    Beef broccoli

DONT GO HERE. I'm new in port orchard, went here today, still have the plate in my lap, had 1 bite. Absolutely terrible. Got beef and broccoli, first off it was $26 damn dollars. Most I've ever paid for teriyaki food. Thinking it's going to be great food. It's 2/10, beef is tough, no flavor, save yourself. I could have went to Applebees and got a alcoholic drink for cheaper then this bs.

Kims Teriyaki Never NEVER disappoints. I have been coming here almost all my life and I seriously believe it's the best teriyaki in Washington state. The staff is always so nice and they really take care of their orders and produce nothing but quality. The chicken is always perfectly thick nice strips and you can really taste the difference in quality here vs other places. I've had almost everything on the menu, and I would reccomend any if it. The Spicy teriyaki is my personal favorite with the yakisoba following in second place. I know a lot of people love teriyaki but if you have not been to kims yet please do! You will fall in love immediately. -Colter

Best food ever!!! Quality food made to order. Probably the only Chinese food restaurant that uses chicken breast meat.

The restaurant was spotless, welcoming, and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Bringing a group of 19 people into a restaurant at noon could easily overwhelm the serving staff and the cooks, but that was absolutely not the case here. About half of our group wanted the traditional Korean BBQ experience, which included grill tables and cooking their own meats and vegetables, while the others preferred dishes prepared by the kitchen. The staff accommodated both without missing a beat. We were seated quickly, orders were taken promptly, and the food arrived surprisingly fast. And it was plentiful! There was only one server working the dining room, yet she handled everything efficiently, professionally, and with a smile. Every order was correct, and everyone felt well taken care of. The checks were presented and taken care of very quickly. Most importantly, the food was excellent. Every person in our group left happy, and many were already talking about returning with their families. It's rare to find a restaurant that can handle a group of 19 so smoothly while delivering great food and outstanding service. All 19 of us agreed: Seoul Korean BBQ earned a well-deserved 5-star rating. It was that good.

Although he was able to explain the AYCE rules thoroughly, he lacked the basic knowledge of what the sauce contained. He also kept asking if we wanted the grill changed. We explained that once the grill was "seasoned," the food would not stick; which is why we didn't want it changed... yet he asked if we wanted it changed right after this. I also asked for more napkins, he brought one. The ventilation in this restaurant is horrendous, the smoke and heat from the grill were unpleasant for anyone sitting near the wall. I had to move seats after I was done cooking, because the heat was making me sweat profusely. A female employee came by and asked if we needed anything, and I asked for napkins (to wipe the sweat off my face). She looked at me as if I was asking for a slice of pizza. I asked her if there was a problem, because of the look she gave me. She responded, "no." I got the feeling as though she didn't want to give us napkins for some reason. Again, the food was good, but the service was terrible.

Speaking of pork belly they were too chewy we cooked it for long enough and it was still very chewy. Service was trash. The lady that was our server poured all the meat on our fryer so half of the meat was stacked on top of each other so it took longer to cooked. We're already on a 90 minute time crunch. If my step dad wasn't pestering the lady for a next round they wouldn't have checked on us and we would've been waiting for 30 minutes. While we were waiting for the second round the lady told us to turn off our heater when we're not using it, the man later came and turned it back on and told us to keep it at level 400-500. The next time we got the food she tried to put all the meat on the fryer again my step dad said "It's okay we got it, thank you" she looked at us like we didn't know what we were doing. Later on she looked at how we put everything on the fryer she looked and laughed at us TWICE.

We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.
