Probably should have read reviews before and probably should have gone off of last experience I had here a year ago! Hasn't changed - attention to detail is not good - I paid $50 for a subpar job! There was marks from the cleaning solution left on radio, I had to ask for cup holders to be wiped down, and the vacuuming was not very good. My review is going to be for the hand wash and wax part of the car wash. I have had a hard time getting a hand wash because every time I take it they say that they don't have time for it and to bring it back the next day. This is only 30 minutes after they open. I brought my car for a hand wash/wax at 11am and it wasn't done until 4:30pm. They also charged $130. The work is not consistent either. Sometimes it would be done right and others there would be wax still on the car. I think from now on I'm just going to get a Mobil car wash and get them to come to the house. read more

I have been here 3 times and every single time I go, I have to go back and tell someone to vacuum my seats. They never even touch the floor mats and the last time I went, it looked like they hadn't done anything inside my truck. If your wash package includes fragrance, you might as well forget about it because they won't do it unless you remember you paid for it and make them do it. You'll come out cheaper at Blue Wave and vacuuming your car yourself. Overpriced car washes for subpar cleaning. I won't be back. read more

I have been having both of my vehicles detailed at this location for a year and my interaction with the supervisor for the carwash drying section this morning was unacceptable. This guy was not only argumentative with me but rude and condescending to the employee who dried my vehicle. It's my opinion that that if this guy is going to remain in a supervisory role he definitely needs to be trained on how to interact with customers and employees of Cinco Carwash. I also spoke with the manager on the phone and explained to him what transpired this morning and how disrespectful this guy was to me and the employee. Lastly it makes no sense that I spend $25 on a carwash and cannot get armor all applied to my bumper! My rating is based in the interaction with the supervisor this morning and his rude, argumentative, condescending attitude. Brought my car in for a mini detail and inspection, was told it would take a total of two hours. I even told the tech that I needed to be out by 2 to get my kids from school and he said that was plenty of time. It took them over 3 hours and they had to send another guy to help detail to expedite the process. The car was not cleaned properly at all for the amount of money and time that was spent. I brought my car in for an oil change. The mechanic told me that fluids needed to be flushed out because they were filthy. And I needed a new battery and spark plugs. I okayed flushing the fluids out but not the spark plugs and battery. A few months later when the car was stalling, I brought the car to a real mechanic who said that the throttle body was dirty. And I didn't need new spark plugs or a battery. He also said that the oil dipstick (from Cinco Auto 2's oil change) had not been seated so the oil blew back onto the back of the engine. CincoAuto2 tried to get me to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. They didn't clean anything. They couldn't even do an oil change correctly. And they charged me $400. They should stick to washing cars. read more

Terrible experience here. I brought my new car in (1 month old) for a wash. I just planned on getting a regular wash, the woman who worked there convinced me to do the super wash. This hand wash took over a hour. They did a poor job however when I noticed that I now had two paint chips that was not on my car previously I brought over the worker to address. He yelled at me and said they have cameras and I was lying. Finally a manager came and the woman who inspected my car prior to the wash. The woman who inspected my car stated that the paint chips were not there previously and they wrote up an incident report. No one ever followed back up with me and I called several times and they kept saying someone will call me back. Never did. When I left a negative Google review they responded to that and accused me of lying. I paid $65.00 to have these folks damage my car and accuse me of lying publicly. Never once offering to resolve my issue. Responded to the Google review but never called me back. I am also an African American woman, I am pretty sure if my skin color was different I wouldn't be accused of being a liar. read more

I go to this car wash regularly and most times they do a decent job on my car. I just returned from a road trip with 3 teenagers. My car needed attention. I paid extra for dash, cup holders and seats to be cleaned. When I picked up my car it was obvious the carpet had not been vacuumed and I noticed cup holders still had straw wrappers in them. I asked the attendant to take a look and he zooms over to the vacuum and quickly vacuums the drivers side and walks off waving to me. Ultimately the cup holders were not clean, one actually holding standing water. The seats had not been vacuumed and there were water spots on the leather. Ugh. read more

