I usually go to the Chuck E Cheese on Sam Circle but today I wanted a different scenery this place was super busy which is awesome for my kiddo because they can play with other kids. My first impression was how huge this place was they definitely have more game and two different bounce houses. This was my first time ever getting food here and it's not the greatest but hey Chuck E Cheese it's not known for there food so I'll let it slide other than that I have no complaints. Today August 9th 2026 1:30PM which is also my birthday and the staff knew ( my toddler was very excited to tell everyone ) Michelle the manager refused to give me a cup of water so I can give my little toddler water. She wanted me to pay almost 4 dollars just to give my baby boy a sip of water. She said they are out of water cups. It's not my fault they did inventory wrong. I asked her for a normal I cup I will ONLY use for water because my little baby boy is asking. For a sip. She refused. I ended up getting him water but refusing to give out one cup for WATER is borderline inhumane. Refusing a baby toddler water is crazy. Maybe it's just me but oh wow. Never again. Been coming here for years and have never had a problem with ANY managers or employees until this one. Mind you we spent almost 100$ on food and tockens. I went here recently for a friends Childs first Birthday Party. I want to start by saying it has been years since I've stepped foot into a Chuck E Cheese! There were so many changes from what I can remember. They no longer have the animatronics It has been replaced by a large movie screen Where they play their version of Kids bop videos They have more arcade games on the floor so it feels like a mini arcade. The pizza is still pretty decent and they've added an adult menu! When time came for Chuckie to come do the happy birthday song he came out in his mascot suit. Where a kid can still be a kid! Chuck E. Cheese has definitely changed since I was a kid and although it has been over 12+ years since I've been back, I was able to notice immediately as an adult of the changes. Although it wasn't the fun and excitement from what I remember as a kid, my daughter had a blast nonetheless from what they do have. The food was good and salads fresh and the service was great with each team member providing smiles, birthday wishes, and conversation. As a parent we might be judgmental on the ambiance of the place, being that it might seem bland but remember parents, in our eyes we have matured but our little ones see it from a different perspective. I would love to see a little more fun machines for our tiniest of kiddos but no complaints about the current standings of the place and at least our visit yesterday. read more

Not as amazing as when I was little, but still fun for the kids They have decent food the pizza is still very good I like the crust a lot I also opt for a salad bar plate which gives is access to veggies and salad The games are ran on a card system which is odd to me I miss the tokens I preferred carrying around a cup of coins I felt rich as a kid and I loved getting the tickets The prizes are mediocre mostly cheap toys or candy but plenty to get excited for as a kid They also let you "buy tickets" so if you are short In tickets you can still get a prize My kids like the cotton candy I do miss the tunnels and play area that was a big part of the Chuck E. Cheese experience to me now it's just an arcade The animatronics still come out and dance and sing and it is an excellent place for a kids birthday just be ready for it to be a little different than when you were a kid read more

