Best Cicis I've been to Cecilio was very welcoming and the food quality was 10/10 would definitely recommend everyone to come check it out

This was our first time at Cici's, and we truly had such a memorable experience! The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and my kids had an amazing time playing games. The highlight of the night happened when my daughter took a bite of her pizza... and lost her tooth right there at the table! The staff kindly gave her a cute little container to keep it safe. Later, when we stepped away to play games, our table was accidentally cleared and the tooth was thrown away. When we told a Cici's employee what happened, they didn't hesitate for a second. Owen went above and beyond and literally dug through the trash to find my daughter's tooth -- and he found it! The kindness, patience, and genuine care shown in that moment meant so much to us. Because of the great food, fun environment, and truly outstanding customer service, I am more than happy to give this place five stars. CiCi's Pizza is proof that just because something is technically pizza doesn't mean it should be called pizza. The crust had all the flavor and texture of a moving box. The sauce tasted like someone whispered the word "tomato" into a bucket of water. The cheese looked confused about why it was there. The buffet felt like a social experiment to determine how much disappointment a person can consume before giving up. Every slice looked like it had survived three separate lunch rushes and a natural disaster. Even the cinnamon rolls somehow tasted tired. The customer service depends on who is there. Last time I was there, One of the ladies rolled her eyes at me when she thought I was not looking because one of the tomatoes accidentally rolled into the sweet peppers tray. When I apologized, she did not say anything but should her head. It was an accidental, lady! Tomatoes are round. They roll. A couple of other times that I have been here, however, we were greeted, asked to have a good day when we left, and our experience over all was fine. Let's be honest. For less than $7 a person for an all you can eat buffet, you can't expect the food to be amazing. and it's good enough, with some surprisingly tasty cinnamon rolls and it's always nice that they have warm soup, even though there isn't much meat in it, nor anything but bacon bits for the salad bar. Of course, you can pay double, about the same price as a buffet meal, for some wings- boneless or traditional. Or pay the same amount to get some Cici's to go. Pro tip: You can special order any pizza; ask one of the fine ladies behind the bar. Deep dish and thin crust available in addition to the regular version; some locations have stuffed crust, but not this one. Plus add whichever toppings your heart desires. Their dessert pizzas are not bad, give them a try! Game room available for the kids with flashy video games and arcade consoles. When the pizza and sugar is not enough? One thing I noticed is that they have started automatically charging for a buffet with drink. This seems a little dishonest to me, since you have to be the one to ask to opt out. At almost $2 a person ($1.89), that's an upcharge about 30%! Anyways, my point is that if you are dining on a budget (and it you are here, chances are that you probably are), this can be a significant difference. read more

CiCi's at this location is under new ownership and management, so forget all the horror stories of the past. New owners/Mgr really care about their customers, and the quality of the food they serve. Went there today and it was good solid food with welcoming people, they made sure buffet was stocked and place kept clean. They also believe strongly in helping schools and churches out with fund raising events at their place. Love the changes, and the new people are GREAT! Please try them again if you had a bad experience in past you will see what I am talking about. read more

Gotta love some Cici's sometimes! For $8.50, food is pretty good and staff was great. Only reason for the 4 stars, is we were subjected to some pretty loud Christian music while we ate. Not what I was expecting nor something I wanted to hear honestly. Hope they reconsider some music that appeals to all crowds. read more

First time at this location, we stopped on our way back from a long road trip. The pizza selection wasn't as much as other Cici's locations that I've visited but they also appear to have less room for them. At first you could tell some of the pizzas had been sitting there a while, but then they started putting fresher pizzas out. The pepperoni used at this location was different from any other location I've visited, they were extremely small as if they were bought at your local grocery store. It was pretty crowded inside and once the pizzas were fresh they were nice and hot with good taste, but only 1-2 nickel sized pepperoni on a slice. I'm not sure I'll be back to your location simply because it's not on the side of town I'm typically on, just happened to be the closest on our route home. read more

There's a shelter next door and all of the overflow is in front of the cici's. Ended up going to a different location because there were dozens of people in the parking lot with dirty looks all up to the door to cicis. Last time I actually ended up eating there and there was a cop outside but not this time. read more

Everything was amazing ! Not sure if it was the owner I met but he was very welcoming. The food was fresh as well as the cleanliness of the place was immaculate. Definitely a nostalgic experience coming here as cicis was one my favorite restaurant as a child. Will be coming back to this location soon! read more

Cicis pizza will always be a amazing and great place for families all the way down to dining as a couple or solo. Their selection of pizza is very large and even could do custom requests if you ask. Their small salad bar is great for when you want a break between pizza or as a side to your pizza and their deserts are incredible. When you walk in you are helped within seconds at the front register and even though it looks very crowded due to it being a very popular place, there is always seating available somewhere on the floor. For your children there is a very fun game room inside where they can get entertainment and play. I definitely recommend this place to families looking to go out for pizza. read more