The only saving grace here is Oscar who made the decision to help and complete the vehicle inspection. We arrived at 5:29PM, they close at 6PM and have a sign that says State Inspections from open to close. Devon or Devyn don't know how he spells it, told us the inspector was gone for the day, then I saw a gentleman that seemed like he was the inspector so I asked him if that was him and he lied and said no. My husband then went inside and spoke directly with Oscar who sure enough was the inspector and he said he would do it. Sergio also provided a positive experience. With that said you cannot lie to customer nor be lazy enough to send them away when you are still open another 30 min and an inspection takes 10. read more

This is hard for me because these guys do great work on a car wash. I've taken all my vehicles there for regular washes to details. Great work. BUT. I recently went for an inspection and Was told I had two issues. After a $110 diagnostic fee which you can get for FREE anywhere else if you're going for an inspection. Don't pay it! Back to the story. 1. Upstream Oxygen sensor was bad and they cost about $200 to replace. 2. Evap vent valve was bad. And it's about $200 to replace. Add labor and it's about $750!! I politely declined and went to do some research. See pictures for actual costs for these parts. To be fair, Dillon's Automotive tried the same shit for about the same price. I'm all for a business making a profit. But come on guys. It should be half of that cost and in fact it was even less. I bought the parts for less than $75 total and had a guy instal them for $150. So I paid $225 instead of $750! Buyer beware. read more

BEWARE! I've come here before and they do a good job washing, kinda pricey but good work. Came to get my oil changed, when I pulled up asked the guy how much it would be, he said around 52 for the change plus about 15 for the extra oil....Well I got charged 66 for the oil change plus 33 for the extra oil my engine required. On top of that I asked about upgrading my car wash and he gave me the list of upgrades and said he would be back to see what I wanted to do. Well he came back to tell me my truck was done... only did the basic wash. Very disappointed, going to have to find a new place to go. p.s. I agree with them always telling you that you need some expensive service that you don't really, they wanted to change my differential fluid and flush my transmission fluid, I said no and took it to Chevy, they said my fluids looked fine. read more

Just spent $59.99 for their wax and interior package deal... Totally not worth it... They glazed my genuine Napa leather interior trims with some cheapo silicon armorall glaze, instead of leather conditioner (this is what the sales dude told me. Leather conditioner... lies...). These armorall glaze might work for cheap fake leather (pleather on most trucks....) seats, but it's a big no no for real leather... they even glazed my matte finish wood trims... LOL. I wouldn't be this upset if they at least applied the silicon glaze evenly (see the pic). I am wiping down blotchy glazes as I write this. Needless to say I'm pissed... They should really retrain the staff or hire a detail consultant, so they know what the heck they are doing... read more

I dropped my vehicle here right as the opened (8Am) and said I would return this afternoon to get it. They took that as it wasn't important and parked it off to the side. Mind you there was but one car in the shop, not busy at all. Fast forward to 1PM I hadn't heard anything and need to get dropped off soon so I decided to call. At first the young girl at the front told me it was ready but had to check with detail just to find out it wasn't. Only thing I would have liked to be different was to know that they only had fully synthetic oil in stock for my specific vehicle (which meant an increase in price vs what I was originally told). So I have to the person who will recommend what is the best services for the car, knowing that I really need something really to scrub lots of dirtiness in the vehicle. The point is that paid $90. I took my Bmw for oil change about a week ago. I noticed that it is leaking oil after being serviced in cinco auto 2. I went today and explained the problem to Jesus, he told me to left my car and that they will call me when ready. They never called and when I called it went to a machine. I went there and it was closed. Now I don't have a car to go to work tomorrow. I am terribly disappointed of the service here. They were not able to do a simple oil change well and when took the car back to get fixed they did not even cared to call me. They are very good at offering extra services that you may not need like coolant flush, brake fluid flush or other things, but how do you thrust them when things like this happen on a simple oil change? Update: The general manager called me and opened the store to return me my car. He said there was some remaining oIl on the pan below the motor and that was what was dripping .
