It's a great concept for little ones but honestly you don't get much bang for your buck. Seems every time we took our girls 20% of the rides or games were out of order. The stuff you get for the tickets you exchange for prizes you could buy at a dollar store in volume. The food is not very good and the staff, mostly kids in their late teens aren't understanding customer service. One time when I was tired of waiting for service the manager who couldn't have been older than 20 said "sir I don't have to serve you if I don't want to." You do better taking your kids elsewhere where it may not be cheaper but the experience will be more fun. read more

Took my kids here on a Saturday morning and it was a good experience. It wasn't too busy and the pizza was pretty good.This is my first time going since they got rid of tokens, and it was way more convenient because you don't have to carry a pocket full of change. Most of the games were actually functional. One thing I remember about Chuck-E-Cheese over the years is the games were always in bad shape and took your token and you had to go complain to the attendant to get your token back. That would happen many times per visit, but with the play points I think that's solved. I can suggest to anybody planning a visit here to bring some singles along with whatever larger bills you're going to use to buy Play points. Because it kept asking to double the Play points for $1 or $2 more and I ended up using my debit card. I brought cash to buy Play points with but since I didn't have singles I used debit. So it was like 40 points for 10 or 80 for 12. How can you pass up a deal like that? I wish that I would have brought singles. read more

We happen to be there when corporate was there, he never talked to a customer and his presence seemed to make every employee care more about him than us. WARNING PARENTS - DO NOT HOST YOUR KIDS PARTY HERE. I got the best package for my son (the mega star package) which came out to almost $600 including all the food for my guests. When I came in, I had to wait 20 minutes to even meet my party host. He verified the food that I ordered online and the next time I saw him was 40 minutes when the food came out. My guests did not have any of their cups for drinks that I pre ordered online or the gaming cards, for an entire hour, my guests did not have anything to eat, drink, or do. I had to personally ask him where the drinks were and he finally brought them over. When he served the pizza, he placed the pizzas on a separate table, two tables across from my guests. I had to ask him if those were our pizzas because I was confused as to why he didnt serve it at the tables that my guests were eating at. He came back 10 minutes before our party ended for my son to blow his cake and placed the ice creams at a separate table again away from my guests. He left for the rest of the night and we had to find him to pay for our bill. I had to check online at my package to see if I was missing anything, which he did. My son wasn't offered to go into the ticket blaster and he didn't get his 1000 bonus tickets. I had to again ask another attendant to find him so he could give them to us. I understand if they were busy but it was a Wednesday afternoon and my party was the only party on the floor. I could not find my party host the entire night and whenever he came out, he came out from the back. He was not on the floor at all. read more

The kids enjoy the place but it's not too great. Food is bad, every time we were here there's always a few machines out of order, and it is crowded and dirty. We come here for like 30 mins to entertain the kids and leave. We came to a bday party too and the whole party scene is a little more fun as you get some attention from Chuck E. Cheese and kids went nuts. I would never eat here unless I had no choice but we will definitely be back for short period of times for entertainment purposes for the kids. read more

Like most Chuck E. Cheeses I've been to, the service is terrible. I went with my kid and got pizza and the endless salad bar. When I was about to get more salad, I was standing at the bar for more than 10 minutes and no one cared to help. What made things worse was that on one corner of the place, there were three employees grouped together and just seemingly chatting and laughing. They saw me. But they never approached to get me a new plate. The other guy at the prize area also saw me and looked me in the eye. Still, he did not bother to come and help me. Then soon as you walk in you can already tell how filthy the place is -- coin cups EVERYWHERE, pieces of broken tickets, foods, and random trash all over the floors. Another minus for this location is 60% of their machines were "not in service" or not working properly .. Always eating the coins or not producing the tickets.. Also, there has been the need to chase or wait a long time for an attendant to help you with anything, unacceptable on a slow night. I grew up in San Jose California where there still stands a 3 story Chuck E Cheese with full giant sized animatronics, a whole top floor of arcade machines and enough rides for about 20 kids to be on one at the same time. None of these memories will my kids fondly remember. If they remember anything at all it will probably be the time mommy almost had to bite her tongue from going vato loco on some absurd "Green Valley has-been" W.T. mom who was rude and vulgar after her daughter tried to steal something from our table. All that aside it is always crowded, even on weekdays. The machines are rarely all working. Even though there are maybe 20 games tops and about 8-10 kiddie rides for the toddlers. This place was really fun! Not dirty like other game places for kids I've been to in Las Vegas, and not super crowded on the day I went (normal, non-holiday weekend Saturday). The employees were nice enough but not always around the games when we needed help as they were busy attending to the numerous birthday parties, and some of the games you had no idea what to do until after you put money in. It was pretty easy to add money to your card once you figured it out. My daughter had a blast and as a parent of a small, fast, and hard to catch child, I was grateful for the person at the door making sure no kids ran past him for the exit without a parent, and the lack of walls in the game room so I could always easily spot my kid. Most of the machines are out of tickets and/or take your points ( used to be coins). We ordered food with a dessert pizza and the food never came out. The dessert pizza came out very burnt !! We went this morning as soon as it opened for my nieces birthday. It was not crowded at that time & all of the staff we encountered were super nice. What was disappointing was the amount of games that were out of order, & there was at least 4 times I had to find someone to help us because a game wasn't giving tickets or not working properly. I started feeling bad for the guy that was fixing all the issues, he was very nice each time I went to talk with him. Staff maybe it would be a good practice to test & make sure games are working properly before the doors open (this is what the guy that was helping us was doing but he was doing it as people were playing. Brought my little guy here the other day to see how he reacted to such a place since he is just now 2yrs old. He just loved this place. But first ..when you walk in they stamp you and your kiddos with a black light sensitive stamp and the numbers have to match to the child you are trying to leave with in the end. I found this to be a great feature since you can never trust anyone these days. I was also glad to see there was no longer a germ laden ball pit. There was a huge climber thingy that was a bit to advanced for my little guy. But the games were all good for him. He loved the race car games the most. As for food..they have a little salad bar we decided to try for like 6 bucks. Not a huge variety of things but they had the basics and it was all freshly stocked by the kids that worked there. Chuck E. Cheese's is all about the kids. With coupons from their online website, we got 3 pizzas, drinks for everyone, 500 tokens, 750 tickets to start, and couple hours of entertainment for 7 kids and 5 adults for $138. It was not busy on Tuesday night, so the kids pretty much had free reign over the place. You know they had a good time when you get a text a few days later from them thanking you for their experience and how much fun they had. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit and everything was kept clean. I applaud the young woman that helped us when we were redeeming our 3000+ tickets split between 7 kids getting different prizes. That was an excellent exercise in patience. I also am happy with the safety they provide at the entrance. Each group is provided a different stamp upon entry and a child cannot leave the building unless they are with an adult with the same stamp. Although I was with there with my nieces, they came in separately from us with my parents, when I attempted to walk out with them, I was not permitted to because I did not have the same stamp as them. This safety feature gives you a little peace of mind when a child can escape you for moment and you need to hunt them down. read more

