We ordered an extra Lg pepperoni and the family sampler at 6pm. I finally complained at 6:55 that we were still waiting. They said the pizza was still in the oven and they were still waiting on the platter but gave me tokens for my wait. We came during the week and had the all you can eat pizza and salad lunch for $7 a person. So here I am thinking it was going to be the salad bar they usually have but I was mistaken. Took my son and his friend here yesterday evening. I we haven't been here for a few years waiting till the kids were old enough to enjoy the bigger games. We ordered a meal-deal of a med pep pizza incl 2 drinks and some game play on some play pass cards. It was early in the dinner-time. Our food came out just the way we like, kids ate the whole pizza and played tons of games. One thing I did notice was as it got busier for the dinner rush I guess you could say is that the employees were bustin their behinds to keep up with the amount of costumers/kids. They did a good job at doing that, especially Sky and Christian (I asked for names before we left). Reason I mention them is due to no matter how busy it was, they were literally running between stations while keeping a smile on their faces and were helpful between all the kids asking about games that maybe didn't work for them, keeping the kid-safe entrance manned at the same time serving dot ice creams and cotton candy, doing the Chucky appearance ticket splash, and busing tables (especially Sky). So "kudos" to them and the rest of the employees last night for your hard work.... but I will say management has failed you with the type of support needed that make your jobs a bit more difficult, it was obvious you were understaffed (that's the only reason not getting 5 stars). My kid's love to come here. The staff is helpful, but behind the counter always seems under staffed. Also, instead of labeling a game as out of order, they just let kids put in token after token into the broken machine. Labels would definitely help families not waste their money they spent on tokens. read more

I havnt been to a chucke cheese like this one and thae last time I I went to one was many years ago why? Because they are disgusting and when I was younger we always went as I grew older I stipped going because they are nast and smellnwell today my aunt was like lets take leila (my daughter) I said ew no please she said you will like this one I said ok sure enough she wasncorrect they are so clean they test the game check for tickets ect. Saturday and running out of pizza toppings by 1:30 in the afternoon on most likely the busiest day of the week! NO BEER OR WINE they ran out of that too!! Never again CEC! Got half of our order then told they didn't have toppings for the other pizza now they are going back to make another pizza when the first one took nearly 50 mins to get. Bring the kids and let them go nuts. Had an issue with the wrong pizza being given to us. We come to this chuck e cheese about once a month! We always come mid week when they open and it's great. The manager/owner is always there cleaning and making sure all the games work. The staff is always friendly and we have only have positive experiences at this location. read more

Very bad experience! The establishment was beyond dirty, with food on the ground, on the games, and on the seats. Even the booths that looked clean from a distance were filthy with greasy fingerprints on the table. The manager should be fired for the filth on 12/16/18. Employees were oblivious to customers waiting in long lines to claim cheap prizes. It felt like a waste in credits being that so many machines were inoperable, only working to take credits though. Haven't been here in over 8 years. Brought our grandson here for the first time. As we entered we waited a bit as the young woman was multi tasking checking people in and working the ice cream. Why they don't have someone assigned specifically to checking in was concerning. A few ppl said they were with a party and allowed entry without being stamped. The place was extremely busy with numerous tables that needed to be cleaned. Floor was filthy with trash throughout. Line to order food went past the tables. We headed out to hunt for a table and the toddler section. It was nice although, I wish there were more activities and rides for this age group. Music playing was more for teens rather than for the age group that frequents this facility. Restrooms were clean, as were play areas. Workers we encountered in food area were polite and attentive. It may benefit management to hire more workers to maintain the tables and floor area. All in all he had a nice time which is what mattered. read more

