First time trying Cinnabon at this specific location. Customer service: Very welcoming, and friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, especially in the food display area. Seating: plenty of seating inside, as well as outside (located in the Northridge food court). Food/Drink selection: Plenty of selections to choose from in both areas. Food: cinnabon's cinnamon rolls, churro's, and plenty more. Drinks: there is a menu of many different styles and flavors to choose from (I went with the cold brew). Recommend: Absolutely, I need to come back soon and try out other available flavors for both food, and drinks.

I decided to get a special offer on my app. Buy 2 churros and get a free minibon. Minibon was soft and cinnamon-y and good cream cheese frosting. I had to wait 6 minutes for churros. Not worth the wait. Kinda chewy and tough to bite into. Not airy or fluffy. Also didn't have enough cinnamon flavor for me. I would not recommend. Sorry. I'll stick with the tasty Cinnabons.

The Cinnabon was good. Lots of cream and warm, but I didn't give 5 stars because I stood and waited to be acknowledged for way too long. This seems to be a trend I'm seeing in customer service in LA. Very interesting. However, the lady was very kind and acknowledged the Latino man. Even when I was paying for my items, she quickly exited the screen before I could scan the QR code to sign up for rewards. Didn't look at me while speaking to me either. Very interesting.

Cinnabon has always been my favorite since it started ages ago! So naturally I'm a rewards member so I get free stuff especially on my birthday month. Today is the $1 Cinnabon reward day so of course I had to get it. Service was fast and quick so the long line moved quickly. I also love the one with the pecan toppings and their minibons, just the right bite size with coffee, yummmmm. It's inside the mall so enjoy after shopping

This mall is my childhood and not sure why this isn't 5 star. Parking lot has expanded with more spots. Service was quick and fast. They've got cookies and all different kinds of cinnamon rolls now. It's located close to the escalator by the main entrance and easy access I didn't see a bathroom but that's all the restaurants near the food court. Of course the actual Cinnabon was still

Yesterday was the 40th birthday for Cinnabon in the customer service that I received for Maria was fantastic. I mean it was awesome. She was very patient. She was kind not just to me as well as to my family, she gave amazing customer service.

This Cinnabon has been open in the same storefront since I was in elementary school, so it's a bit nostalgic to return and order a cinnamon roll from them. Like many others, the prices have increased but in comparison to its competitors I found their prices to be similar. They have a lot of different options and you can also purchase your order online to skip the line. I ordered a classic roll and the bon bites that come in a pack of 4. I don't really see the savings considering the bon bites are about 50 cents cheaper than the singular classic roll but to each their own. Still, the quality is just as amazing as I remembered it. We saw this place next door after having lunch/dinner at Boiling Pot next door on Sunday. The…read moreplace looked popular with tables filled on the patio and the pastries on display through the window looked intriguing so decided to take a chance and maybe get a small coffee and some pastries to try. There was a young man at the counter who welcomed us with a wonderful smile. He said his name is Said (pronounced Sa-eed) and asked if it was our first time here. We said it was, so he offered to give us some samples of their most popular bake goods. He said it is made of light custard and it's called soft cake and it is traditional pastry from his country in Uzbekistan that his mother bakes all from scratch. In Asia we also don't like overly sweet cakes so we thought it sounded to fit our taste preferences. And we loved it after trying! My mom said it tastes very similar to the cake she had back in Seoul in her childhood she misses fondly, but she could never have that same taste. Just a little sweeter. But the custard and texture of the cake is just the same. We also got the eclair. And it was pretty good too. But definitely recommend the soft cake!! Sooo yummyyy!! I also got the strawberry cold foam matcha latte and my mom got a small americano coffee. She said it's the best coffee she had in a cafe. Of course superb compared to Starbucks or any other coffee franchise. She says American coffee shops always burn their beans so it tastes burnt, but this place roasted the beans just right. And we also loved the strawberry cold foam matcha. I don't know how, but it tasted like really strawberry was in the drink!! My mom said it's the best strawberry milk she ever had here and in Korea! And she wants to order again when we come by next time. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Food and drinks were all prepared with such care, but given at a reasonable time. Some of these cafes take forever to make your drinks, even Starbucks makes you wait 20 minutes! These other coffee shops make it seem like they're doing some complex chemistry experiment how long it takes for just a drink! But this young guy he makes the drink in under 5 min and it tastes 10x better anything those other coffee shops make, but in less than half the time! I really thought maybe it was really hard making drinks, but this young dude makes it look like a walk in the park, the speed and ease he cranks out the drinks. I think Uzbekistan people must be just built different! and he was also so kind and pleasant taking the time to explain and answer all our questions. Some of these other places wouldn't even bother or make it feel like you're pulling a nail from them the way they grimace. He was so nice we wanted to give a tip, but he even said he didn't want us to. He'd happily accept just our enjoying the food and drinks and would appreciate if we left a review for his cafe. just had to leave a review. Especially after how nice he is. And hearing his story and how it's a family run bakery with the mom baking and son making drinks and running front counter. And an authentic European bakery!! Wow! Aren't we so glad they moved into our neighborhood! A Real quality cafe I didn't even know what I was missing until I stepped into this little shop by mere chance! I Will definitely come by again. And anyone else who discovers this little gem would be so lucky and blessed as us!