I saw a promotion where Passbook for the IPhone had a deal to get 100 tokens so I thought I would give it a try and it was a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon with my daughter. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly employee, and again we had a friendly cashier; that's basically where the service ended. I was incredibly disappointed to find that a majority of the games were out of order, but what's worse is that they weren't listed as out of order, instead my daughter put in her tokens and nothing happened. The air hockey machine would "turn on" but there was no air; after this happened on multiple games, I finally said something to one of the employees who didn't seem to care. At one point I was told "Someone will be there in a minute", we waited at least 5 minutes, so I went up and asked again, again to be told "I'll get someone for you." And still no help and when I commented about the lack of anyone coming to assist us, they didn't care. Of the 100 tokens, we were able to use about half of them. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received once my money had been taken. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth, I'll give Chuck E Cheese a lot of wiggle room, I understand that not every game will work and I have realistic expectations that at least one game will "eat tokens" but when it's a majority of the games, that's when it gets into "rip-off" territory. Keep in mind, fresh urine has a smell, but this was the stench of uric acid being heavily tied into the fibers of the carpet. Took my kids to this location because I heard the one off of Serene and Eastern wasn't the greatest. I'm so glad I did! I was really shocked after leaving because we all had a really good time and the reviews on here were horrible. We decided to come anyway because we had made our daughter a sticker chart and according to her behavior we would take here for a reward. Well she kicked butt and filled up her sticker chart so we took her here. They do "pay for play" now which I think was awesome! It's exactly like what it sounds. You pay for the time you play. We played for an hour and only paid 15-20 bucks. The pizza was 20 but because we wanted it to be a special day for our kid, who can put a price on it? Anyway I remember taking her here once when she was about 2 and when you used to pay for the coins , you kinda find yourself saver every coin because you don't want to run out lol. So I love the fact that they now use a digital card that you can you over and over and over for the time that you're there. We'll definitely be coming back soon! We decided to take our nephew to this chucky cheese location for his second birthday. The pizza took over 50 minutes to be made. I tried ordering a beer, and the manager was nowhere in sight. I had to wait over 15 minutes for paula to finally show up to serve me. We also notified the staff that we had purchased a birthcake, and wanted chucky to come sing for my nephew. She came back later and told us that chucky had left and that the only they can do was give us the cake to take home. I was extremely dissapointed with what chucky cheese has become, I remember having wonderful times at chucky cheese as a child. Most of the machines usually work. I have a 5 year old that likes to come, and has a good time. I have never eaten here so I can't comment on the food. The prices for the games are much better then other places with the same type of business. We can come in, spend $5 and play for quite a while, mixing in the climbing tubes. It's a cheap fun night out for the little one. As others have stated the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It also doesn't help when the machine your kid is looking forward to using is broke. But for $5 go try it out. read more

We started off our night waiting and ended it waiting even longer. It took about five minutes for someone to take our order, about 25 minutes to get the pizza, and about a half hour to get two plastic spiders. When we asked the girl at the counter if anybody could help her she said everybody was busy. This is after we watched the scrubbed out manager walk around with a clipboard for 10 minutes. I appreciate that the staff kept the restaurant clean but a table could have been left dirty for 3 minutes to help out where they were needed most. The games were fun, $10 for one hour of play, but the cost of the food -- OMG -- two large pizzas, wings and eight drink cups $91, WOW. Should really think about renovating the location, it looks really ugly to have tapes all over the floor like the floor just looks like it's gonna break into pieces. 2.
