I've come here multiple times with no issues. However my recent experience was not what I expected. This review is saved by the wonderful waitress serving us who was thrown under the bus by their manager and I was not keen on that because her service and communication was excellent. The food for our recent experience was pleasant with one problem - menu did not reflect the actual price of what was charged. SO, for me, that would be a big red flag for obvious reasons. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and expected the manager to rectify this obvious mistake. We were charged 19.99 for 10 wings instead of the menu price of 15.50. To my disappointment, the manager SENT the waitress to tell us that it's already charged and there's nothing they could do about it. Whaaaat?! That was not expected. Of course when I got up to dispute this the manager said he'd refund me. But sir, WHY am I getting up to talk to you for this mistake? You should come to our table and explain what happened and apologize because that's a BIG no no to charge customers something they did not agree to. I've worked at places where managers who are inadequate will throw the other employees and waiters under the bus to deal with angry customers because they do not have the social skills to do so. This was a good chance for the restaurant to show that they have adequate leadership. In this case they really fell short and I felt bad for this waiter. She was apologizing but the manager said nothing. I would recommend this guy get some training on customer service and satisfaction. Otherwise, how do we know this wasn't on purpose? Check on your receipts to make sure this problem isn't consistent. For reference, our order totaled to about $50+ with the extra charge without tip. read more

I had the opportunity to try the sushi since my last visit. My wife and daughter had a couple of rolls each and I had sashimi. The others both reported that they liked their rolls, they must have been good because there were no pieces left for me to try. I thought the sashimi was good...no complaints about the quality or freshness. I however would have liked fewer different types of fish and more of each type included. Such a delightful little place hidden in a strip mall. The staff was so friendly upon our arrival. We ordered many choice dishes from some fried rice two chicken skewers to some Pho and every single item was absolutely delicious. Good size portions. Everything was cooked really well, and I have to say the flavor was outstanding. I believe that their prices are pretty fair for the amount of food that you do get. It's a wonderful casual atmosphere not extremely noisy. Plenty of parking with the parking lot outside and everything appeared to be clean and well organized. I recommend trying this place out. I ordered the fresh rolls they were completed busted and I only received shrimp either the menu is misleading and just comes across your suppose to get 2 chicken and 2 shrimp or I was missing two rolls. I also had the chicken skewers and only got five and they were so over cooked. So good thing the peanut sauce came with the rolls because the chicken needed it. Jolly Good Show!! When I stepped into this amazing place, I was met with a very kind woman who was there with me and my family over and beyond. We were met with a smashing decore, with a nice shade of green wall, and beautiful golden statues sitting on their counters. We sat down and ordered mouth watering food, different elegant dishes for everyone. To focus mostly on my dish, I got myself a good plate of Beef Fried Rice, and I must give my sincere thanks to the chef with this interesting take on the shape of the rice that was on my plate. I waited until ordering from this place for the second time to leave a review. I've had the bun (noodles) with pork, a few different sushi rolls and fried rice. All were excellent, but I ordered the bun noodles twice because it was just so good. The pork was flavored perfectly and was tender, and the fresh veggies were all great. The Volcano roll is delicious (and it's not overly spicy for those of you who are concerned) and well worth the few dollars extra over the more basic rolls, though a bit fattening!
