Came to Lucky Strike for an event on a Saturday night and had a good time! A large group of us came by for an event. We ended up having 4 lanes for 2 hours. There was also food served. The food was standard bowling alley snacks: salsa and chips, mini mozzarella sticks and marinara, pigs in a blanket with mustard and ketchup, pretzel bread with a cheese sauce, and wings. Everything was pretty standard! As a mozzarella stick lover, I must say the mozzarella sticks were pretty good. Service was great too as they came by often to pick up our dirty plates and kept the drinks refilled. At one point we had a huge group photo and the workers were nice enough to help us out. We even had a little cake cutting and someone came by to move a table so we could cut the cake better. The venue was good! It was a bit warm and sticky in there. And the bathrooms were a bit stinky. When it was Bowlero and we made reservations we had concierge service to our lane and checked on us through out the reservation time. Ordering was an ordeal scanning QR took you to another place. We wanted/ planned to pay cash but couldn't. Didn't receive 2drinks had to hunt down someone to help us. We had been there a couple times before with family and wanted to celebrate our sister's birthday. We spent more money on this trip there than others with more people. Lane kept having multiple issues and shut off for a few minutes but, the session ended right at 2 hours even though we didn't get our complete time because of lane malfunction. different lucky strike/bowlero, you get a different experience. We went to this location more than 1 occassion and I have to say, it seems to be inconsistently consistent. Sometime you get good service others, you get just almost fair service. for example this evening, we stopped by and there was a small line, we waited for awhile and when we got there we were told that there is wait currently, and I said wait?? so where is the waiting list qr code all bowlero/lucky strike have that we have seen. There was a long pause and the representative said, are you on the waiting list? I said didn't know there needed to be sign up . and she said well, there is waiting list and if you want to bowl you need to get on it. I said how do we get on it when there is no qr code to sign or anything .. long pause later. she said, well you could call on the phone. I said .. really?? I never experience or heard of this procedure before. Then she continued to out of the blue, just started helping the next person in the line. Cushy couches, nice lighting, all age friendly and we had no machine malfunctions that I'm accustomed to at the older bowling alleys. Arcade is preloaded cards, averages out $0.50 per credit with extra free credits if you buy the package with more credits. I was excited when I saw that Bowlero had been bought out by Lucky Strike. I thought they'd do a remodel and make this place nicer like some of the other Lucky Strike bowling alleys I've been to. Nope! Looks EXACTLY THE SAME hahhaa. That being said, it's still a decent bowling alley. It's usually dark with blacklights, etc. Even almost all of the arcade games are the same as it used to be. The staff is pretty nice, but sometimes the lines get really long. It also takes a long time to get service sometimes since there are too few staff. Food is typical bowling alley fare -- don't expect anything spectacular. Same with drinks, but that's fine. I don't come here to eat. read more

This place has horrible lanes and poor customer service. My ball kept getting stuck and would not return -- a total of 6 or 7 times. It took them forever (really, 10 min each time) to get the ball to return the first several times. After a while, I just gave up and threw house balls to force the return. Even the house balls would not return without another ball forcing the return. Their desk didn't show any urgency or much empathy when it happened multiple times (even when I checked back multiple times for one of the instances when my ball was not being returned). On top of that, we were playing in the arcade and there was a weird electrical glitch that caused half the games to go dark for about 10 seconds and restart. Poor customer service, poor operational equipment; go somewhere else to bowl. read more

The staff is super friendly. AJ, Eli, Lauren, James, and Rachel make it such an enjoyable experience. Sometimes it seems they are understaffed on shifts, but the ones working try to keep up with the large crowds that go through. The wings and pizza are delicious although they took the non breaded wings off the menu. There's the guy that runs to the back to fix the machines too! 6.13.26 UPDATE The Cerritos location still gets a low score for the bad customer service experience we had there, but Lucky Strike's customer service was fast to respond and is on point. I was contacted by Lucky Strike's customer service dept and they were very considerate and accommodating. Even though the staff at Cerritos was correct, they offered to send free passes to compensate for the inconvenience