This doesn't taste like it should, close, but not correct" nothing to off complain over though. BUT since moving we only frequent this one every so often when in the area and on one instance we ordered exactly what we always do, in a size large, like we always do. Before the gentleman handed us our drinks I saw him look at the top of the cups for the name and what they were, pick one up to look at it closer, then look behind him at the other employee who was turned away. He then opened the window and handed us our two drinks. I wrote all of this seemingly useless information out because he handed us two mediums in a cup that was not styrofoam. The size isn't what tippy me off to them being wrong at first. It was the non-styrofoam cup. So I ask him. "Oh did y'all start using new cups for the larges?" and he said "no. Same cups" and just looked at me like I was supposed to agree with that answer because he was being too lazy to fix the mistake. I called him out on it and he stood his ground. Whatever. The real frustrating part was actually the fact that there is no place to give a complaint on the smoothie king app and what's listed online to send complaints, which I did send one, I never received any response too. THAT is the most annoying part in this long winded story. Anyways, overall the staff is great and there hasn't been issues with waiting too long or anything else worth mentioning. There is this soft spoken young man that was at the window often who was always very polite and whomever put him on the window is doing him a good service in learning to speak up and be heard. The quiet ones need to be pushed into the uncomfortable spaces sometimes so they can find their voice into adulthood. We were all kids once. Your first job always kinda sucks, but you'll remember it forever and take those lessons and experiences with you for just as long.
