I take my daughter to the Dublin one usually but didn't feel like driving there today so we tried this one. It was surprisingly nice. We went on a weekday morning around 10:45 so I guess that's the time to go! There were only about 6 kids there and it was perfect. The door guy was nice, a little creepy, but very attentive and wonderful costumer service. The other guy fixing the machine seemed a little grumpy but he fixed the machine right away that we were having problems with. Jocelyn provided great customer service. I got off work super late and I was looking for something inexpensive , quick and by the house on this rainy night. I originally pulled up to DDs Discount ( to shop while thinking about dinner). When I realized that there was a Chuck E. Cheese next door. I walked slowly towards the door as I assumed that they may have been closed as it was almost 8pm. Jocelyn greeted me by the door and assured me that they were still open Even though I knew it was nearly closing time. I ordered a large combination. They had it ready within 10 minutes perhaps even 7 minutes. The cost was $14. She was very engaging and we had good conversation about business. I would highly recommend If you're out and about or even at DDs shopping with the kiddos to grab a pizza at Chuck E. Cheese. It's quick, cheap and you're supporting local business. Local businesses especially need our support Now so they can remain open for us to enjoy Later. Who knows you may even catch one of those pizzas deals . I'd also like to mention that this is not meant to be any type of gourmet pizza or Round Table. It's a basic pizza that's sold at a kids entertainment spot. This CEC is pretty decent. It's what you expect from a kid's place. Usually the keep up with all the stuff and it's not too messy everywhere. It gets really packed some days though and you have to wait until people are done to play games so definitely don't go during the peak hours (usually weekends). They're open until 11 on Friday night and there is absolutely no one there. Also gets more packed in winter because people can't have parties outside or there aren't many options to go. The prices for the tokens went up so make sure you go online and get coupons because it'll make things cheaper (especially if you have a party or go with a bunch of people). read more

Pizza is fresh and delicious! Staff is made up of very nice teenagers. One named Omega was very nice and gave me tokens when games were not working. Justin was also very nice to me at "Kid Check". Of I could give them a 0 I would! So, my family and I spent a lot of money. I also ordered a sampler along with 2 large pizzas, and they made a mistake on the sampler. So, I told an employee and she said, she wanted to see them. (wings) really? Came over and said, oh yea those aren't bbq wings. Why would I lie? And not to mention the wings were so small! After reading the awful reviews I called the manager before we went and she said reviews were wrong .... so I had to see for myself....Place was not as filty as previous reviewer nor as crowded.....NOTE: it was a Monday at 2pm.; .......however, carpet was super dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years...food was just OK....basketball game: 4 out of 5 balls were actually flat....We didn't let our grandaughter go in the crawl-thru overheads as the windows were grossly dirty....she really wanted to go Chuck E Cheese so we brought the prell hand sanitizer and we ALL used it....service was just ok and almost non-existant...would not go there if granddaughter didn't insist (she is 7 and it was her birthday choice and she LOVES getting the tickets and using the tokens...) We had a small birthday party just this past Monday. Everything was perfect! The employees were amazing, all the food was brought out in a timely manner. Food was Great all the kids had a blast. BUT! I had to ask the Employees to PLS clean the restrooms.. it was hands down the worst restroom I've ever seen.. just walking by them you could smell the Urine.. 2 of the 3 stalls were flooded with you know what.. your feet would stick to the floor.. just horrible.. someone did go in after that and fixed the 2 flooded stalls but the smells was awful. read more

This is the worst ever Chuck E. Cheese. The staff consisted of about 4 or 5 young teenagers 4 of which were on their phones while this one girl tried to run it all by herself. Waited 40 minutes at the prize stand for a guy to come wait on me. He thought sweeping and texting on his phone was more important. The young girl who was trying hard actually had to call him over to help me. He even made eye contact with me several times but instead continued to sweep and text on his phone. Another thing that bothered me is how dirty the beverage station was...I am sure it's infected with some type of bacteria or other. The bathrooms were nasty , even for a ladies room my wife had to hold it until we went elsewhere. Also a lot of the games/machines were out of order. This is a huge disappointment. Health inspector where are you.There is a heavy strong odor of pee and wet dog.The area where the children exchange their tickets for prizes the smell of pee is strong like if someone was very upset about their pay or what ever and took it out on the carpet.I didnt order food because that smell is near the tables where one would eat.also some of the games where not working.plus just my thoughts they should up grade the prize selection. read more

