a clean table and most of the tables were dirty so I ask someone if they could send someone to clean the tables (the girl that I ask totally looked like she didn't want to be there, attitude face the whole time) which took like 15 minutes to send someone. Second: I noticed that when my husband was pouring the parmesan cheese on the pizza (the cheese shacker), that their was green mold inside the cheese... Gross!!! Everyone knows and has visited Chuck E Cheese. My nephew had his 3rd Birthday here. The staff here were all friendly. Games and restrooms was pretty clean. As a child I remembered loving there pizza. Now as an adult, Pizza not so great. There salad bar is very simple. Hey it's Chuck E Cheese so don't have high expectations. After all you don't come here for yourself. Apparently they don't like to open on time and aside from that they can't even pick up a half piece of pizza under the slide, and a child's sock in front of the tube entrance, just after opening, multiple empty cups all over, meaning they didn't clean the floors at all, half the games didn't work and when I pointed out coins were stuck in the machine so I couldn't put my coins in, no one fixed it, a bunch of kids that don't care working there, just so sad.. read more

This is a good Chuck E cheese. Its clean, doesnt smell funky, and its not all broken and beat up. I think there was one broken game. Big deal right. Salad bar was clean and the pizza was good. And i know people and their kids can ruin a chuck e cheese but it wasn't a problem here. Worst service ever. Spent $400 for a birthday party rlthat felt rushed, the veggies were rotten, and our food came out at different intervals. They got rid of tokens and replaced them with cards and so our little ones were done playing the games after 10 minutes. I just had my daughter's second birthday at the Cerritos Chuck e cheese and we all had a blast. The outside is renovated which looks nice. The service was great, I would recommend having a birthday there to anyone looking for a birthday venue. No set up and clean up everything is provided. Our server Karina was wonderful she was very patient and kind, I would definitely recommend her. She was very accommodating especially when we would put in extra orders and ask for extra things like more cups and more tokens. If you have a large party, I would recommend bringing a sharpie pen and having ppl write their names on the cups. Our guest were in and out of the table area and forgot what cups they had, they charge you per cup so heads up on that. read more

Chuck E. Cheese in Norwalk lacks in customer service!!! I stood at the salad bar in front of the manager for over 25 minutes and not once did she ask me if I needed anything. When I finally got her attention, I told her to please fill the broccoli container, she said ok but walked away to help someone else. I had to then flag someone else down and finally 10 minutes later came the broccoliWe waited over an hour for our food and staff was not apologetic at all. Came here on a Monday night and was massively disappointed. I've always heard that their pizza was great and was excited to try. We ordered two pizzas and chicken. The order came out after 30+ minutes (when they told is it would be 15). If that wasn't insulting enough, the food was COLD and they only brought out ONE pizza. The pizza was already HARD and they didn't give us any utensils. We waited a bit for the second one but it never showed up. We apporached the staff about it to which they informed us that there was ONLY ONE COOK on such a busy night. Only after demanding a refund did a hot cheesy pizza come out. Had my godsons 5th birthday during the week (Tuesday) it was perfect. Due to it being a weekday we had almost all the birthday zone to ourselves. Its a fun quick place for my 2 year old son to come and play in, but not too much toddler rides for him to choose from... He gets bored quick so he likes to run around the place more than he does to play... The old man who works there is soooo nice though, he is mexican i think and he gave my son a toy he really wanted when we were missing 10 to 20 tickets. Also the other time we were here he gave us our pizza in a big smile and talked to my son and told him to eat veggies so that he could get big and strong. So sweet. read more

This is my second time here. First time I had little to no complaints but tonight I came here with my family for the kids end of the baseball season event and was kind of disappointed. We walked in and saw huge flies flying around. The food was ok. Once we started to play games with the kid's it was horrible. The games kept eating our tokens and the games weren't giving tickets after we finished a game. When we tried to look for someone to help we couldn't find an employee to help the floor was empty. They were way understaffed especially when they had two big parties going on. The restrooms were nasty. Paper towels were thrown everywhere and water all over the floor. I've been to this location 3 times. To be honest, it kinda smells at this location. When I say kinda I mean it really smells. Walked inside and was greeted and strong smell of idk what. Might be the smell of sweaty parents and sweaty children running all over the place. The tables often get wiped down but they neglect to wipe down the booths and chairs. Can't tell you how many booths I skipped out on because of the uncleanliness of them. I've learned to wipe down the table and chairs myself. Maybe it's cause I'm OCD and a germaphobe (my husband claims I am). Also do they ever wipe down the games as well? But either way the service here is great and the pizza is unreasonably expensive (you can get a better deal at Little Ceasars) but it tastes great. I've encountered other parents here who are rude neglectful of their children and fail to teach them manners and fairness. But who am I to judge? read more
