I was really disappointed at all of the people that gave such terrible reviews when this store first opened. You have to understand growing pains, new restaurant, new employees, new management etc. You can't review a new place the first couple weeks that it's open. We give it a while to get situated. Boy did they! We went in tonight for dinner and everything was perfect. The restaurant was clean, the food was absolutely on point. The staff were friendly, helpful, and absolutely all about doing their job. Smiling faces, fresh food prepared properly. When we had a question or a request it was handled instantly and very well. When we were done with our very nice dinner, we moved to the arcade and had a lot of fun. A diverse selection of fun attractions. Clean restrooms. Overall a six star experience. We thought coming in at 2 pm would be better NO there was NOT 1 pizza available 2 buffets cost us $25 for NO pizza or pasta so I was like I will have a salad while I wait. The salad was wilted bad and slimy and the dressing was YUCK! When we waited and waited for the pizza to come out almost my entire lunch break was over I get an hour for lunch . I know it's not the girls fault they are short staffed like everyone and the ones who work don't care I'm sure from being over worked. Just sad I really used to love this place . The pasta was even completely empty. So Sad DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME or money. There was 6 people there adding us 2. So sad! Then she the nerve to ask me why I wanted our money back we both said we paid for pizza and you have none she said I'm putting A pizza out now I said yes 1 for 6 customers who have been waiting almost an hour. She still didn't give me a full refund ! Charged me for my drink that I didn't even drink So Sad the store was clean shockingly. This is actually heart breaking I used to go here multiple times a week since I was a teenager and this is where I held many of our kids birthdays. So sad how things have went down hill. One of the very few chains I enjoy. I seldom ever eat at Cicis (this has been my first visit in 7 yrs) but I do enjoy it. It's mostly a nostalgic thing for me. Cicis pizza reminds me a lot of the pizza you get at the mall in Italy...so kind of our version of junk food pizza. So it's fun to eat it sometimes :) read more

Had a great experience all around. The pizza was hot and fresh and the whole place was so clean! The owner even opened up his restaurant during the last freeze just so people would have a warm place and electricity. It's restaurants like this that make a town proud. read more

We've been to this CiCi's several times. We like it, if you know CiCi's it's what you would expect. My issues comes with their takeout service. My wife ordered two pizza's to go and picked them up on the way home from getting our daughter from school. She ordered one pepperoni and onion and one cheese pizza. My daughter loves pizza but is a vegetarian and can't eat pizza with meat. When my wife got home and opened the two boxes she found one pepperoni with onion and one pepperoni. Still not the worst part. The pizza's were both obviously taken off the buffet line. They looked old and dry and beginning to curl at the tip of each slice. The slices didn't match up to a single pizza. No way to treat customers. We've ordered from here before and this did not happen, we received fresh baked pizza instead. read more

I give this location one star as upon arrival there was no fresh food for at least 10 mi, we also after 26 minutes had NOT received our wings which cost extra. Upon talking to the manager he was extremely rude and blamed it on me! Upon asking to speak to someone else or the owner I was informed he couldn't give me any info. Pretty bad. They put all the low cost (single topping or cheese) pizzas on the buffet. Gone are the days of the taco pizzas and the chocolate covered desert pizza. Didn't even see a double meat or supreme. We waited for 30 or so minutes but they never added new pizzas. Won't be back. read more

When we expressed our concerns absolutely nobody did a single thing to mend the situation. it doesn't matter whether they were busy or not, our order should've been put in at the time it was made. This place is like a normal Cici's. I have to admit though since its stays busy.. they have a good selection of pizza like normal and the salad bar stays well stocked..The people there are really friendly and keeps the traffic flowing. They have a private room if folks want to have a party.. isnt a big room but just the fact that its there is pretty cool.. I have been coming to this location for years and this is the worst I've seen it. The cashier was very unfriendly and there was trash, food ALL over the floor. We were lucky to find a seat because almost every table was filled with dirty dishes and trash. Out of all of the pizza options, over half stayed empty during our visit. When we left, none of the tables had been cleaned. Just sad. read more

I give Cici's 2 stars (rather than 1) because the service was quick & friendly, the lettuce & tomatoes in the salad bar were fresh, & the prices definitely were low. Now, here's why I give it only 1 star: the salad bar was the most limited I've ever seen, & the carrots tasted stale. And the pizza (at least that's what they call it) was awful. Most frozen pizzas are so much better than this. It was rubbery, & I'm not really sure how they managed to do that. There is no way they actually make the pizza there, & whatever method they use to heat the pre-made discs doesn't really make it hot, & it makes it nearly inedible. This place is by far one of the greatest CiCi's I have ever been to. I go here on a regular basis due to my love of over indulging on fresh pizza made to my demand and because I have a child that eats for free. The manager there is outgoing, quirky and a great guy who is always trying to make the customer happy. Surprisingly to me the very young staff are always pleasant and provide great customer service. Some times they are very busy and crowded but at least the pizza stays fresh at the buffet. read more

Cheap family fair. One thing I enjoy about CiCis is that at no extra charge, you can have them make a custom half pizza or full pizza for you. I recommend doing this as soon as you walk in - as it takes at least 20 minutes to cook. My only beef with this is that even if I say that I want "extra, extra, extra mushrooms" and emphasize to them that I want handfuls of mushrooms on the pizza, there's still about 1 mushroom per slice... so you don't get mushroom flavor with those tiny slices. It's a high profit business with those ingredients... I'm not sure why they are so reluctant to put on the amount you ask for. It's not like I'm asking for lobster tails. That being said, they bring the custom pizza to your table - so it's how you like it, hot and fresh. Because most people bring their young (and often loud & undisciplined) kids - it is sometimes so loud, you want to fall on a sharp stick... so unless you go at an off-hour, it's not a relaxing eating place - but it's economical. The reason I only gave two stars is that over the last month or two my carry out pizzas have been getting skimpier and skimpier on the toppings. Todays pizza had sauce on almost 4/5th of the pizza and toppings on about 3/5th of the pizza. The toppings that were there was very light. This Cici's is the best I have ever been to. We go every Tuesday when they have a senior discount. Billy Bowman the manager is sooooo friendly and always has a big smile even when he looks all frazzeled from so much work. The pizza selection is great. The deep dish pan supreme is the best. Order it as a special, no extra charge. We have visited 2 or 3 other Cici's, but none compares to this one. It feels like home. No alcohol. Very family friendly. Their private party room is free. Don't leave without having some cinnamon rolls, they're the best. read more
