I have been visiting this location for years and had stopped some years ago after a really bad experience. I recently expanded my family and my little one had never been. I decided to try it out again for the first time in 3 or so years. First I want to say that this Chuck E Cheese is in a good location. Plenty of parking and the area feels relatively safe. We were greeted and stamped upon arrival. The employees were kind and attentive. The entire building was much cleaner than it had been in the past and the food was good. I had the salad bar and we also ordered pizza and a drink. The food came out quickly, hot and fresh and we had a good time. I will say that the experience has definitely gotten pricey. For my family of 4- 1 adult and 3 kids (1 toddler who did not play games) we paid a little over $140.00. That included x large pizza, 4 drinks, churros, salad bar and 1 hour of unlimited play for 2 kids. Will definitely visit again in the future considering how many children and the budget.

We just had a bday party here and we had amazing service. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The overall service was great! I highly recommend this location. We will be back!

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

It's near an elementary school but not as close with a whole grass field between. The pathway that's between the school and park is wide and shady, filled with places to sit, workout and eat. They have city workers that check up the area regularly. I see them in the mornings when I go for a walk sometimes. They added a new pergola type area next to the tennis courts. More tables to enjoy and a bbq pit I believe The parking is pretty much street parking but it seems that a lot of the visitors are from the area so they most likely walk to it. Ice cream trucks, well vans come by and sometimes the school would invite Kona Ice usually on Wednesdays sometimes. Kona would usually be on the Slate Street side FYI

We usually go on weekdays before school gets out so there's only a handful of people there. Their prices are reasonable, and they even offer different tiers of memberships. I haven't got a chance to try their food but from talking to other parents who have eaten there, they say the food is good. If I remembered correctly admission is $6. Rides are $5 for 3 rides. (They only have 3 rides: boat ride, train ride, & carrousel) OR $9 for unlimited rides wristband. We ended up getting the wristband but it wasn't worth it, as the park was extremely packed and the lines for the rides were pretty lengthy, we only got on each ride once, but I'm sure on a regular day with no event happening, it's worth it to get the unlimited. Carrousel was so fun, goes pretty fast. Train ride was funny with all the things you pass and see along the ride, and the tunnel was the cutest, get ready to get your phone out and take a video. They even have a little water park so be sure to pack an extra pack of clothes for the kiddos unless you don't mind them getting soaked and getting back in your car. They have a food stand with foods like hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, chili, chips, shaved ice, fountain drinks, etc. We didn't purchase food here but prices ranged from $4-$8 I believe. This was a great way to spend a few hours and let your kids run around, play and tire them out. I'd definitely bring my daughter back. I am pretty bummed, there opening day my daughter & I stood in line for face painting for 1h & 35m literally and it was during the time that they passed out the raffle it was 70 $70 gift cards and apparently my number got called while in line & I didn't hear it and it's not like I had anyone to go get my prize for me. So by the time my daughter got her face painted and we went to give them our #. They said they called it out already and literally handed out the last gift card to someone. So that was pretty sucky. It's okay though. We had a great time and it was a great event. Their hours of Operation are: June - July 2024 Thursday - Sunday 10am - 4pm August - October 2024 Saturday & Sunday Only 10am - 4pm
