I hadn't been to a Chuy's in 10 years, until I went last night. The service was great! No complaints there. And the ambiance was also nice, and fun. Good music! I remembered it as "elevated Taco Bell" -- and to be honest, I feel like that is the perfect way to describe it. And I really don't mean that to be shady-- I love Taco Bell! There is just simply a big difference between Chuy's, and Las Delicias and/or Los Arcos. The food was good, and the drinks were also tasty! We got shared the appetizer plate (combo?) and the enchiladas with New Mexico green chili. The green chili didn't feel like the authentic kind that I'm used to. So, I really don't have any problem with Chuy's. I'd just say that yes, it is truly "Tex Mex" ... and not authentic Mexican. I'll see y'all again, hopefully before 10 years from now, ha!

I was excited to come to this place. Seems to be a lot of them around Colorado. My husband had the shrimp tacos. He loved them. I had the taco salad. Not so much. I didn't like the flavor of the ground beef. The salad was very plain. It only had cheese, diced tomatoes, ground beef, and guacamole. No beans. It didn't come in a taco shell bowl. Had tortilla strips on the top. They were kind of stale. Also, I prefer iceberg lettuce, or a mix of iceberg and Romain. This was just the green part of the romaine on my Taco what's the salad. Just me. The service was great. Love the atmosphere very much. Homemade tortillas terrific. My husband said he comes to these places often. For me, I'm good.

Brandt, We had the absolute best experience here because of Brandt!! We freaking love you.. you're a superstar !! He was on top of everything when it came to refills for drinks and chips. He was super helpful with figuring out the menu and letting us sample the sauces so we were happy with our order!! GIVE THIS MAN A RIASE

Great food and great service. I got the build your own enchiladas with double rice. The cheese and beef were my favorite and the boom boom sauce is a must.

"Fine." Popped in at 9:30 on a Friday night and it was dead. They were closing up. Waitress was friendly and one top of it. Did not rush us as all. Food was fine. Nothing to write home about. Better Mexican food in many other places. Margaritas were way too sweet. Bathrooms "meh" in terms of cleanliness. Not dirty outright but gave me pause.

Chuy's was amazing! This Elvis themed restaurant makes everything. As a person who loves Mexican food, this one is at the top of my list.

Our server, Marty, did a great job! He accidentally spilled some water and gave us queso on the house as an apology which wasn't needed, but was greatly appreciated. I got the chicken fajita burrito, which was basically entirely filled with refried beans with splashes of chicken - portion was HUGE, but disappointing balance inside the burrito.

When you are craving frozen strawberry margaritas and nachos, this is my favorite place to go! Monica, our server was super friendly, fast and attentive. Chuy's is the place to go before catching a movie! The bar area is cleverly decorated with an eclectic garland of colorful fish hanging from the ceiling, along with cute photos of dogs from patrons and employees alike. Plenty of seating in the bar area, outside seating or inside the restaurant, suitable for casual eating for families, friends or dates! This is my 3rd or 4th time enjoying a quick drink and appetizer and won't be my last!

    Marg + chips and salsa!

If anything the worst part is the shopping center where the nearby stores throw you for a moment before you commit to the eclectic variety bar. Their interior decorations are a ridiculous blend of whatever holiday they have left up, and a death or 70-80s heavy metal bar. It is whimsically metal? Hard to even compare it, it works. I can't say it was the best old fashioned I'd ever had, but our hummus, fries mushrooms, and babaganoush were all tasty. For dinner I opted for a gyro (came with fries) and cleared my plate. Good portions, tasty, and fairly priced. I can say I've never been to a spot like this before and had a very enjoyable time!

The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar.