This place is horrible!! Every table has trash on it and have to clean off your own table. It's understaffed and all the employees are very young and unexperienced to deal with the overwhelming amount of people they try to cram in this place. I came in tonight and it was extremely busy! The workers were definitely looking under staffed and not ready for how many people were coming in. We ordered 2 pizzas and a few other things. We spent about 30 min playing when our first pizza arrived. My husband ate while my son and I waited for our pizza. We kept playing and watching more and more pizzas come out when I finally looked at the time I noticed it had been an hour and 20 min since we ordered our food. At this point my husband was done eating. And my son was ready to go home. I went up and asked for just a refund since it was already to late. The pizza had been made but since the attendant took our number after the first pizza she couldn't find who it belonged too. I received my refund and they offered the pizza but it was already cold so we said we would be ok. When we got back to our table we were picking up and the assistant manage Francisco came to our table. He personally apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a rebate for when we come back. My kids loves this place. Extremely busy. Had to be hard to keep up supply with such high demand, but they looked to handle it. Chuck e. Cheese (person in costume) could be been a little more available. Chuck e. came out, ran to the front, and then ran to the back. Chuck couldn't have been on the floor more than 5 minutes- tops. Usually they walk around a bit, show themselves. Luckily the mechanical Chuck e. satisfied my child. My kid was a little disppointed, but was distracted shortly by the games and lights again. It's an okay place to go with your friends and family but the machines are always braking down and they only have one employee fix it. I was there Saturday February 3, 2018 and Christian was amazing! He was always there to fix every broken machine though it was way too much work for just himself. They should upgrade their game for sure! They are seriously understaffed all the time. There were only like 3 people running the entire store, which means everything took so long to do. Ordering food with only two people in front of you? 40 minutes. Cashing in tickets? Another 30 minutes of a worker telling you "I'll be right with you in a minute". Food took forever and was cold. I went to the lady's room and while in there I heard someone cursing up a storm, leave, come back, openly talk about how she started her period, and then just walk out. All of that without ever washing her hands. And it was a worker. You work at a restaurant and with kids, don't be gross. I told a manager after I got out of the restroom and she didn't care, she told me she was gonna "go talk to her" but I watched her walk right into the kitchen (which was away from the unclean employee) and never talked to the girl. By far the worst chucky cheese I have been too . It is disgusting. It is dirty , kids are rude , not the chucky cheese I remember nor the one I'd like to take my kids too. Not to mention all the machine had something wrong , broken , doesn't spit out tickets when it should. The people that work there are rude and idiots. I'm standing there helping my kids pick out their prizes , and the woman that is helping me has a calculator right in front of her . Food is good. Customer service was horrible from beginning to end. Tonight as me & my family left from this Chuckie Cheese location the worker in front just said bye as we walked out & did not check our hand stamps. It honestly made me think wow anyone could have left with my child. As I'm getting ready to leave in my car a small boy is wondering around the parking lot looking for his parents. I took him inside & told the girls up front, they sent out a lost child announcement. I let the mother know he was outside alone. We took my grandsons to Chuck E. Cheese on a Thursday at 1:40 pm. They are seriously understaffed. They said the salad bar would be ready at 2:30 pm. We waited and waited. Finally at 3pm they put the stuff out but still no utensils to serve the salad and plastic wrap still covered all the items. There were only 5 croutons in the bowl and it was never refilled. We ordered another pizza at 2:28pm for other family members that arrived and were still waiting for it at 3:00pm. When we asked they said it was ready but they couldn't find our number so it was now cold. So they had to re-make it. So we waited 45 min for a pizza when our number was placed at the edge of the table in clear sight the whole time. Me and my family been coming to this location for the past 4 years and we never experience an issue like the one today, we walk in and i waited by the counter for 15 mins till FINALLY someone came over to attend us. We finish ordering and i wanted to order a beer and the lady behind the counter said that they did not have any( really cant a man get a beer) she said because they did not receive their shipment, ok so i let that pass after we find a seats and we start to go out to play with our kids,while our food is being cooked. But to our surprise more than ten games are not functioning (including the ones i like to play) just a bad experience today. This Chuck E Cheese is terrible. Mostly because the employees here. Clearly they are held to very low expectations. First off. NEVER have I been were there is someone at the door to let us in. I always have to wait and flag someone down. The people at the cash register are very slow and unless its slammed you also have to track someone down to take your order. The Worst however is the grunge and dirt. I have been thier several times and watched employees walk right by trash. They dont stop to pick it up. I went recently and its was so slow yet not a clean table in the place. I grabbed a napkin to clean one of for us and the employees just sat and watched me. When we finally got our pizza they didnt bring any plates. I had to go to the counter and wait and wait and wait until finally I had to reach over and grab my own plates. This is very typically. If your child is after tickets and wants a prize before you leave be preapared to wait for that too. Everything else about this Chuck E cheese (games, food etc) is standard. read more
