***12/16/2025 UPDATE*** We used to be happy with this Marco's restaurant, but we've been disappointed with our last few orders, especially the last two. An October order took 45 minutes just to get into the oven, per the app. When I called, they said they were shorthanded. It took over an hour to get our order. The last time, December 16th 2025, was the worst. I made note of the details this time: I ordered three pizzas using the app. I had family that had just arrived from out of town. 5:42 p.m. Ordered Estimated delivery time was 6:12 p.m. 6:02 p.m. Received an email showing that the pizza was being "constructed." 6:09 pm. Received an email showing the pizza was "baking." 6:22 p.m. I called the store to check on the order because the status on the tracking page went from "baking" to no status at all. It took about 5 minutes for someone to take the call. I was told there was only one person working in the store, and that they had only one delivery driver. I was also told it "Shouldn't be too long" before the pizza was delivered. 6:56 p.m. I gave up and ordered pizza from another chain, with the intent of disputing the Marco's charge on my credit card. 6:59 p.m. While I was on the phone ordering pizza from the other chain, I received an email showing the pizza was "on the way." I had zero confidence that the pizza would be delivered on time. There was, after all, only one driver. 7:00 p.m. I left to pick up the pizza I ordered from the other chain. 7:11 p.m. Marco's pizza was delivered 59 minutes beyond the original estimated delivery time, and exactly 89 minutes after I ordered at 5:42 p.m. But wait, there's more - The quality of the pizza was terrible. All three pizzas were room temperature at best. The medium all meat pizza was terrible - Specifically, the sausage, which tasted almost spoiled. We threw the whole pizza away. The remainder of the pizzas had sub-par ingredients, and the quantity was considerably less than previous orders. To their credit, I did receive a $17.72 credit on a $58 bill. You'd think they could've done better, considering how crappy the service and quality was. I did submit a complaint but haven't received anything in response. We spent over $700 at this store this calendar year. They'll have to be pretty convincing to get me to try them again. read more

Marco's Pizza is hands down our go-to pizza spot. We order from here all the time and they never miss. The Pepperoni Magnifico is our favorite--those crispy, crunchy pepperoncini just hit. Salty, spicy, and perfectly balanced with the pepperoni and cheese. Simple, delicious, and consistently great. Always solid, always satisfying. When we're craving pizza, this is the move. read more

We order from this location almost every Friday and it's ALWAYS amazing. We've never done delivery because it's on the way home from work. But takeout is great every time. We used to get Dominos because it was very close to our house, but then once we tried Marcos about a year ago....super superior pizza for basically the same price. This location never delivers hot pizza. They don't seem to know how to manage this location so that orders aren't made until they have a driver available so they make them and they sit for ages and get cold until a driver can show up. It's enough to make you never order from them again! read more

