Our bartender was the best! She was so nice and funny. The drinks were good and the food was delicious! We enjoyed our time here. The ambiance was great!

Cin Cin is the cocktail bar outside of LaStrada Restaurant in the Eldorado which is now part of "The Row." The Eldorado, Silver Legacy and Circus Circus are all connected and now under one ownership. Cin Cin Happy Hour ... 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday to Friday. In addition to their Happy Hour Half Price Menu, you can also order of the menu for La Strada. Heather is a great bartender and service is alway great. Calamari is always perfect, although next time I order I'll hold the Aioli and just get extra marinara sauce for dipping. Half orders of their famous Mushroom Ravioli to die for. Plus more. Need a snack and a cocktail and not quite ready for a big dinner ... definitely try this out. You won't be sorry.

Quiet, don't have to yell. Usually lots of seating. Fun drinks, can make lots of different cocktails off the menu

I've been here two times now. The first time was the private event for Yelpers, and this time I came back with a buddy to have him try the Dolce Picante Margarita that Annalisa makes with it's spanked basil. You see my buddy likes spicy and likes a good margarita...this drink puts both of those things together perfectly. In fact I might actually venture to say it's my all time favorite drink. It's really cool when the sweet hits, then the spicy heat comes in at the back of your mouth then finally the alcohol warmth smoothly finishes the experience. We arrived at just about 4:30 and ordered up our first round. This isn't a bar where they have bottled mixers in the back. The only corporate labels I saw were for alcohol and for Tres Agave sweetener for the tequila. For our second round we had the happy hour special $5 Blood Orange Margarita. It was good, not too sweet and of course still hand crafted. Next time I might start with this one because the "3D" experience of the Dolce Picante outshined this one. For food we had a Antipasto plate and the Clam & Mussel bowl. During Happy Hour they have half off of the bar bites menu. The antipasto plate was only well priced because of the Happy Hour special. If we would have paid the regular $24 for our plate we would have been not satisfied. However the clam & mussel bowl was spot on for a special price $8ish. In the "best clams in Reno" competition this one would come in a really tight second. The broth was spicy and flavorful and of course the mussels and clams were not chewy but were cooked right proper. The atmosphere is dark...and darker. Can't effectively use a phone annoyingly snap shots of my food and drink!! I know annoying, but lots of Yelpers like to check out the goods before they come all the way in to a place to eat. They have couches and high tops and low tops and of course the bar, all very comfy and classy. The wood here is good and even thought the space is open to the general casino area there was no noticeable bleed of smoke or noise into this bar. I'm not a bar guy, I don't really like going out and spending 2000% more for a drink than I can make at home. But this bar is truly the exception to that rule. The staff both times I have been have been really good. Annalisa of course is excellent and is the reason I came back. Her knowledge of drinks and her style of mixing is the style I have liked the best. Her team is friendly and know their stuff as well. I hope they can continue to get the great staff as they increase in business. So next time you are downtown and want a nice happy hour or just a nice hand crafted drink. Head here, I promise you wont be disappointed.

A first rate watering oasis in the middle of the downtown concrete jungle. Cin Cin is located on the second floor of the El Dorado Hotel and Casino on South Virginia St. Their happy hour is the best I have found to date in the Reno/Sparks area. Great ambiance, usually quiet, a bar and tables located by La Strada, the signature restaurant at the El Dorado. In addition to the Happy Hour Menu, they usually have a couple of other specials. My wife and I had 2 glasses of wine each, we shared a Ceasar salad, a small spicy pizza and a plate of fried calamari. Delicioso! Tab was less than $50. They have a great bar tender and waiter/waitresses to serve your needs. Extremely friendly staff wanting to accommodate your needs. .First class place with first class food. Don't miss out!

Can't speak to the food since I didn't order any but the cocktails were great. No menu but tell the bartender what you like and they can offer up something that fits the bill. The only miss during my time there while waiting on family and friends was the one where I asked for a specific liqueur that struck my fancy and it did not taste anything like what it was supposed to. Not a problem with the bartender but a problem with the liqueur itself. Definitely try out the happy hour for great prices on drinks and appetizers.

Happy Hour 430-630PM EVERYDAY. 1/2 price on most drinks. 1/2 price on appetizers and salads. 1/2 orders of their (La Strada) famous mushroom raviolis are also available at Happy Hour. This might change in the near future. It's a dimly lit bar/lounge on the 2nd floor of the Eldorado. There is no smoking or gaming in this venue. The bar has plush high boy chairs perfect for cozy drinking and eating. There are several seating options sofas, club chairs and highboys. Two of the top bartenders in town work there: Ashley (I think) & Michael. Michael reminds me of an old time bartender -- friendly, efficient and occasionally cheeky. Leslie is queen of the herbs! She can make any drink you like even better with locally grown herbs. The food is from the La Strada menu. Some of my favorites are the Antipasti perfect amount of meats, cheese and olives; great for a quick snack or when I'm not sure what I want. The Mussels are always a good choice. BREAD BASKET....let me rephrase GARLIC BREAD BASKET!!!!!! The Beet Salad is lovely but I think it's seasonal. Always a good choice when on the menu. It's a bit like Cheers for me as at first I wasn't sure if Ashley recognized us but then she asked, "Where have you ladies been?" Always a good time. Monday is industry night. Fridays & Saturdays can get nutty with huge crowds.

