Amazing service by Saul the manager. We have the summer play pass 60 minutes every week. Well yesterday I decided to check in and get the minutes a head of time and save it for future use ( today ) and when we went to play it said low balance. Saul understood and instead of denying or pushing back he talked to us and verified the minutes and provided us the time back. I was expecting them to say no, but Saul did an amazing job and that made our daughter happy

Came here for a birthday party and they really have changed things since I did a party about four years ago. I'm glad to report that they have change the carpet it doesn't have a strong odor like it had in the past and there are some new games. There is also a new play point system where they have cards With minutes on them instead of coins that children normally drop and loose. It is so beautiful to see how much children enjoy Chuck E. Cheese they also serve beer and wine. The pizza is very good but it is for kids and it's a little bit smaller pieces but it's OK because if you have small kids then they will not waste it. There is also a salad bar with fresh vegetables and sauce and it's unlimited for one price. Every kid has to have at least one birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese it is just so much fun!

Classic basketball hoops are still available, despite the recent additions and it's going more techy

I always bring my brother here to have some good ol' fun. I love that it went from coins to minutes, so you can pay for time (like 1 hour mins) instead of paying for 10 dollars worth of coins that you can blow in 10 minutes. They are getting new games in too, which I like, but they do keep the old goodies, like my favorite: basketball.

It's a lot larger inside than it looks from the outside. There are so many different options for children to play on including video games. The pizza was actually pretty good. Every employee there was smiling and super happy. I don't know how they do it because being around that many screaming, running, excited, energetic kids for hours on end would drive me crazy. Every employee was extremely helpful and courteous and very patient with all those children running around. The bathrooms were clean. The snack area was clean. They cleaned the tables off as soon as people left. I attended a birthday party and the birthday room was the perfect size. Our party room attendant was a super sweetest young man. He was so patient with everyone and did not seem annoyed by all of the screaming and excited kids running in his way while he was doing his job. He brought us everything we asked for with a smile. They are extremely organized. I love the colored wristband method. A child did get hurt while we were there and the employees rushed to help her. They were organized, they weren't frantic or freaking out at all. They had clear communication with each other. Because they were so organized and professional it kept the parents from freaking out and they kept the child relaxed until the ambulance arrived. You could totally tell this was not their first rodeo. Before I got there, I was wondering, would it smell strange because of all the little kids and the sweat, it being an enclosed building and the no shoe thing, but to my surprise, it smelled clean, I didn't see any trash anywhere you can definitely tell that they take pride in this business.

We spent about 3 or so hours playing & exploring. It's really meant for younger ages, probably up until about 10-11. My son is going to be 11 next week & loved it because he loves dinosaurs, digging & science. Not sure i would go out of my way to go back, only because we don't live locally but if we lived in fresno I would consider getting a membership. They have a lot of great programs throughout the week which would be great for school field trips or homeschooling co-ops.

Came here once for my nephews birthday and haven't been back since, so it's been a while and I kind of forgot this place exists. You can get your tickets online, I happen to check at the right time because their prices and affordable on every first Saturdays of the month! The lady working was super friendly and helpful, she even told me they do music classes and that the kids are more than welcome to join. Around 11am they have a person doing a science presentation but unfortunately she was running late on her project and I overheard her being kind of rude and not in a good mood so we decided to move on to the next room. They were also selling boba and eggrolls outside, sorry I forget the name of the seller that had their booth there. The kids enjoyed the front area where they can dress up, draw and play with toys. There was also someone selling their 3D printed animals, which the kids loved so I caved and bought them all one plus help support small businesses. Overall it was a nice experience for the kids to enjoy.

Bullard Ave location is easy, parking is fine, and the staff is genuinely warm every time I've been in. Fresno honestly needed a place like this. somewhere to go that isn't a restaurant or a bar, that's actually good for your brain, and that you leave feeling proud of yourself. Good Dirt is that place. already signed up to go back.

They offer both ceramic painting and pottery-making classes, and I'd love to return to try a pottery class. The only downside is that classes aren't on weekends and are held on weekday evenings for a few hours, which can be a bit hard to fit into our schedule. They had a nice variety of pieces to choose from. There's a $10 studio fee per painter plus the cost of the item. You pay for your piece first, then select colors and follow their painting instructions. My husband joined me and my son he didn't paint so was not charged a fee. The studio is about a 25-30 minute drive from Clovis, so it was a bit of a drive, but worth it for a fun, different activity together. I didn't realize beforehand that painted ceramics typically take about six weeks to be ready, though it makes sense since they also fire pottery and may have limited kiln space. Ours were actually ready in about three weeks, which was a great turnaround. Pickup was easy--they quickly located our items on a rack using the name slip attached. They didn't have the items wrapped either. One small thing I wish I had known is that they write your name and the date on the bottom of the finished piece. The ceramic I painted was a gift for my son, so I would have preferred not to have my name on it. If I had known, I would have asked about other options. Overall, the staff member who helped us choose our piece and paint colors was very friendly and helpful, making our first visit enjoyable. We'll definitely be back--especially to try one of their pottery classes!
