Everything was absolutely fresh & delicious! I've never been here before so it was definitely a surprise. From the chips and salsa they bring to the table to my tacos, everything was made to perfection.

However we call a head of time to "make reservations" and we still had to wait for over 45 min. That's is very annoying Service was good The food was awful as awful would come. The beef was very chewy and fatty, the chicken was dry The majority of our food was served cold The margaritas (house) was trash. No green sauce was served Just salsa and ranch sauce Will not go back!

I arrived at the beginning of their happy hour, and it was quiet, but once 5 PM hit, the place started to fill up. Haileigh was our waitress, and she took excellent care of us. She gave great menu recommendations, and everything she suggested was delicious. We ordered the Boom Boom Dip which is $5 during happy hour, I had the beef fajitas, and for dessert, the tres leches cake. The fajitas were just okay--I've had better--but the cake was a 10/10, highly recommend! While I didn't order a drink, their house margaritas are less than $6 during happy hour. I think I just found my new go-to spot!

First time to this Chuys but have eaten at others all over the state of Texas. Service was great, building is new and clean and was very comfortable inside even in this Texas heat. Emily was our server and she was great! Chips were fresh and salsas were all good and tasted freshly made. Better than most I've had lately. We shared fajitas and always ask for onions well done and rarely get them as requested but these were awesome. Meat was super tender and very tasty and my onions were cooked exactly like I requested. They were so good that I neglected to snap a pic before devouring but the hubs had sent one to his friends so was able to grab his pic. 10 of 10 for all of the food & the cocktails we ordered. Probably my favorite Chuys of all the ones I've visited. Good job Chuys!! When we are the area again we will def be back!

Food: very good! Taco salad was super fresh although I wish they would have tossed it like I asked for. My kids CRUSHED the chicken tender and cheeseburger kids meals, also love that they came with ice cream and only 6.99 per meal. My husband got the burrito bowl which was delicious. Ambiance: it's loud- good if you're bringing kids. Kids menus are super fun. Good music playing. Lots of things on the wall to look at. Service: pretty good. Not bad enough to dock a star, but I had to remind the server to bring us straws and they forgot to put the order in for my tequila floater with my margarita. LOVE that they have waitlist on their website. It'd be nice if they offered it through Yelp too.

Second time at this location now and I have to say, this is the smallest Chuys I've ever been to. Not sure why it's so small. Looks like the kitchen is bigger than the seating area. With that being said, I believe this is why wait times are anywhere from 45min - 1 hour 45min. I know it's because this location is still new, but if they had more seating it could probably help alleviate that. They don't have their online wait list going yet either, but the manager said they would closer to the Summer time. Overall though, it's a chain TexMex place and I find Chuys to be pretty good from all the other chain TexMex places. I'll be back for sure, unless the wait time is outrageous.

Great Tex-Mex spot! Gotta get their queso and margaritas. Food and drinks are very affordable too! Wait time can get to over an hour on the weekends so definitely go on the earlier side if don't want to eat too late

The food was very good. The salsa was absolutely amazing.. the beer was cold. The service was amazing, she was attentive and we was never out of anything. The ambiance was how you would imagine a packed Mexican restaurant. Not to loud, . We will definitely be back

I ordered what I thought was veggie Quesdillas but ended up being cheese. This is probably my fault that I wasn't clear on what I wanted. Have to say, I'm vegetarian. The tortilla were just cheese melted in the bottom of it. Then while eating, I found meat in one tortilla. Wtf.

Food: Chicken fried steak/ Grilled pork chop there were no complaints. Good portions for the cost and definitely seemed fresh. Even the sides were delicious and fresh tasting. And whenever we take a drive like that, we make it our mission to find a highly rated local lunch spot. This one was on the way home and looked promising, so in we went. I will say this for Texas. Onion rings are everywhere here, far more than when I lived in California. I will happily take that as a win, because the heat for about nine months of the year is not my jam. Sadly, the onion rings were not listed as one of the many sides (so we couldn't get them as a side with our meal), but we ordered them as an appetizer ($8.99 I think) with blue cheese dressing. I am not a ranch girlie, and I stand by that choice. The blue cheese had huge chunks in it, which makes me think it might be house made (bonus point!). Now, the rings. I am firmly Team "Battered" Onion Ring over Team "Breaded", and these absolutely delivered on the team battered. They were almost chicken-fried, -- super craggly, crispy, and deeply satisfying. These were the star of the meal, so do yourself a favor and order them - but you need a friend to share them with, its a heavy portion. They also have great lunch specials, most around eleven dollars. I got the pot roast with two sides, refried beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. After indulging in the onion rings, I was not exactly starving, so I ended up with enough leftovers for another full meal. The pot roast was nicely shredded and tender, and the gravy was rich, flavorful, and worth every calorie. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak, (he's obviously on a diet!), with fried okra and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was forgettable, but everything else on his plate was solid. Service was friendly and efficient, and this place definitely fills up at lunch, so plan accordingly. A very good roadside stop, and proof that sometimes the best meals happen when you are just out running errands.

Plus another ONE STAR, for a DOUBLE ONE STAR Rating. Yep, you earned it! The Caldo de Res is not that good, and the serving size is smaller than Arboledas of Rockwall, for the same price? The potatos were green, and one chunk of cabbage was old. The beef was low quality cut with hard grissle. So, I ordered a TORTA CUBANA from the menu. I asked the young lady waitress if they put Carne Milanesa in it, she said yes they do. What came out was a bad joke. The "milanesa" was old meat just put in microwave. Was like a thin leather. I took out the 7 small pieces, to make sure it was not just one bad piece...all were the same. I showed the young waitress...she just looked like Oh Well... I asked for the owner, she said they don't live here, and hardly come. Old meat like this is illegal to serve to humans. La carne pasada hace dano a los clientes! I paid the bill, and keep the receipt. I came here after reading Google Maps Reviews 4.2 's. I eat a lot of places, in USA, outside USA. 4.2 Star rating and such bad quality? The french fries that came with the torta cubana were actually very good. So, I was driving away, next block I saw two cats in front of a thrift store. I threw the milanesa to the cats, not even the cats would eat the Cowboy milanesa!

Apparently I accidentally requested the "garden fresh surprise" edition because it showed up packed with lettuce and tomatoes. No big deal, mistakes happen. I politely let the server know, expecting the standard "Oops, we'll fix that." Instead, I got hit with the customer service equivalent of a UFC uppercut: "Yeah, that's what you said." After explaining again that I specifically said ONLY, I was then informed they'd have to charge me for an entirely new burrito if they corrected it. Over lettuce and tomato. Not because I ate the whole thing. Not because I changed my mind halfway through. Simply because their version of quality control is apparently "good luck everybody." The best part? Rather than fixing the burrito, offering literally any solution, or attempting basic conflict resolution, they just let me walk out. Imagine losing a customer over shredded lettuce. That's commitment to the principle. I didn't even get to try the actual food, although based on the chips and salsa, I'm not sure I missed a life-changing culinary experience. To be fair, I wasn't rude, I wasn't demanding, and I fully understand mistakes happen in restaurants. But if your first response to a simple correction is "pay for another one," then maybe the problem isn't the burrito. Mariachi taught me an important lesson today: apparently "only" is just a suggestion. Do Better
