My daughter wanted to go to Chuck E cheese for her birthday so we came to this Chuck E. Cheese in Corona. I was hesitant because of the reviews and i have to say i was impressed with this place! My family and I used to come to Chuck E Cheese's to celebrate everybody's birthday when we were younger and it was always a blast so I was very excited to come back to celebrate my cousin and niece's birthday. A LOT has changed - the entire set up seems to have been flipped (from the layout 5 years ago) and many of our favorite games have disappeared and replaced with more "high-tech" games such as rope-less jump rope, maze runner, virtual fishing etc. THANKFULLY skee-ball still exist and many of the newer games are fun. The food here is the same as I remember it though presentation could use a little work. Chuck should invest in some baskets for the bread sticks and wings so they aren't just all chillin randomly on a pizza tray. Besides that, the pizza is good and I like that the pizza slices are cut into thinner slices so you are committed to eating a giant piece. Overall a good nostalgic visit. read more

The last time I remember goin to Chuck E. Cheese it was not that expensive smh spent 100$ on 2 large pizza 4 drinks salad bar and two 100 point play cards. So first off the salad bar was ran thru they had nothing available I asked to have someone refill the items missing and they took their sweet time in dong so then we were waiting for the pizza and It came out with no sauce just cheese and bread it was flat as ever and had lots of air bubbles on the pizza smh was very dissatisfied due to the fact that I spent 100$ and the quality of the item I received was not up to par maybe I came on a bad day smh but I will be trying out johns incredible pizza next hopefully I won't be disappointed read more

Let's just say do NOT attend this location if you want to be harassed by staff the entire time and go broke, we threw a party at this location back in 2023 and it was a great experience but as the year has progressed it has gone into the trash! Way overpriced for their shitty food that came out burned every time, raping people's wallets for their children to even enjoy the facility, OH but do keep in mind your tickets do not cover the new bounce house set up that they just put in, they had to remove over half of their game consoles to accomodate this lame thing, its an additional cost if your kids want to jump and you have to use their socks you cannot use your own. Don't bother with the pizza but if you decide to do so just get the medium, you are paying $5 extra for a large to just get two extra slices... the ambiance has turned whack af, ever since they removed the animatronics since the whole FNAF scare it has been replaced with a giant tv screen for your children to be glued to if they are not playing or jumping. Needless to say we will NOT ever be returning to Chuck-E-Cheese I would rather go to John's incredible pizza for that bs price. Just prepare to be broke after visiting and staff to be up your butt your entire stay. Not to mention it was creepy af that they had three grown ass middle aged men leaning against the wall that were clearly employees just watching everyone's every move, that is another reason as to why i will not be returning, my children cannot even enjoy the facility without workers watching their every move. I booked my son's birthday celebration for this past weekend. It was a success. Our host Allysa was excellent. And best of all my son had the best time ever. The setup was more than I expected, it's easy to add on more children the day of and of course more food and even beer to the tab (No line) and it's worth adding the unlimited game card for the kids... they all had a blast. Cake time was perfect. And Chuck E May have scared a few of the kiddos but they got over it. Lol read more

I've never had a problem at this location and I've come a few different times weather it be a birthday party or just bringing my niece for lunch and a few games. I actually really enjoy the thin crust pepperoni pizza and the salad bar. And the kiddos get to play for only a quarter a game or even less if we remember to bring a coupon. Usually not too crowded and they have a good amount of tables all over the arcade. This location has an ice cream machine, as well. read more

It should be fairly easy to win my praise with a favorable review, as I expect so little from establishments which are almost entirely staffed by high school sophomores making minimum wage. Recently visited Corona,ca. Chuck E Cheese, my 2 year son contracted hand and foot disease from the games at Chuck E Cheese. I reached out to guest service and they're reply was to offer another pass for my son. He has been sick for 12 days, sores all over his body, sores in his mouth. He has not been able to eat. No thank you, I will not be bringing my son back. My son has been to the doctors twice. I requested to be reimbursed for the the Chuck E Cheese visit, the 2 doctors visits and additional items I had to buy since he was sick. I'd like corporate office to contact me. This was their response to me: Ms. Cruz, I am sorry you and your family had this experience after your visit. We are addressing your concerns with the store. We have not received any other reports of hand, foot, and mouth disease at our location. As stated before we strive to keep a clean restaurant but cannot guarantee a germ free environment. Please understand our restaurant is a public place. I would not be able to reimburse you for your visit or your medical bills. I would still be happy to offer your son a care package and guest pass. I was very impressed with this location. When we entered , we took a photo of our party so when we exited we can show the same photo. They had 3 staff members going around wiping down games, cleaning and keeping things really nice. In all honesty, I was nervous to come but the staff was really on point. They are doing a great job. I go to this location because it's convenient, but I always wish there was a nicer one closer to me because this one is a real drag lol. The young women working were sweet and tried to handle all issues professionally and as fast as they could. But every time I come here there's some type of malfunction with the system and it takes 5+ minutes to do a transaction. A manager always has to be called over or someone else with the same knowledge. They really need some type of upgrade. Lastly, I ordered a PERSONAL pizza for $6.99 at 3:10pm and didn't even get it until about 4:15pm. An hour for a personal pizza ?? I came here for a friend's daughter's 4th birthday, it has been a long time since I have been to a Chuck E Cheese. I was really disappointed, the animatronics didn't really work and the show was rather cheesy. See what I did there? I guess the time to come is during the week, during the day, when they have AYCE pizza and salad. If you come any other time you get screwed. My wife and I got a pizza, salad, and drink and it was almost $40. Not the worst pizza I have ever had, but close to it. I think the worst still remains with John's Inedible Pizza, which is another kids party place. I am very disappointed with this Chuck E. Cheese. I had called the night before and was told walk ins are welcomed and no more appointments are required AND that they opened at 11AM. I made sure to give myself time, so that we can make it in and arrived at 10:45AM to find out that we are not allowed in. I had not been to this location for almost two years and now I don't know why I went back (except to celebrate a friends sons birthday.). This place was a Zoo! We arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday night. The line to order food was ridiculous. They were completely short staffed so they did not utilize all the cash registers in order to make the line smaller. It took approximately 30minutes just to order food. While I waited in the food, I took my child to the restroom (see pictures for yourself) I ordered a salad for myself, and pizza for the family. The salad bar was stocked and good. Only thing was there were flies flying on everything. After dinner I decided to go wait in line for my kids to pick out their toys from their tickets they won. Again, due to being short staffed they only had one girl helping everyone. I stood in line for approximately 30minutes. The one positive I can say: the employees were very nice, enthusiastic and smiling. Thank goodness my husband was there so we could split who waited in line and who watched the kids. Horrible experience from the jump when we walked in there was no security at the front and we were not given a stamp , we were told by workers we were just able to enter without the stamp since others before us had done the expect same thing. At the end when we were finally about to leave there was a caucasian family that walked out before us without getting there stamps checked , once it was our turn to exist the security guard James who we later found out was the manager , stopped us and asked my HISPANIC family for family photos of all of us and even after shown the pictures he still continued to argue with us about the fact of security not being in the entrance in the beginning and that he just wanted to "make sure" our kids were our kids . Are you willing to tolerate the near-deafening noise level of screaming kids in exchange for dirt-cheap games? I'm sure the beers will help, but if you have a high level of irritability, you might want to turn tail and run for your life. Just remember the 2 beer limit. Pace yourself, buddy!