I was so excited to see I was staying near enough to a chuck e cheese to get their food. The stuffed crust pizza was perfect, wings were delicious though small - child size? And the churros are so fun! While I waited I saw the play area which appears to all be arcade type games and ride on things that take coins - no playground, no old animatronic band, but it looked super clean and new. Chuck E Cheeses is always a great time for children 10 and under...maybe 11 or 12 year olds but under 10 can definitely expect a great time! ! This past Saturday about 8pm I was surprised at the small crowd. Well evidence of the smell of feet and trash on several tables let's me know at some point they were super busy. Nevertheless, I haven't been to this location in months but it definitely wasn't the great time I experienced before. Besides the awful smell of feet...the salad bar (which I usually love) wasn't presentable and the lettuce was limited and the veggies were cut into huge pieces. I just wasn't impressed like before. And...no Chuck E!!! Usually he comes out every 30 mins or during some period each hour, but last Saturday he never came out from 8pm-10pm. Well it's a good thing my cousin (4 yr old) is scared of Chuck E anyway because she could care less if he showed but I was bummed. I like my pictures :) It was her birthday. So idk maybe at the time Chuck E was tired. Oh well... most of the games were working and tickets were disperse properly so no complaints there. The pizza was ok ...opinion from my family. The pizza definitely has changed from months ago. I believe they have a selection of new award winning pizza now which includes thin crust. Aye yi yi The Chuck E that's on stage is the old Chuck E too. Other locations have the skinny mouse looking Chuck E. So perhaps this location is in need of a serious upgrade. Overall, the children enjoyed themselves ranging from 3-9 yrs old. Therefore from a child's POV 5 stars but as a parent the experience could have been better. I had a birthday for my 5 year old here on 12/3 It went very well! I was let in a bit early so I could see the table and set my presents down. The hostess was quick to explain each kid would get a cup, pizza and 45 tokens in my package. I ordered two more pizzas for the table, just in case. Drinks were brought over in a pitcher and adults were given water cups to use. I wish I could remember the name of the hostess but she was awesome. My son was afraid to go into the ticket blaster alone and she volunteered to go with him. He didn't really care about the ticket part he just had fun in the wind tunnel. The place was about as clean as a Chuck E Cheeses can get. I do wish there were more people working the prize area because it takes FOREVER to redeem your tickets. It seems like there is only one person working behind the counter, period. The pizza here is actually really good. I prefer this pizza over a handful of chain pizza places and that is saying a lot. They run about $11 each but a birthday comes once a year so it is worth the expense. So I only really have one complaint and that is... a schedule of the party needs to be given to the parents or guardians. I was told that pizza would be done at 1145 and that was about it... apparently there was a song and dance that chuck e does and the ticket blaster is at a certain time of the party and present opening is at a certain time. I kept going ahead of the hostess because I didn't know that Chuck E sang a birthday song and what not. I have not been to this location in years so I was surprised to see they no longer stamp hands. I guess children who enter no longer need to leave with who they came with... That's comforting. When I had arrived I had asked specifically about the "All you can play Wednesday" deal and was given the regular price. I had asked again about the special and the cashier was unaware of it. I take the blame for not showing the Chuck E Cheese website to the cashier. I figured If she didn't know they were not a "participating location." Come to find out my mother and my sister were able to get the deal but not me. Again I didn't make a fuss. I felt the place looked so sad compared to what I remembered as a kid and former employee. My son loved the fish floor. Chuck E never came out. I was there around 5:40-7:20. I ordered an app sampler and substituted the wings for boneless wings because I was only feeding the kids. I also got a salad bar. On the board it was offered 20+ ingredients. I guess that includes the dressing? I used to prep the salad bar myself and it has definitely lost its charm. No ham, no egg, no raisins, no romaine, etc. I'm sure covid can be to blame for that maybe? Now finally the reason for me writing my first negative review is the fact that myself and three toddlers are having uncontrollable bowel movements after eating at this "establishment." Ok. I hate Chuck E Cheese. It is my least favorite place to go...and I have been dragged into them for more than 15 years. And I would LOVE to go back here. The staff was so friendly, kind and genuine. It was CLEAN. I mean really CLEAN. bathrooms, floor, tables. Even the drink counter. The salad bar was stocked and fresh. And the stuffed cheese bread was wonderful. My kids ate the pizza--which is usually the last thing they want to do. My only complaint is that it was fresh and hot (surprise!) -- the cheese burned my mouth. It wasn't too crowded at first. But the numbers grew...and the service didn't suffer. Keep in mind that I'm rating this compared to similar kids' restaurants. KUDDOS to the manager and staff for winning over this mom. read more

Brought our little grandchildren to this Chuck E Cheese. They had a fun time and the food was good. The staff was polite, but when the Chuck E. Cheese character came out to "greet" the children there, it was obvious that the employee in the costume was not interested in interacting with the children that were there. He quickly walked through the game room and out the back door with children going after him to see him. My grandchildren called and went after him, but the character just waved and walked out through the door. They were extremely sad and disappointed to not see Chuck E Cheese. For the amount of money adults pay at this place, you would think the main character would play a larger part in the experience. Won't be back. read more

Let's see good things first. The greeter/handstamper at the entrance was nice a nice young lady , yeah that's about it. There were two lines at the register, which moved extremely slow. When I got to the front a guy waltzed in front of me (I'm guessing he was the cashiers friend) and did a whole credit card transaction. No explanation as to the reason this happened lol. I lost 3 tokens to 3 broken machines. I normally see staff walking around to reimburse tokens, I guess they were somewhere busy not picking up the trash all over the play area. It was very disappointing to see how far this store has gone down. I don't know if management needs an overhaul or what . This is supposed to be a kids play area and it looked like a big city slum. Someone could have gotten hurt with all of the debris on the floor. I remember being so excited about going to Chuck E Cheese as a child. THIS is RUINING it for me. I never want to take my daughter again. She kicked and screamed as usual when we left, I only stayed maybe 15 or 20 minutes lol ignorance is bliss . Ummmm no. Just no. I normally do not give 1 star to ANYONE but what? I am beyond disappointed with this location. I was looking forward to taking my son to chuckecheeses for the first time. It is a Saturday and the parking lot is full. So we parked and as soon as I open my car door there is a large group of men standing right by the front door smoking. Who wants to take there child into Chuck E. Cheese's and have to walk through clouds of smoke? That should have been my first red flag. Then we went inside and stood in line for probably 15 minutes. Everyone behind the counter seemed disheveled and people were walking around everywhere without a mask. It felt sticky and gross. Then the lady came out after we had been waiting for 20 minutes just to order our food and said hey let me check your temp. It was all just a mess! 6 of the 7 machines my son played were either broken or out of tickets. Also the person servicing the machines ignored my request. I had to grab a manager who saved the day by giving me some free tokens. My 4 year old son didn't realize there was an issue until we went to redeem tickets and he walked away disappointed with his options. read more