I really like Cin Cin - I came back for a second round thanks to my yelp elite drink coupon. Annalisa, the world class bartender, makes amazing cocktails and the happy hour prices can't be beat at $5 a drink! Just tell Annalisa your poison of choice and she will whip up something original just for you. I really like that they use fresh fruits, herbs and homemade syrups in their cocktails - makes all the drinks taste fresh and special! They will serve you any bar bites appetizers from La Strada, also all half off during happy hour, so it's a nice place to sit in a warm and cozy atmosphere, grab a stellar cocktail, and have a little italian snack or two.

We arrived around 5:30 PM on a Saturday. The joint was nearly empty aside from a couple at the bar. Plenty of seating for our large group in the large, comfy couches. They also have cool built-in seating around the perimeter of the bar, though not nearly as comfortable as the vintage furniture. The menu is sorted by glass type. A fun and unique way to sort cocktails. They also have a selection of beer on draft and wine. The drinks can also be made into mocktails- a win for our group since we had a few non-drinkers. The 1859 mocktail was great. Perfectly sweet with a small hit of miso flavor from the miso honey. Probably even better and more balanced with the whiskey! Others in my group enjoyed working their way through the many light, dark, and sour beers on tap. 1864 offers a classic, relaxed atmosphere and a great place to get a cocktail. The prices are reasonable, too. Definitely worth the visit.

What a major local gem in Reno. It only took one visit for…read moreme to become a fan of this coffee shop/bar in Midtown. You can tell that a lot of thought and heart went into the place. The decor, the entertainment, the products all struck a chord with me. On one side - a super cute pour over/loose leaf tea shop with some records for sale. On the other - a cute bar and lounge area equipped with a vinyl player (Bring one in on a Monday for them to play). You have some house pants, checkered floors, and cool vinyl covers all over the walls that make for some great & hip atmosphere and vibes. Their restrooms, though small, and clean and cool. Their pour overs are so flavorful, strong, and made with beans grounded on your visit. I love that they're flavored and sweetened in a way that allows the coffee to shine. If you're into sweeter drinks, ask for a bit more sweetner or add in a brown raw sugar packet yourself from the straw station. I hear their chocolate pour over is a hit. Matchas - prepared in a similar fashion. Slightly sweetned with subtle flavorings. I tried their carrot cake matcha today and really enjoyed the housemade syrup they used to flavor it with. I also love that they offer loose leaf teas. Their chai was nice, fragrant and great with a little sweetner and milk. Shelby over at the bar area was sooo patient with explaining their menu and suggested a isla bonita pineapple shrub drink for a non alcoholic option. Similar to their other drinks on the coffee side, it was tamed in sugar yet still fun and flavorful. I really enjoyed the tang from the apple cider and the spice from the tajin chili powder as a contrasting flavor. Double check their website for bar and coffee shop hours as they differ from one another. And follow them on Instagram for updates on seasonal specials & themed gatherings. A lot of cool local DJs spin here for special events and parties during the holidays. Tip: sit next to the pour over station next to the menu. It's so entertaining, especially with Sydney working the station (thanks so much for the chat and entertainment. Honestly one of the friendliest baristas I've ever met in Reno). Both bars are set up in a way that allows for meeting others and socializing. Check it out. It's a good time. Notes *Catch live jazz music on Wednesdays here for free. *free street & neighborhood parking *bagels & cream cheese available at the coffee shop *they have fun with their seasonal drink specials. I dig it.

An interesting combination of coffee shop, bar, and vinyl lounge, EP is located on Wells Avenue. I tried the Float On, a boozy adult root beer float using local gelato from Bibo. It's a coffee shop, so my friend sipped the 9 to 5, their version of an espresso martini. The Soul Sipper, a beautiful orange colored cocktail was similar to an Aperol Spritzer. Located on the corner of Wells and Vassar, there's a little more street parking available.

I saw that they were advertising this show...and I like a good magic show. It did not disappoint. The sleight of hand and on-stage demonstrations were incredible. Very hard to hear the gal! They definitely need a microphone to speak to each other. Also, they have a snack bar with fresh popped popcorn $9 -$13 and huge pretzels $14. Chase Hasty and his wife have traveled around the world to over 25 countries sharing their magical talent and ballet dancing skills. My favorite part of the show was when Chase brought out a locked box and Hoisted the box with a rope up to the ceiling and told this guy to watch the box. Later in the show they opened the box, it was a pretty impressive trick!!! One not to be forgotten!! It's a small production but well thought out with couple extra dancers and costumes changes. I love that Chase, picks people out of the audience to help with the show. Maddox was a return kid that had been practicing his magic and Chase let him perform in front of the audience and what is that called "That's Magic!!!" It's nice the performers will met you afterwards in the hallway to have pictures and ask questions. It's a great family night or you can come to the later show at 9pm for a little more risky nocturnal show. I'll have to save that one for another time!