I am grateful that their style seems to be to use less sugar than other bakeries. You can enjoy the sweetness without being overwhelmed by the sugar content. Last weekend we were spending the day with our grandchildren. Adored Grandson was in town from points north for a long weekend. DH had prepared brunch for the family, then we hung out. Later, AG was craving a coffee drink, so the oldest and youngest generation hopped in to the car and went out to get drinks and desserts. Sweet Granddaughter was having a blast, getting attention from 3 of her favorite adults, PLUS getting to pick her own sweets. What more could a six year old want? She's pretty discerning about baked goods, and even got her own tray. We had to pare back some of her selections. AG got his java jolt, and I was able to order a decaf crafted beverage that satisfied my taste buds. $48, four drinks, and multiple pastries to go later, we were headed out the door. Whew! The layout of this particular location is a little odd. Though one can eat in, it doesn't feel like that welcoming of a space. It's mostly about the cases and shelves of baked goods, as far as how the floor plan is set. The counter service people were helpful with answering questions on the options for the drink orders. We did share some of our treats with the parentals at home. The prices at this bakery are very fair. We did get quite a few items.

Overall, my favorite drink ended up being the brown sugar coffee for sure, and I'd definitely give this spot another try. Pricing ranges around $3-$20, which is pretty decent. The lines move quickly, the space is super spacious inside, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Great attitude all around!

Don't expect the warm, smiley Filipino hospitality right away--just head straight to the counter and place your order on the iPad. As for the halo-halo, it's definitely not your traditional version. It wasn't bad by any means, but it's quite different from the halo-halo I grew up with and the ones I enjoy whenever I visit Manila. We placed a pickup order for around $100 that included 3 drinks and 15 pastries. When we arrived, we gave our name for the order, and the employee only handed us one drink and two boxes without saying anything or confirming that everything was included. As we were leaving, we realized we were missing two drinks, so we went back inside. The employee barely acknowledged us and was still finishing the drinks. Another employee eventually came out and handed them to us, and the interaction made it feel like they were just trying to get us out of the store as quickly as possible. Before leaving, we specifically asked if everything was included, and we were told yes. Unfortunately, after driving the 35 minutes home, we discovered that we were still missing about five pastries from our order. By then, the store had already closed, so there was no way to contact anyone to resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, but for a $100 order, it's disappointing that no one took the time to verify it was complete--especially after we had already come back once because items were missing. We really enjoy Paris Baguette and hope this was an isolated incident, but we also hope more care is taken with future pickup orders so other customers don't have the same experience.
