Wow. I am in shock. This has been my worst fast food experience in 10 years. 1. The person who took my order was relatively kind. But it took 10 minutes of conversation for him to get what I ordered at the speaker. It was like bartering at a World market. 2. The sides were ok. Mash, mac, and slaw. 3. The chicken was cold AND old. Not just wow this is old, but wait is this safe to eat old. And get this, it was given to me with a smile. 4. The pie was hard, frosted (i wanted it plain) and cold. RUDE MANAGER, TERRIBLE CHICKEN!! I only gave this place a one star because I had to in order to write this review. Christmas Eve I ordered the 16pc 3 sides so my family could have something to eat for the next day. I did not receive my spicy chicken it was mild I did not receive the 3 peppers I ordered. My family does not eat the mild chicken, but even when we tried it was horrible tasting. So we are stuck with chicken we couldn't eat. Of course they were closed on Christmas Day. After working a 12 hour shift I contacted the manager on the 26th around 7:45pm, she rudely told me there was nothing they could do and HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and any other review sites I can find. I will NEVER come back to this establishment again. read more

The food here is absolutely terrible. We got the feed 6 -- biscuits may as well have been rocks, the coleslaw was basically an undressed salad, fries soggy, and the chicken skin was not even connected to the meat. I called to complain and the manager wasn't in until 2.5 hours later, so I had to call back. Upon my request, for a refund she kept promising to give me fresh food. The food should have been fresh from the beginning and the quality we received turned me off from them completely. So I past a very popular Lisa's chicken (right next door) to come to Churches, because I know Churches has always been a great choice. Well this time it was a disaster. I opened the box of chicken (Combo #3 , mashed potatoes and a biscuit) Well the chicken was less than a inch wide, it was old or stale, any way it was so hard, my poor plastic fork would not stab through to dip into my gravy. Than there's that biscuit. What happened to the biscuits? it usta have a AMAZING honey glaze on top. this one was all dried up and tasted like day old bread. I spent $6.48 on this?? I couldn't eat it, I threw it away, and ate a P&J sandwich. Overall my experience this night with Churches, not so good. I gave it a 1 star because I cant leave a Negative -5 star read more

I've heard a lot of bad things about this particular Chicken spot, but i decided to give it a try. Bad decision. First off, i ordered a 3 piece mixed, mashed potatoes, biscuit, 2 peppers, and a drink. When I got to work all I had was my drink and 3 pieces of chicken. The very next day I stopped back by and ordered the exact same meal. I even told the guy at the window what happened last time and he gave me a free drink. Well needless to say when I got to work no peppers again. Wow!!! Also the chicken was very greasy. I'm sure they dropped it back in the grease go heat it up!! Why throw it away.??? This place is ran by foreigners (which is not all that bad) but they are very hard to understand. While I was at the window I took a look around, and to no surprise very nasty inside. Visited store 5/1/15 bought a 10 piece chicken with a side order of mashed potatoes and biscuits. Mashed potatoes were not bad but for the biscuits and chicken , was not fit for human consumption . I won't even throw it to the dog. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease nasty nasty nasty. Standing under heat bulb to long. Biscuits were old and hard . Church's is usually one of my favorite places to pick up some fried chicken.. I have never had a bad experience with a church's chicken until today.. there was definitely something wrong with the strips I got not only were they the worst chicken strips I've ever had the little bit I managed to swallow made me vomit shortly after eating it. For it to be as bad as it was and to make me so sick I honestly think the workers could have intentionally done something to my chicken, it was THAT BAD.. and I normally love church's. Also there were 2 things missing from my meal my gravy and the pepper I ordered and paid for, not as big of an issue as the disgusting chicken. The first time I've ever had to throw my church's meal in the trash. Very disappointed especially since I'm only visiting and they don't have a church's back home.. This is the worst Church's I have ever been to. I went twice, the first time my chicken tenders were hard and rubbery. Then the 2nd time I ordered chicken fried steak with no gravy, they poured gravy all over, I knew because it was running out the container. I explained I didn't want gravy, the manager started yelling like a fool. All she had to do was remake it.
