I'm very pleased on how this Chuck E. Cheese was. Both my niece were having their birthday and the coordinator was very helpful. Came here on a Sunday (June 30, 2013). The place was clean, which is totally unexpected when you have lots of kids running around. I always tend to judge a restaurant on how clean their bathroom is; and it was definitely clean. All the arcades is 1 token, very entertaining if you have kids, and most of all they serve beer. Holy smokes!!! I came here to celebrate my daughters birthday. The hostess was really nice and helpful but I gave a 4 star because she forgot about the sandwich platter and we got it at the end. But overall it was fun for my daughter and her friends. I will consider having another birthday celebration again here. If I could give them half a star I would. There pizza is never on point it always needs sauce. And if your trying to get hired here I wouldn't even bother the general manager is a bitch. She just has a really bitchy face and seems like she doesn't want to deal with people in general.Other then that mis hap the games are fun and children seem to be enjoying themselves. Some games break down easily but that's to be expected. They just got some bumper cars that are actually really fun. Most of the employees are very friendly some are obviously not..I've applied numerous of times and gone through not one but three interviews and I've even signed permission for them to do a successful background check. By far, the WORST Chuck E Cheese EVER! The 1 star is for the pizza that was actually not too bad. Everything about this location sucked. The employees straight up DID NOT care about even being there. The staff was a joke. When asking the cashier a question, she replied "I don't know" and just shrugged it off. I went on a Monday evening (4/11/16 from 5:30pm- 9:00pm), not very busy at all, and they seemed to just be standing around. They were out of practically everything. The list of things they DID have was way shorter. They were out of French fries, buffalo wings, diet soda, regular Sprite, beer, ice cream, ranch, croutons, large cups, and toilet paper. I ordered the sampler platter, which took 30 minutes to bring out, and they gave me Bone-in wings when I specifically ordered boneless. I stood at the register while a young man was clocking in, and he didn't even acknowledge me. The cashier asked if I needed help, I said I wanted to order, she looked at me, then at him, and they both walked away at the same time. I heard numerous people complain to the manager also, and he didn't seem to do anything. I STRONGLY advise to stay away from this location. I am not one to leave nasty reviews but o really want to prevent people from having the same experience. My sister has special needs and when she was upset by the ice cream machine not in service, the staff giggled at her. I continued to shoot dirty looks because I was clearly not amused by their insensitivity. NOT TO MENTION, the young lady checking hand stamps checked my little sisters hand, and not mine. I didn't even receive a stamp! So literally anyone can walk off with these children because they have a lazy person not doing their job correctly. I get that you probably have better things to do than be at work, but that system is for the safety of children. It's pretty ridiculous that I could have been a complete stranger and walked off with a 3 year old bc this girl had no interest in her job. I sure hope that this entire night crew gets reevaluated. Brought my daughter in on a Saturday evening. It was busy, but that was expected. Although I was surprised to find a clean table moments after walking in. The toddler section was a mess family's were using up the tables to hold there stuff while they played, not just one but multiple tables at once. Food arrived quickly, and wasn't too bad, for Chuck E. Cheese pizza. There was plenty of games working and it was easy to find someone when we had a problem, I noticed an employee walking around checking games and fixing errors. Not all the ticket munchers were working, and there was incredibly long lines so we just skipped that part. Overall not a bad experience. read more

Having our 3 year olds birthday party at Pasadena Chuck E Cheese was a great experience. It was stress free, and our host was extremely helpful. We went with the mega superstar package for 5 kids. It was nice for once to not worry about shopping for goody bags and party decorations or planning out entertainment and games. However we did bring our own cake and ice cream because we're picky about that. And many thanks to our host for being so attentive. We had issues with the cake we bought. She was more then happy to help out with that. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Also I really like how spacious it was, lots of booths and floor space to accommodate foot traffic. I definitely recommend the Chuck E. Cheese birthday experience if you as parents just want to show up and enjoy the party as a guest too. read more

