Silverware wasn't provided until 20 minutes after our food came out and my husband ended up eating his steak with his hands. Food was not fresh either which made it worse. Our group was very disappointed. Overall, I do NOT recommend coming here for food, just go to the bar for drinks and watch the fight instead. All the seating inside were Bistro stools and when you reach a certain age or certain weight or both, Bistro stools are not comfortable or safe. There was a picnic table out in the back, and that was fine, except there is no shade. Second, the do not serve food before 5:30 pm. They open at 4 pm. Our group ordered food from outside and had it delivered to the picnic table. Third, service was non existent. There was a bartender and we could get drinks. The place could use sprucing up. The floor was concrete and cracked and worn it was if they put a bunch of games in an old building. It was not an inviting atmosphere. A pool table would have improved the place slightly, but not enough to make a return trip.

The man up front, I believe his name was Doug seemed very reluctant to help us. When we arrived he was more concerned about a broken lane and told us to wait and that he'll be right back. There was also a couple of people who spoke directly at him including a woman who just wanted to say thank you on her way out and he just ignored them both. As far as the place itself, It's pretty easy to find your way around but not a fan of how the bowling balls are sorted. You pretty much have to go to other unoccupied lanes to search for a ball if your lane doesn't have what you're looking for. Wasn't a huge fan of the red ambiance either. I only bowled the one game but I'm not sure I could stay here for several hours under the red lights. Just doesn't feel too inviting.
