I've been to quite a few of this chain and this one had less food choices but still same quality. The arcade needs a charge cared to play them instead of quarters. Honestly, I can't speak for anyone else's experience but my family (of 5) had an amazing time here. The pizza rotated well and was fresh for the most part. But more importantly the STAFF. Everyone who spoke to us from the lady at the front who cashed us out, to the cooks to the young lady who kept coming by to check on us- Everyone was SO nice and accommodating. I am not big on going to buffets, but I had my grandkids so we decided to take them to Cicis. The place was super clean and the staff were very friendly. We were greeted by the owner Altaf Nagji. The salad bar had a very good variety for such a small place, and everything was super fresh. They had pasta and soup. The owner said they could make any kind of pizza we would like. Really is a great little place. The owner has greeted me every time as if we have known each other for years. He and the staff make it fun by asking us to create pizza ideas and they make it right then. I made a garlic and onion pizza using marinara sauce.AMAZING. I always regret eating here and if it hadn't been because this is was the majority decided I wouldn't have came. Every time I eat here the pizza is flavorless and dry. That's probably why they dropped the price on the adult buffet. However, because of this I decided to try the boneless wings with hot buffalo. It was $5 for 5 pieces, so I expected something really good! Not the case.... they were dry, extremely breaded, flavorless, and parts were burned. I love pizza. When my sister asked if we wanted to go to a pizza buffet place, I was kinda excited. The buffet price is incredibly cheap. That should have been a tip off to me that the quality was going to be low. Unfortunately, it was pretty bad. The salad bar had limited options. There was a big bowl of salad mix (red cabbage, iceberg lettuce, shredded carrot) already mixed with Italian dressing and another bowl that was dry. For your toppings, you can choose jalapeños, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots or chopped red onion. There were 4 different salad dressings. One thing I can say was that the salad tasted fresh. There was a chicken soup with rotini in it. I didn't try it. Next to that was a steam tray with rotini. There was a red sauce and a white sauce. The red sauce tasted like Ragu; kinda sweet and thin. The buffet has all kinds of pizza and things made with pizza dough. Most slices have very little sauce and cheese. You get a good 2-3 inches of crust and then 3 inches of toppings. Everything looked the same to me, except the ones jalapeños, the ones with green chile and the pepperoni, all for obvious reasons. The rest just looked like variations of cheese pizza. There was one puffy rectangular pizza that I liked, if only because it had sauce over every inch of the top. The pepperoni itself is pretty tasty. There were multiple breadsticks. I didn't try them. They had thin brownies. My niece said that they tasted like the kind you get in a microwave dinner. There was also a dessert pizza. It was white and gooey. She said it tasted like custard. If you buy a drink, they have Coke products, sweet and unsweet tea. The staff was super friendly and made it a point to thank every person who left. There was a busboy who came by and checked on us a few times, making small talk. I realize he may have been just bored, but I liked that he felt compelled to speak to us. I realize that I didn't ask for a special type of pizza. I think if I were to return, I would ask for a pepperoni pizza with green chile, extra sauce and extra cheese and see if that would be better. I did get some of the red sauce that tasted like Ragu to dip my pizza in, but it didn't help with the dryness of the crust, unfortunately. read more

Clean inside but not as good as it used to be. Some of their signature pizzas such as their taco pizzas have been discontinued . The soda was $1.99 for the baby cup with the straw in it and $2.59 for the styrofoam cup with the Cicis logo on it the clear plastic cup is the courtesy water cup, so definitely go with the upgraded soda (refer to pics). DO NOT EAT HERE. The owners(who also work there) are very rude and practically called us liars. When their bus boy cleaned our table and threw away a whole order of chicken wings she said we left the lobby, which we did not we were at the games and our phone was still on the table. We told her we wanted a refund because we were already leaving and she threw $10 at us, told her with tax and that the wings were 10.99 so she threw two more dollars at us. This is the second experience we've had there where the same woman/owner was rude to a point of being obscene, but we were going to give it another try because the kids really like going there. This is an all you can eat buffet, but they stand there and watch you as you take food and if you come back up they stand there and watch you again. This will be our last visit to cc and I would advise everyone else to think twice if you want good customer service. Be prepared to pay extra. Every time we give this place a try, the manager automatically charges for drinks without asking if we would even like to add it since it is optional. He's even "accidentally" charged us for more people than we were, but fixed it when we brought it up. Just witnessed one of the most upsetting and heartless things I have seen in a while. We were eating and a homeless man walked into the resturant. He paid and I stood next to him in line. He was very friendly and obviously very grateful for his meal. Not long after two others followed behind and joined him at the table. I told Ernest Lucero to go pay for their meal so they could eat because clearly they just wanted eat. The manager refused to let my husband pay for the other two mens' meal because they had began picking at the plate of the one who had paid and instead kicked the other two out.
