The cauliflower crust pizza was outstanding. The wings were not my favorite. They are small and soft. Strange texture. You can pop them into not your mouth and pull out the bones. Nothing like Buffalo Wild Wings, Rath's Deli, or Wing Stop where you need to bite into the wing with a little force. I'd prefer to pay more for larger, higher quality wings, so I won't be ordering them again unless they upgrade their chicken. Some people may prefer a smaller, softer wing so this could be a preference. But delivery was great, and I would order the pizza again. read more

These people really believe in "the customer is always right"- within reason, of course haha! Any problems I've had, it's always been fixed with my preference (refund, re-made food, etc.). Went to this place for the first time today. There Grandpa Sicilian Pizza is to DIE for ($19 for 12 squares in a pizza box). When I think of Sicilian I think thick bread but there kind wasn't thick, it says it's thin Sicilian on the website. I splurged and got their cannolis as well (2 for $6).. so more on the pricey side but again it was a splurge and WORTH it. We placed a pretty sizable order including subs, burgers, pizza, cheesesteak, stromboli, pasta, mozzarella sticks, pierogies, hot dogs....EVERYTHING was amazing. I'm not even kidding...I'm a foodie and I only review when something is outstanding (or bad.) If you're looking for a good place with an extensive menu with something for everyone, you're found it. My mother got an Italian sub and said it was one of the best she's ever had. I took a bite and had to agree. I had the Uncle Sam Burger and it was fantastic! So moist and the bun was fresh and light. The stromboli was obviously homemade and was so fresh and delicious. With this mass of all kinds of different food being delivered, you would expect maybe one or two things would stand out as being decent, but this food is GOOD! Good enough where people who were really just looking forward to visiting with each other because we only see each other once a year kept saying, "OMG...this is sooo good!" GO. TO. CAIO! When this place first opened it was decent, not great but decent. It has absolutely gone to total garbage since then. I have ordered delivery from there twice in the past six months and both times they screwed up my order. Last night I ordered $80 worth of food, here is my review of the dishes: Calamari - when I first saw them I thought they were onion rings. Fresh calamari is not that big. It was clearly frozen and breaded in bread crumbs then fried. All I could taste was fryer oil and it was chewy like rubber. Fried calamari is typically freshly cut and tossed in seasoned flour and lightly fried. Will never order this again. Chicken cutlet sandwich - again, frozen breaded cutlets that were thrown in a deep fryer. There was a very thin slice of fresh mozzarella. The tomatoes weren't ripe, they were pink and hard.. gross. The balsamic drizzle was barely existent and appeared to be balsamic dressing. Disgusting! Gyro - average but edible Cheese calzone - average, nothing special Mozzarella sticks - frozen again, not very appetizing but I suppose a young kid would eat them Spicy shrimp wrap - ok but the fried jalapeños should be put on the side until ready to eat since they lose their crispiness in the wrap. Lastly.. I ordered the wings, mild.. what I got was a container of soggy overly breaded wings (all drums, no wingettes) with barbecue sauce on them. I called to complain bc I had ordered mild sauce and was told that because I ordered online that they don't explain their wings come with different types of barbecue sauce, not the typical buffalo sauce. I was then told to contact Slice, the online ordering site and ask for a refund. I said no, I wanted the correct wings to be delivered to my house. She said ok but I would have to return the wings I got to prove that they were wrong. I thought it was odd but said ok and was told they would send them over right away. AN HOUR LATER, they showed up and said they needed the other wings to check them before they could give me the correct order. Seriously?!?! For the price I paid for this garbage food I expected far better quality and to be treated like a valued customer!! Never again will they get my business, I'd rather eat McDonald's!! read more

Came here for a quick lunch and I'm so glad I did. It's a small place, so don't expect seating for 30, but I got a Fat Cat burger that was to die for. My girlfriend got the Asian style cheeseburger which was even better than mine. I never expected to like a burger with peanut butter on it, but here we are. The fries were also incredible -- think White Castle fries, but way crispier and tastier. After the burgers and sodas, we paid less than $20 before the tip, which is awesome. Dudeeeee I have never stepped foot in this place but there food is unreal. We live in Phillipsburg and received a menu in the mail. Had it delivered and now order it weekly. I always get Penne Vodka or Penne with Broccoli and Chicken. Chicken Parm pizza is great. My boyfriend is a burger man and loves the Fat Cat and Carolina Burger. Over the past few months we have ordered most of the menu haha Have yet to order something I didn't love. The cheese is gummy and the kids usually devour pizza but each barely finished half a slice. The Alfredo was off. I have hopes the kinks will be worked out. Without a doubt the best, freshest & juiciest burger I have ever tasted in my life. I like to build my own and they have countless toppings you can throw on there. They don't slack on the portions either it's easily a half pound burger if not more. They throw fresh cut fries on the side too which are great. If you order from the menu online - be careful. These are NOT the same prices they will charge you. I had an issue today with this and they would not honor the online prices. I have dined at the pizzeria a number of times and also have ordered take out, as well. I never noticed the discrepancy until today (most times I just don't think about the price of things), but the total today just seemed outrageous for what I ordered. I called back and was given yet a different price for the food, but still not what was posted on THEIR own website. They admitted they have gotten questioned about this from other patrons, as well. They told me they updated their menu prices over a year ago, but the website hasn't been updated. In my opinion, those prices should be honored until the website reflects the true total. Great burgers, horrible service! Called order in at 7:45, small order. Employee told me 40 mins. ONE hour later I call back to check status and she says she can't find the ticket, so the driver must be on his way. I wait another 25 mins. Trying my best to be patient during this COVID time. I called again and she said their was a glitch in the system and my order wasn't put in. TOTAL BS. I asked when they were going to call me and tell me that. It's been over 1.5 hours now and she said she would make it and give me a measly 10% discount. Me and my daughter are very hungry and I wasn't about to wait another 30-40 minutes and the 10% was a joke. I moved to the area 3 years ago and tried this place bc it was close to my house. The plain pie was average and the chicken parm pie was good. However, if you do order a pie don't get the extra large bc the center is soggy. Halfway through my time living here, they changed the name to ciao pizza and burger co. The chicken parm dinner far surpasses the chicken parm dinner you can get at any chain italian restaurant (olive garden, macaroni grill, even maggianos which is pretty damn good). When I say far surpasses I'm talking about three things that matter most ... Quality, quantity and price. It came with a salad and bread, both of which met expectations. The pizza was well prepared. You usually run into problems when you order specialty pies but both the pizza and the chicken on it were cooked to perfection. Brought half the pie home and threw it in the toaster and it still tasted better than other BBQ chicken pizzas I've had in Manhattan. As for the experience the wait staff was friendly and delightful. A small, family run pizzeria. Portions are large, and tasty. Food looks and taste fresh. Service was friendly and prompt. I had Fettuccine Alfredo and it was the perfectly balanced, not too cheesy or buttery. We also ordered a large pie for the table with half peppers, onions, and mushrooms; mushrooms were fresh not jarred or canned. Pizza was not overly seasoned so you can taste all of the components of the pie. I also had my two small children with me and they were attentive to them, they paid attention to where they were placing the hot plates down. I would recommend them to anyone.
