They have good food. I just hate ordering through Grubhub. It seems like something always goes wrong. My order was suppose to come with a side, which was broccoli and I did not receive my broccoli ‍‍ Thanks

I used to frequent this place approximately 5yrs ago. Always a good time, Good food & even better service. As of late, not so much! The food has been pretty consistent but the staff and service is poor and beyond unprofessional. Most times U will find yourself stalking the bartenders for a drink even when the bar isn't crowded; to be greeted with not so pleasant attitudes by not so pretty girls who can't make drinks. I sent my Long Island back and the bartender asked me what's wrong with it? I explain what was wrong with my drink and she says, i ran out of sour mix. So u just gonna charge me 13$ for a glass of bs? I don't understand it. I even had a server charge my card gratuity for takeout on top of taking my cash tip. When confronted acted totally oblivious. Check ur receipts cuz these ppl will rob you.

Chuck's is a mix between a local pub, an Atlanta club and diner. I am merely reviewing the night life here because I came here for drinks on a Fri night. The music was by far the BEST part of this friday night experience. It was all old school Mase, 112, SWV, perfect for a few drinks....and maybe a shot. I would definitely return, everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal, unfortunately I did not stay much past midnight as I had to work the next day.

I frequent this establishment quite a few times when I'm in the area and I always have the issue of having to wait a while for someone to service me when I'm sitting at the bar. However last night was horrible. A friend and I went last night and sit at the bar. No one is in the bar except for me and my friend, so I assumed we would get serviced quick. 10 min later and nothing. I walk up and ask the security guard are they even open since no one is saying anything to us. He assumed they were open. We had to get up and walk to another area to order a cheesesteak. We sit at the bar again and nothing. After we walk back to the cheesesteak counter I guess someone told the bartender we were complaining as to which we just ordered our Uber at this point. There was a girl behind the bar that says, "Hey"! We turn around and I'm like yes? She says very rudely, "Is there a problem"? We explained our issue and the bartender is still rude and aggressive. She says " Did you even tell anyone you wanted a drink". She was the rudest person ever. Some people don't need to be in the service industry. Chucks do better. In the image the girl on the right is the one who hassled us. This is also a pic of them not doing anything while we are trying to get service.

One and Done! We were looking for a place to hold our "girls night out". It won't be this place! The highlight of my dining experience was the waitress (a delightful young lady that could do a whole lot better in a more desirable establishment) and the bread. With that said there were several issues to name: 1) I've never been to a restaurant where the table is set with a plastic place setting. 2) Unappetizing appetizer (muscles with the beard still in some) served with plastic plates to eat from. 3) Shrimp scampi over seasoned with lemon and over cooked shrimp. The Fried shrimp was huge but it was not seasoned and the crab plate had unidentifiable seasonings with a hard baked potato. The manager did take the price of my food off but by then the damage was done. 4) The distraction of the staff (namely the manager and the "chef") walking around the entire time we were there. I can't recall the last time; I've seen kitchen staff that needed to be in the front so much. Overall the server was great but the service was horrible. By the time we left we advised the young lady to get another job in a better establishment. She could do a whole lot better and make way more tips than in this place.

We also enjoyed dessert, which was a perfect way to end the meal. A special touch was when Carmela herself stopped by and handed us a to-go bag with complimentary bread. That kind of hospitality really made us feel welcome and added to the warm, family-oriented atmosphere of the restaurant. The only slightly unusual thing was that the meals for our table were brought out separately rather than all at once, and they serve Pepsi products instead of Coca-Cola. Neither was a major issue, just something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food, friendly service, and a genuine family ambiance.

This is not a pizza joint but Italian Done Right and the dining room is cozy but you won't care. Fair warning they are always busy but so worth the wait. Don Cheech (cheesesteak) plenty of meat, juicy, cheesy and the bread is oh so good, French fries are solid with or without the truffles. They make homemade Arancini and it's delicious as is their burrata caprese. Then there is the meatball salad with ricotta or their Ceasar salad are crisp and filling with house made dressings. Every pizza I have seen looks amazing but I haven't gotten to them yet. I had the gnocchi mi nini amazingly creamy and light and their eggplant parmesan the eggplants was perfectly crisp and cooked perfectly. No mushy eggplant here. If you have any room left (we had dessert first one day) the tiramisu is delicious and so worth every calorie. The servers are very nice and have not had any issues plus the owners are waiting tables too with them. Don't be surprised to hear Italian spoken here it just adds to the experience.

We waited close to an hour for our entrees while the restaurant continued to fill up. With a hungry toddler, the long delay made it difficult to enjoy the visit. After waiting so long, we ultimately asked to have our food packed to go because staying any longer wasn't practical for our family. We also noticed that several nearby tables appeared to receive their entrees before we did, despite arriving after us, which left us feeling overlooked. As Asian and Puerto Rican customers, this made us wonder whether we were being treated differently. We can't know for certain what caused the delay, but the experience left us feeling unwelcome and overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable meal. (Edit: the food that we took home was delicious and beautifully presented but couldn't overshadow the service and unwelcoming presence)

My wife went there on a Sunday afternoon and was traumatized. She encountered the nastiest, most rude sales person she ever had to deal with. My wife came home with four boxes of cheese ravioli and vowed never to set foot in there again. The ravioli were awesome! I'm used to the cheap frozen kind we get at Shoprite. I'l never go back to those again. P & S has made a loyal customer out of me. My wife will never go back because of the miserable saleslady so it's up to me to go there. So far I haven't run into her, the ladies I've dealt with have been very pleasant and the ravioli are the best.