If my son didn't love the Chuck E. Cheese franchise so much, we would probably never to go this location ever again, and I would probably give it 1 star. First, half, no joke, half of the machines were not working. Second, from the half that were working, about 7 machines were out of tickets. From the machines where you feed the tickets, only 3 were working. Third, I don't know if they were short staffed or what, but it was so hard to get anyone to come help us. One of the times we asked for help, the girl said someone would be right with us to help, and no one came. Lastly, it's definitely not the cleanest place either. There was garbage on the floor and dirty bandaids. Not the best experience at a Chuck E. Cheese that we have had. Wish there were other locations closer to us. read more

We had a reserved party here for my sons 5th this past Saturday, we had a blast! Benjamin the manager/our host was awesome. They really make it all about the birthday kid and cater to your ever need! Not only will I recommend this place but we will be returning again and again to this location! Only downfall it gets pretty packed after 2pm but it's fun either way. The pizza and cheesy bread were actually A-OK despite what I remember from being a kid, the problem was the smell. I'm not sure what it was, but I suspect it was covered up vomit. Its Chuckie cheese, don't come in with high expectations. The service is great and for the most part all the games were working properly. We came for a birthday party 10-12. I like this time slot because you get to still hang out after the party ends and it doesn't get too late for nap time. The parking was fine to, since we we were the first party on that Saturday. I will continue to come here for birthday party's and at the request of my kiddos. read more

Most of the experience was awful. We bought a pizza package that cost $60 and included was Chuck E. Come to our table at 4:30 and never came. Before I start my review. I want to explain that nearly any chuckie cheese I go to is probably going to get a 3 Star unless they have exceptional service. Because chuckie cheese is way crazy. HOWEVER, this day at chuckie cheese started out really well. It was Wednesday and they have all you can play $14.99. So I asked the guy. Is it better to buy tokens to all you can play for each kid. He said, it's better to just buy token points. And he was right. So that's huge bonus points for him. That alone would have gotten this chuckie cheese a 4 star review. But here's where it goes bad. Our machine we were playing on wasn't giving out tickets. So we asked someone to come fix it. They did not come for about 30 mins. So we played in the game next to it and waited. They finally got there and fixed it. Then as they were fixing it, tickets started to come out and then a random child came by and took all of them. And I told the lady, those were our tickets. And she said sorry. The child was really fast and grabbed them. I didn't understand why that was any reason for us to lose our tickets. She did not give us our tickets and literally just smiled and walked off! Then it gets worse!!! We count our tickets and walk to the counter. They take our papers and said we will be right with you. 3 other people tell us they would be right with us in a 1 hour time frame. Reading this review, you would think, its always busy when kids are picking their toys. BUT THE THING IS, we were the only ones standing there. One hour later. We hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in decades but one warm afternoon we decided to take our then 2 year old son to Chuck E. Cheese in Pasadena. To our surprise the place was so much bigger than we remembered. This location also had bumper cars for kids to play. It was clean and the pizza was a lot better than expected. My son loved it and so we decided to host a birthday party there. It was so easy to book the venue and order food for our guests online. The kids got 2 hours of unlimited play and gift bags to take come included in our package. Our son also got a chance to go into the Ticket Blaster. We booked our party for a 2 hour time slot and fortunately there were no other events after ours so we didn't have to feel rushed. Our hostess was great and assisted us with the cake cutting and ordering additional food for our guest. Our birthday boy loved it and all of the kids had a great time. read more

Last time I came here everything was great but this time was so horrible, first off it took forever for our food to arrive and when it did, the order was so wrong and the lady that helped me, looked like she didn't even want to be there and gave nothing but attitude. Turned out the wings we ordered weren't even made and we had to wait another 20 mins for them. Another thing I didn't like where the manager got into an argument with a customer and lady was yelling at him and what not. And as soon as we are leaving the manager is telling all his Co workers about the argument. WOW talk about unprofessional. Nothing but kids working there with bad attitudes. Take my kids here on a Saturday night at around 7pm. Went to order a large pizza and a platters along with wings and churros at 7:20pm. We got the pizza at around 8:00pm. At around 8:30, we went up to the cashiers and ask them where was the rest of our food. The cashier asked us to speak to the manager which he offer us a refund as well as the replacement of our food that we ordered at 7:20pm. It's almost 9pm and we still have not gotten any food.