Tonight our family attempted to enjoy a fun family night out at your establishment. What a mistake that was..... This was our second visit to this location and we are NEVER going back. We arrived approximately 8:20pm, ordered our pizza and attempted to sit down. It was obvious the dinning room had not been cleaned in hours...... every table was covered in trash..... my husband actually wiped off our table himself (if we are going to clean we might as well eat at home). There was a table knocked over, trash on the floor, over full trash cans and I won't even mention how disgusting the beverage area was (we have pictures of this mess that will be posted on social media) Wanting to leave as soon as we saw this we stayed as we promised our son a night of fun. The first 3 games he tried were broken..... way to disappoint a young child. Many of the games and token machines were busted as well. After about 15-20 minutes of not seeing a single worker cleaning anything in the dinning room my husband complained about how disgusting the dinning area was..... it was probably another 15 minutes before the manager finally came out and started to clean. Sadly, this was not the worst part of our family fun night. We ordered one pizza at 8:20pm....... we NEVER received our dinner! At 9:25pm we finally got a refund for our pizza. This is ridiculous. There is no excuse not to serve a family their dinner..... one pizza. Shouldn't be hard to make one pizza at a pizza restaurant. What makes this even more disappointing is we went there without high exceptions. We know the pizza is not the greatest but we went so our son could play games (many of which were broken) and have fun. This was the worst night we have ever experienced. Our family deserves, just as much as any other family, to be able to visit your establishment and enjoy ourselves and create positive family memories. This was definitely not the case tonight. We are going to be contacting our local Better Business Bureau with our complaint. My husband also wants to contact the local health inspector and we will be letting other families know as well. It was disgusting that children had to play in this mess and I can only imagine how disgusting it is behind the scenes in the kitchen. I am thankful that the friends we had invited to join us were unable to make it as I would have been embarrassed to have invited anyone here. We are also no longer entertaining the idea of having my son's birthday party here. We are a family with young children which would have meant we could have been customer of yours over the next 10 plus years. Never again!! This place was a zoo. Very unpleasant smell when you walk in, not enough staff. Lines for food and prizes were super long with only one person working at each location. Had a party for my son and it was really really hot and stuffy! Made the all my guests miserable and grumpy. No air conditioning where the party area was. When I complained to the manager all she told me was that it has been down for months and that corporate won't fix it. There was nothing she could do about it. I am currently sitting at this location regretting not having gone to the smaller further one in Dublin . The area this location is at does not bother me at all . But the total lack of uncaring that these workers have . Yes it is a Saturday and yes I expect it to be busy but things would really run a little smoother if the manager wasn't avoiding her job & filling the salad bar with ice while there's only one cashier & a line out the door . There then was 4 girls that kept coming to talk to the cashier then go hide back somewhere else . People working here walked by saw the line and didn't do anything .Honestly this location is horrible do the staff . When the area is unorganized and the staff don't care it makes customers upset . Which is probably why I saw MANY customers yell at staff and make it uncomfortable for kids . Better training needs to happen. Couldn't take it so left and went to Dublin. I'm not sure why this place is getting such bad reviews. These people must live in mansions and send their children to boarding schools or something. Great remodel, staff is very friendly and professional. Celebrated all three boys' birthdays here last December. Juan was our host and he did a fabulous job with my party-ensuring we got a great deal on everything, that my boys felt special on their birthday, and that our guests had enough tokens to play all they wanted...we all (including adults) had a great time! We have been back here a few more times and it just keeps getting better and better! Parents giving bad reviews about smell, and that the place is dirty...Im pretty sure they were back there again. I can totally understand why the other yelpers feel this place is where you should NOT bring your children to. I've been to this location as they were just opening, mid day & end of the day. I will ONLY go back as they are opening. Everything is cleaned & there is barely a customer in the place which makes it great!! Our last visit was this past Saturday. I just came from a dentist appt, got back home around 9am and rounded up the kids for an hour or so of play at CEC. We got there at about 10am (they open at 9!), there was about 2 other families. So all together there was about 6 or so kids all playing and it was calm, quiet and peaceful. What a way to start off the weekend with your kids. Everyones happy. The only rule my husband and I have is to be out of there by 11ish. That's when the big parties start coming and it gets a bit chaotic between the various customers and the staff scattered throughout the joint. I mean for one why should I give 1 star when I see the employees working so hard and get so much disrespect and they do not deserve any of it. Sometimes I hear people complain about prices like if you are that cheap go to a park or something else that would obviously cost a lot of money. On the other hand, many games were broke down and they are very low staffed.