The wife had seen this shop on our way home and was curious. We got a pan pizza is what I think it is called. Very thick crust. It was very tasty even with so much bread. WE got a meat lovers and there was a generous amount of 3 meats. You can choose your meats. I especially liked the Italian sausage on it. I don't know if they make NY style which is my preference. Marco's just opened this location, and we went to their grande opening event. It was a lot of fun, and had lots of good offerings especially for kids. They had a face painter, balloon artist, snow cones, a bounce house, a DJ, and free food and drinks, as well as a prize wheel for Marco's merchandise prizes. I have to say the face painter and balloon artist were truly that, artists, going beyond the simple for in depth paintings and balloon figures. My daughter went with a bright colorful butterfly on here face and an amazing unicorn balloon, and my son decided on marshmallow from Fortnite along with a very cool sword. The snow cones were a big hit with the kids and it seemed all in attendance. The prize wheel was fun, you spin and the number you land on gives you a prize, options were Marco's magnetic chip clips and a coupon for free cheesy bread or cinnamon bread, polo shirts, Marco's foam balls, sunglasses, adhesive card holders for your phone, as well as more. The food was good, a wide array of pizza choices constantly being brought out, along with cheesy bread, and cinnamon bread, with soda and water to drink. It was the typical Marco's pizza, good quality and kept fresh coming out constantly, and all you could eat. So plenty for everyone. The DJ kept up a nice flow of family friendly music, they also did a drawing for free pizza for a year, for which they chose 3 people, unfortunately we were not one of them, but what can you do. So this review is for the opening day party, and I have to say it was a lot of fun, and if they can keep it up, spells out good things for the store moving forward. We mentioned that my daughter is allergic to dairy and they ran in to make a sauce and pepperoni pizza and brought it out and gave her the entire thing. Saturday night delivery for us. I got the 2 large pizzas special with a specialty and a one-topping pizza. I got a pepperoni pizza for my niece and nephew and the Works for me. I like toppings on my pizza and Marcos does not dissapoint on the toppings. I like their thin crust pizza the best and I could hardly pick up the slice because of the loaded toppings which was awesome. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their pepperoni pizza also. My family and I come here often for our weekly pizza night. Today I went to go pick up my pizza and there was only two workers one who was wearing sunglasses the whole time and another who was cussing up a storm. I had my two small children with me and he continued to cuss and complain about toppings and, neither one of them were wearing gloves. The one that was cussing had a scruffy beard that was not covered. I explained to him that it was highly unprofessional for him to be complaining about somebody's pizza which turned out to be mine and also to be cussing every couple of minutes and throwing things around. I do not have issue with food, I have problems with delivery service and pick up orders. Ordered pizzas for lunch and showed it was delivered. Then got a call from driver asking for gate code. I advised I do not have any gates. Waited 10 mins and called store to cancel order. Manager said he spoke with driver and pizza on the way. With the exception of one staff member, very unprofessional. I've ordered out before and the pizza is good. I'm sure mine would have been this time too on my first dine in experience. I was the only dine in customer. They took my order and I had some problems getting a receipt but one of the staff was helpful with that. Not a big deal. But then the food never came out. I figured they were just really busy with takeout. But after 45 mins, something was wrong. Yep, my pizza had just been sitting back there under a warmer. When the person behind the counter asked the staff in the back what happened, he just looked at me, looked back and rolled his eyes, laughed and shrugged his shoulders. Right in front of me. So I used to live in Cleveland, Ohio and Marco's pizza is everywhere there. Well I'm from San.Antonio and have been gone for almost 10 years. Moving back I noticed a Marco's while driving around off huebner. Well one opened a little closer to me! Marco's pizza is so good! At this location everyone is very nice as soon as I walked in the whole crew turned around and said hello while they are in the back making pizza. I ordered to medium pepperoni pizza one with garlic crust and the other with Romano cheese. I'm very basic when it comes to fast food pizza. Man it was so good to have Marco's again and the crust is perfect and chewy. The perfect ratio of sauce and cheese. They are very quick and always have a good deal going on. Marcos' pizza is always good, and with their coupons they provide great value. I was emailed a coupon for an X-large pizza; the problem was, however, they were out. You know I have to say for a pizza place that is somewhat of a fast food chain, but somewhat not this place is a pleasant surprise. A location recently opened near me in the stone oak area and I have to admit I've become somewhat of a repeat customer. My fiancé and I tend to prefer different types of pizza including different toppings as well as different amounts of sauce and cheese. However with the Pizza coming from Marco's Pizza we have found a very happy medium and both prefer their pizza to a lot of other pizza joints. One of the other good things about this chain, is the fact that they have a mobile app as well as email rewards. I can order ahead, select from a user friendly mobile menus and I will not lie, I really enjoy getting a 20% off coupon every now and then. Definitely makes me want to eat more pizza. read more

Found HAIR in our pizza. We had two pizzas and cheese bread. When you find hair in a pizza it ruins the whole dining experience. I requested a full refund and was told they would credit one pizza. The problem with finding hair in your pizza is it makes you question the cleanliness of the kitchen it was prepared in. We had just started eating and my daughter found a hair cooked into the cheese. Everyone stopped eating and we wont be back. I requested to be contacted by the owner and they have yet to respond. This place used to be good but now it is terrible. Pizza is very greasy and leaks through the box when delivered. So be careful not to get grease on your shirt when it is delivered. Be sure to ask for the advertised special price or you will get charged the regular price. Good luck getting any feedback on complaints on website as no one will respond. Probably easier to call and speak with the Mayor than to get in contact with a General Manager at this location as my numerous phone calls were not returned. Too bad this place went downhill so fast.
