The first time my wife and I came in, we shared the fajitas and they were absolutely incredible. Everything was full of flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Their homemade beans alone are worth talking about -- seriously some of the best I've had. We came back again today and I tried the enchiladas with the creamy poblano sauce... and wow. Hands down the best enchiladas I've ever had. That sauce was rich, flavorful, and something I'll definitely be coming back for.