The only other pizza buffet I know of is Mr. Gatti's but that is way the hell out in Universal City. I love Gatti's probably because I grew up on it. Anyway, I hadn't been to CiCi's in a long time and a friend on Yelp recently posted pictures and got me thinking about it. There are not many places you can even get lunch for under $10 anymore so the price is right at Cici's! $6.20 for the pizza buffet, $2.30 for large drink! When times get tough for a pimp, Cici's got you! Just don't come here every week boo cus you could be on the next episode of 600-lb Life on TLC for realz! The quality is ok, the pizza crust is on the plain side and the cheese is probably medium quality, has a buttery and salty taste. The manager saw me looking at the pizza and asked me if he could make one for me with my preferred toppings. That was nice! Anywhere I go I always drink ALOT of beverage, usually soda and so I appreciate a self-serve soda fountain (Coca Cola product) that is fine tuned and calibrated. read more

Each crew member has a thumb in their a$$, they do not get plates out on time, never any fresh pizza out, messy counter tops/ restrooms and they don't bother to check the fountain to see if they have drinks, let alone water and ice. If there was an option for 0 stars, trust me that would be my option. If you're thinking about going to this location, DONT! Kids wanted to go to Cicis, had several visits to the Austin Hwy and at The Forum- now closed, this one had the kids saying nope, nope nope! The pizza tasted awful! The crust had a not appealing bad taste, totally disgusting. Don't know why but the Ham and Pineapple pizza didn't have the awful off taste, one kid was excited when the rolls came out only to be disappointed again! I won't be returning to this location. Came here to celebrate my nephews birthday. I feel bad for the staff. They seem understaffed. All of the pizza was cold and any pizza that did come out everyone got up to wait for. I'm sure they didn't want cold pizza either. The ice was out when we got there, everyone who tried getting ice told an employee and they said they were making more. A lot of the sodas were out. Took awhile for the ice to come out. There was an employee or friend of an employee or something that was constantly at the sneeze guard talking to one of the male coworkers. Looked like he was requesting certain things and getting them before people who had ordered or before the pizza was filled. He seemed to be annoying this certain employee (I heard him say more than one time to him "I'm working") though so I'm sure they were just trying to get him fed so he could get out. Total chaos. The whole whole crew all down,angry, and depressed looking. Walked in to the customer ahead of us a bit angry at the cashier. Cashier took our order fine but looked depressed. Charged our order and then went to sit down on the side of the front counter. We grab our trays for our salad and once I make my salad I grab the thousand island and guess what, it was empty. Believe it or not , only reason I was there was for the thousand island salad. Errr Took like 5 minuets to get the cashier to pay attention to us. Turns out that she wasn't even on the clock and was pissed off about. She wasn't rude to us though. She told the other worker that the dressings were there from last night and didn't get filled or changed. Wtf. Pizzas looked so so. Asked for a spinach pizzas and the cook took care of me made me a great one that made it all better. Depressing and tense environment overall. Every table in the place was full of dirty plates since I guess they were short staffed. Didn't really see anyone with leadership running that joint. No sense of urgency by anyone in charge. If I can give this location no stars I would, absolutely disgusting location. I usually come to this location but it has been a few months because of the horrible experiences I've dealt with here. First people coming in and out of the counter in sandels, grabbing pizza note these people are employed their just not in uniform. Another guy with long hair grabbing pizza with his hands and managers just laughing and not caring. They had very little pizza in the heating place and the stuff they did have was just old. My son found a hair in his cheese bread and we showed the manager and not one apology was given. Not to mention the roach that was just laying on the floor. I will never come back here. read more

DIRTY!!! Is it really that hard to put the paper towels on a holder so they dont soak-up the water and nastiness from the bathroom sink. I was running errands one evening, we decided to stop for cheap quick dinner. The lady at the register was not rude, but she wasnt friendly or welcoming either. She did say "Hi welcome to CiCis, but she didnt look up or smile or anything. We paid for our food and the pizza was bland. My regular Cici's used to be in the forum, but when the pandemic hit, it closed. I cried for months as i mourned the loss of my beloved Cici's. I knew the San Pedro location was not an option because OLD management sucked but we saw a sign saying it was under NEW management and decided to give it a try. Fortunately, the new management was our dear friend from the forum! The place was cleaner, the pizza was fresh, and the staff was a hell of a lot more friendly! The pizza was slow coming to the buffet. Salad was old and toppings missing. No ranch bottles, but small cups filled with ranch, which was not bad but they were warm-ish. The A/C was out and with it being such a small place the ovens are right by the seats so the entire place was hot. I was actually sweating. Great service, great manager and great food! My boys gobbled it all up and even better was a manager who took the time to work with us. The place was clean and there was a good energy about it. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Our plates are cleared regularly and fresh food brought out promptly. My last trip to Cici's was disappointing.
