I went to this location on 5/20, I ordered 2 large Cinnamon buns and they were great! Definitely something that I was craving for a while and I'm glad it lived up to my expectations. I also ordered two cookies as well but unfortunately they weren't as soft as I expected them to be but it's okay since the workers were very kind and accommodating. I ordered two large original cinnamon rolls, excited because I don't have Cinnabon where I live in Maui. Unfortunately, they were disappointing--there wasn't enough frosting, and the parts without icing were noticeably dry. After not having Cinnabon for many years, I had really been looking forward to that soft, gooey experience, so it was a letdown. That said, the line wasn't too long, and everybody working was really nice. The rolls on display looked amazing, and the aroma was incredibly inviting--the store itself smelled exactly like a Cinnabon should. There were a bunch of teenagers working, though I'm not sure that affected the product. Parking was in the mall parking garage, and while that's not ideal, we were able to find a spot close to the food court, which was convenient. This is the second time I've ordered. I was disappointed both times. Today I ordered four pecan topped rolls. I did not understand that you were just going to put a handful of nuts in the icing . The pecans were stale and so were your rolls. I ordered for 11 a.m. delivery, knowing that the store opened at 10 a.m. hoping that I would get fresh buns. Usually this place gives decent sweets with no biowarfare, however today I was blessed with a little hair at the top. The service is decent enough. I mean, I've been going here for years and it's been in the mall for years but I think it's just straight up foul to have food cost as much as it does with hair in the icing. These cinnamon rolls are ooey gooey, hot, mouthwatering luscious and buttery. You can smell them from a mile away. Try and catch them when they are fresh out of the oven... and they will melt in your mouth. They are a little pricey ($5) for an original cinnamon roll but well worth it. These cinnamon rolls are definitely a shareable size, so grab an extra fork. The caramel pecan bun are my favorite. It's a regular cinnamon bun topped with chopped pecan and drizzled caramel. The only thing about this particular location, is the attitude of the employee helping me... here's the situation.. it's nurses week and they offer a free Cinnabon to nurses who present their badge.. I didn't have my badge bc I leave it in my work bag... I told the employee that I didn't have it, but that I had my actual nursing license I can show as proof.
