Brought my dress here to alter two things. They were happy to accommodate it and it was done on time. The only bad thing is that, they added a slit but forgot to do it on the inside skirt. They'll work on your patch or embroider anything, and will be completed at the time they stated. It seems like this is a two women team, and they work well together. I needed my women's trousers hemmed with very short notice. The people working there were very nice and had my pants ready on time. Unfortunately, as feared, the trousers were hemmed too short to wear with the intended shoes. And yes, I did bring the shoes with me to the alterations appointment. I brought my uniforms to be altered. Before I went I called and this sweet older lady answered and answered all the questions I had. She wasn't rude or tried rushing me off the phone. Fast forward I went a few days later. She offered hand sanitizer and was sure to let me know that she sanitize after each client. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! My family and I have about 20 items that needed to be altered. We saw the reviews and wanted to give them a try. We only brought 2 items to see how the alterations would turn out. As soon as we walked in I immediately felt a negative vibe. There was a older lady, older man, and a young girl and not one greeted us but instead looked at us like we were aliens. Behind us was 2 customers of Latino decent. As soon as they walked in, they were greeted with huge smiles. The older lady asked what we needed. We told her what we wanted and to have the items tried on so she can take measurements. the entire time the older lady was very cold and arrogant. The older man never said one word. The younger girl had no clue what she was doing. She couldn't find an item a customer was picking up. After taking measurements of the 2 items she gave us an estimate of cost and told us it will be ready in 3 weeks. I felt the cost was outrageous but my wife wanted to give them a try. The younger girl had no clue what she was doing. Didn't know how to generate a invoice/receipt. The older lady had to keep helping her. They asked how we plan on paying. I was confused because every place I've been to for alterations, I was never asked to pay upfront. So I asked the young girl what if I pay upfront and there's something wrong with the alterations? Do we get a refund? The older lady immediately got upset and gave us a dirty look and shook her head no. At that point I told my wife forget it and we'll go elsewhere. I will never recommend this business based on how they treat potential customers. If you're not of Latino decent, get ready for a rude and arrogant experience. read more

If I could give a ZERO, I would!! I came in with my daughter's Prom dress that needed a simple hem and to be 2" smaller, fitted around the waist. Although hesitant, she said she could do it even with all the rhinestones covering the dress. I was charged $100 for these two things to be fixed. When I picked up the dress, the length was perfect but nothing around the waist changed. She insisted she fixed it, but my daughter and I can still fold the fabric around the waist, exactly 2"... which is what my daughter specifically wanted fixed. I don't appreciate being charged so much for a fix, then lied to, when clearly NOTHING was fixed around the waistline. Now prom is tomorrow and I have to figure out how to fix this myself. Terrible job or maybe.... no job done at all around the waist!! One hundred bucks spent for a terrible job! Shady business practice. Charged me for work that was not done. read more

As a guy who's 5'5" in height, finding t-shirts that aren't too long for me can be a confidence crushing task. But not anymore!
