I decided to come by Chuy's in order to grab some authentic Mexican food. We were greeted by a welcoming staff, who made us feel welcome and festive. The decor was very nice and reminded me of different places places around the world. We only had to wait about five minutes before we were seated. We were greeted by a festive and really spirited server who made us feel welcome and like we were going to have a great time. Some people ordered some margaritas and various flavors while others got soft drinks with slices of lime. We were given some chips and salsa to enjoy while we decided on our dinner choice. I decided to order the burrito and it came out hot fresh and delicious. It was massive! The food was flavorful and smelled wonderful. If you are coming to Chuy's, I would recommend you come hungry. The portion sizes are big. The cost of the food was very reasonable, and everybody seemed to enjoy what they ordered. We will be back!

So I know it's a chain but it's my first time eating here. First- all the staff from cooks, front of house, waitress were amazing! So it's not any staff issue. If anything they were 5/5. Good- very meh and overpriced. So the chips and salsa that come - chips great thin and crisp. Then you get some slightly spicy ranch sauce ? It was ok but their salsa was outright bad. I'm not sure of the formula and I've had mediocre salsa but this was like ... I don't want to eat this salsa. I ordered the fajitas they were fine. I really enjoyed the fresh made tortillas. The rest was just ok and rice wasn't inedible-like salsa but wasn't good. Just for 15 dollars I felt the portion size was like half what I get anywhere else around here for 10 dollars. My mother had some enchiladas and liked them but agreed with everything else said it was ok but overpriced. If they are paying their awesome staff 15+ an hour which I hope they are I guess it's fine. Work on the salsa for sure. But otherwise this chain overcharges and under delivers I'm sad to say. But we tipped well anyway because staff was awesome !

Ate lunch here with wife around 12 noon. The restaurant is not too busy and plenty of staff to manage. Everything is clean inside and out. Staff is friendly. These chips are really good. The salsa is actually mostly tomato chunks and really good. The plate we ordered is the Elvis Presley and we split thus as it was even more than we could share. It was very hot!!, mild spice but a HOT plate. Had to let it cool down before we could dig in. It was very good and fresh. A casual atmosphere and we would return.

Blue margarita! The best I've had in a very LONG time!

Best blue margarita I've had!!! Service, atmosphere, and selections on the menu are excellent!

For overall perspective, we collectively give it 4 stars. Server wasn't on the ball unfortunately with drinks, chips and our needs in-general but the manager covered any gaps (e.g. water refills and more chips). If our server nailed it, definitely 5 stars. I personally don't love Chuy's (rather prefer mexican style than this tex-mex and it's variety) but hey my family loves this place Preparing and delivering the food was super-fast we barely were able to eat much chips and dip/salsa like usual! If you aren't familiar with Chuy's, the have a *superb* creamy jalapeno dip that they bring out along with the chips and salsa...easily my particular favorite personally at the restaurant (my wife loves it so much too that occasionally she will have me buy it by the quart!). Two orders of burritos, a chuychanga (chimichanga) and a taco salad all were solid entrees. My salad came in a big bowl but never did get my requested side plate/bowl (back to my comment about server missing some things) so I didn't add dressing on entire salad...I knew I wouldn't eat it all and didn't want leftovers soggy). Oh well. Lastly we ordered steak fajitas to go but server forgot it and didn't include in the bill; we found the manager who fixed the issue (again). Really fast turnaround for steak fajitas as takeout with bag of chips, salsa, etc all included too...to be honest the manager nearly she have received part of our tip given how much he helped us

Anytime my daughter gets to decide where to eat this is where we come. We all love it here? There is an older gentleman that is a server that we live to see. I'm drawing a blank on his name. But, even if you aren't at his table he usually says hi and has a joke. Love getting margaritas here. My daughter gets the chicken nuggets with macaroni. It is actually Mac and cheese and she loves it. I'll get anything. The fajitas are great, the nacho app was plenty to share, and I burrito is as big as your face! ( i think that's what it says on the menu) I think everyone favorite has to be the nachos and dip. When you order online they include a big bag of nachos as well. They are so light and airy and just salted right. The queso cheese dip and spicy artichoke dip are great too.

The family went out to Chuy's today. We had a server we have had before. He is very friendly and always takes care of us. They have the best chili relleno in town. I get one every time I go! I highly recommend pretty much anything on their menu. The chips and dip they give you are on point also! Another trip to Chuy's today. Great food and good service! Hannah was extremely friendly!

I enjoy coming to this location quite regularly. I love how soft the flour tortillas are. I typically get chicken soft tacos, but tonight we indulged on the Chicken Fajitas for two. It comes with sides of beans and rice with enough chicken and veggies for six fajitas. My favorite part is the charred onions from the sizzling plate. The chips are hit and miss sometimes, but they were crispy and not-too-salty tonight.

    Give me all the queso.

This restaurant is average. Service is fine but the food is nothing to write home about. There are much better Mexican restaurants in town.

If I could I would have given it 4 1/2 stars, because it was good but not great but definitely well enough not to drop it to a 4. Let's start with the location: very nice and everything seems real clean and cared for. Even the men's room was decent at 6:00 pm at night. Now our server: Sidney was very attentive to us. She took very good care of us during our stay. Now the meal: Again it was good. The wifey had the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. She tells me the sauce had a nice flavor but the chicken really had no flavor. Certainly not a Blackened flavor you would expect. The chicken itself was good and tender. As for me I had Shrimp and Grits. It also was good. It had onions and peppers in it and again the flavor of the onions and peppers just want there. Who knows. We also had the Brick Oven Brie. There was a really nice amount of Brie. So much that the toasted bread ran out way before the Brie. So as I said this was a good place and meal despite my small hits in this review. I firmly recommend this place because I do expect you to have a nice meal. Ps. To the owners: your link to your website doesn't work via Yelp. To potential customers: you will have to go your search engine and find the Charred site.

The entire staff was friendly, professional, and customer forward. The ambiance was great - lighthearted but professional. The dining area was very clean and the room was warm and well lit with natural light which made the space feel even cleaner and more inviting. The staff all had matching shirts (it was cinco de mayo so it's possible it was celebratory rather than the norm but it carried well either way) Now to the food. The food was enjoyable. It didn't wow me, but I definitely enjoyed my meal. The chips and salsa were on point. The flavor of the rice and beans were better than many others. The beef taco and enchilada were flavorful enough but had it not been for the salsa from the chips that I ended up adding, it would have been mediocre at best. But here's the thing... the value was not there. The food is overpriced. What you see in the photo was a $20 meal before tip - and his was the cheapest offering on their lunch menu. (The plate was $13 and the side of beans, $5) I had a water otherwise, I would've been closer to $25 for sure. So overall, a good experience. Good food, very good service, very clean and welcoming but the value was the biggest dent in the experience. I'm willing to go back and try other items onto the menu but I'm prepared now. Bring a little extra dinero.