She listened to my concerns and allowed us to go to the greenbrier location and get every thing that was on my bad experience receipt free of charge. Very possibly the worst pizza ever. I could not even eat the crust which is my favorite part of the pizza. Maybe I came on a bad day, or maybe it's that I never feed my kids crap food, but I'll feed my kids before heading there next time. I like that they can play, but Chick-fil-a has better food and just as nice of a free play area. The toys for the tickets are pretty crappy too. What happened to the Chuck E Cheese that I grew up knowing? I guess it's the same as everywhere, when little is expected, little is given. BUT...I do like knowing that no one can walk out with my kids. Much safer than the bounce house businesses. read more

Went about a month ago on a Sunday night. Too crowded and loud. Took my 18 month old son. We sat in the toddler zone area. There were kids that were too big to be in that section and no employee was monitoring that. I was very angry that these kids were trying to step over my son because he was moving too slow. Took my grandson(7) here on Thursday.It had been raining all week and we needed to get out. Printed coupons from online. Get to this location at 11:30. Not crowded and still very clean. Didn't bring cash for token machine, so had to wait at counter a good 10 minutes while two ladies tried to negotiate the cheapest deal possible. Cashier was as kind as she could be under the circumstances. Finally get our tokens. We walked entire gaming area before playing anything. Like the large selection of games,but sadly about a third were out of tickets and staff wasn't making any effort to fill. Seriously, the place had just opened. Every game should have had tickets stocked. One game was looted by a group of boys who realized that the ticket counter was malfunctioning and pulled out the entire load while management just watched. After an hour we ordered food.Pizza arrived hot and in a timely manner. Staff attentive enough to know I needed a box and quickly retrieved one. My main complaint is the prizes. For the $35 I spent he won 120 tickets (should have been more if all the machines had been stocked) he got less than a $1 in prizes. The choices were awful. You can do better. read more

To say the least I am a little disappointed in this location. I understand that it is an older location but goodness the amount of money you spend here you would think it would be taken care of a little better. Also I know this is a place for children but that doesn't mean you should leave your child unattended ever! There needs to better way to control that. Over 10 games were down and there were 3 games that took our tokens which we got back but I never saw a worker go over and put an out of order sign on it. The place seemed dirty. The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the staff at the front took the time to help us and was very polite and my 2 year old had a blast with the exception of other kids pushing him around. Terrible experience. WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO ANOTHER CHUCK E. CHEESE!! There was also an apology requested by some of the family members at the party, which was felt to be due from the young lady that accompanied Chuck E. While the General Manager could assure that Chuck E. would make it to the kids, she said she had no control over what an employee chooses to do in this regards. The young lady had stated to the General Manager that she had not done the actions that were described. The General Manager decided to take her word, and the word of the Mother of the birthday girl in which Chuck E. was assigned to, and she stated to them that, SHE did not see the young lady touch any of the children. The General Manager seemed to have made her decision, which was to take the accounts of the Mother's statement, as if they are concrete and factual, although she was very much involved with her daughter's party, and did not seem to be focused on the situation in question. The General Manger also stated that she had viewed the cameras, and all she can see were several kids. I would like to see this video also, because she never says that she did not see the young lady place her hands on the children. Needless to say, there was no Chuck E., and of course, no apology. The kids waited on Chuck E. to come out. But he never made that appearance. All of the members of the party began to depart and clean up. I went to the front and asked for the General Manager, again. She came to the front. I told her how disappointed in this establishment because of the nature in which they handle matters. Chuck E. never arrived at our table, nor did he come out at ALL, at his supposedly scheduled time. The apology was never any apology; except for the artificial one given from the General Manager in regards to Chuck E. NEVER making that appearance which she assured us would happen. Disappointment is a true understatement. Like I stated in the beginning, this was only my daughter's second time in a Chuck E. Cheese, and the first experience wasn't anything to speak too keen on that location, either. There was no Chuck E. appearance there either. The fact that we patronized this establishment, with the upmost respect for all other patrons and the employees, intending for the night to be beautifully spent watching the children laugh and play. But instead we were disregarded, disrespected, and treated as if there had not been plenty of money placed into their establishment, from our pockets. The General Manager's actions, attitude, and suggested resolution allowed me to see first-hand that she does not care about a dollar that we put into that building, and that is fine. There will not be another dollar spent at your place of business, nor any of your partnering Franchises. You all need to do some refresher courses in Customer Satisfaction and making sure the customer never leaves unhappy. read more

If I could give zero stars and still leave feedback, I would. I will never step foot back in that Chuck E. Cheese. There were so many issues that listing them all would be too time consuming and petty. Suffice it to say it was the worst experience this family has endured in a while. I left with three crying kids who had been physically assualted, stolen from, and trapped in an overcrowded play-place. Management was extremely rude. None of our complaints were dealt with. Children were climbing atop moving rides, teenagers and adults were stealing, and hogging games, and our one dessert took an hour to receive and was burnt to the point of being inedible. As we were leaving person taking tickets for treats at the end told me child (while using a calculator!!) that she couldn't get the items she asked for. At EIGHT, sans calculator, she told him repeatedly that the total was 245 and he argued until I stepped in. Every. Single. Time. Same. Damn. Story. Never, ever again. read more