and poor customer service at that location. The coupon does stipulate that it can't be used after 6 pm but clearer communication from the Cerritos staff when we called to confirm ahead of time and/or just a little bit of consideration and good customer service skills when we arrived would have made ALL the difference. I really like this Lucky Strike location and I come here often. I understand that it can get busy sometimes, and I always try to be reasonable with my requests. However, I've had several disappointing experiences with one employee at the counter, Jessica. When I ask for two lanes for a group of six people, she often denies my request even though we are not doing league bowling -- we just want to split into two lanes with three people on each lane so everyone can enjoy the game. What frustrated me is that I noticed other customers nearby were allowed to use two lanes, even with a league-style setup, while my request was denied. It made me feel like I was not being treated the same as other customers. This has happened multiple times, not just once. Another issue is the customer service attitude. When helping me, Jessica often avoids eye contact, and when there are open lanes, I sometimes feel like I'm being given unnecessary hesitation or an unfriendly response instead of normal assistance. For the past two weeks, while Jessica was away, I had a great experience with the other employees. They were helpful and I had no issues requesting two lanes. Unfortunately, since she returned, I no longer feel as comfortable coming in. The food place has a very limited menu and the seating for visitors to watch their family members bowl is not good at all., just tall benches with no backs and the tables with then are very low. making the eating food almost impossible and the sitting uncomfortable. Had a really frustrating experience on lane 18 between 5-7 PM on 4/19/2026. Throughout our session, the scoring system was consistently inaccurate when pins knocked down were recorded incorrectly multiple times. On top of that, the pins would reset improperly and even skip turns altogether, which completely disrupted the game. When we brought this to the attention of a staff member named Rebecca (brunette hair with bangs, wearing clear lenses), her response was disappointing. She showed poor customer service and was unwilling to consider any form of time extension. While I understand policies may limit what can be done, another associate earlier had already extended time for similar issues, so the inconsistency was frustrating. Rebecca flatly stated she couldn't do anything. What made things worse was how she handled a similar situation with another lane experiencing the same issues. When we tried to let her know, she scoffed and said she wouldn't do anything unless they approached her directly. Later, when that group spoke to a different staff member who was willing to grant an extension, Rebecca oddly interrupted and told them not to proceed with it. Overall, the technical issues were bad enough, but the dismissive and unprofessional attitude made the experience much worse. Definitely not what you expect when you're just trying to enjoy a game. Ive been trying to use my Groupon purchase over 1 month. I came 3 different times and was told I have to come before 6 I came a different time then before 4. Why is this so difficult. My purchase is about to expire and no matter what time I go its a problem. I tried to go early and thry said there's 11 groups ahead of me like what. Their pricing is misleading. We were told we were buying 2 games for 2 ppl plus the price of shoes(and 1 sock, bc they didn't have 2), $35 total. After the first game was over we were directed back to the counter. I presented the receipt to one of the hosts(not the original person we made the purchase with) and he preceded to tell me how simple math works. 2+2 = 4 games. I said no, we wanted 2 games, 1+1 =2. Apparently you have to pay for 4 to get 2 games. The guy started to get an attitude with me so we left. This is misleading/misrepresentation hence why we will not be returning. Horrible front desk service, prices are misleading. It was total of eighty something for 4 people for only one game, they did not explain how the games work and prices works. Bartender lady was rude, we wanted a fish bowl for 2 people but becuase there was 4 of us they needed to id them even tho they weren't drinking and didn't want to serve us. So we all had to be id even tho half Of us don't drink but we were of age, half of our party weren't even at bar we had to bring them over to be able to get served. Our game was delayed and we needed assistance and they took forever to help start our game. The buttons on the keyboard were not working and we could not punch in our names bc some letters didn't work. For that price we would expect the lanes to work at least. Never going back bowlero is way better the only reason we went becuase we thought it was bowlero but they change the name to that location and the need to update that on Apple Maps. read more
