Had to try this place during a cheat day. Here's the issue- Yes it taste good, ( if you eat if relatively close to when you ordered it ), but the Value is terrible. Almost $30 for 3 Cinnamon Rolls! They aren't that big, and fairly doughy. They are hard to share and later in the day - they tasted pretty bad as they are hard to warm up after they have been topped. I'm in love with the fact that every ingredient they use is vegan and that in itself helps the community and opens people up to it. The owner of the shop is amazing and everyone there is just super nice and inviting. He was generous to give me free cinnamon buns and different icing flavors (the icing I got cause they throw their icing away at the end of the end) and for the icing flavors I got to try and have the: hazelnut, cake batter, amaretto, peanut butter, creme brulee, coffee, strawberry, and my fav is cream cheese! I got a cookie and a brownie with everything too like I was the happiest girl alive!!! :') to be a big fan and to have a chance to try the goodies I soooo ecstatic to share about my excellent experience here. I tried Windy City and Irish cinnamon rolls today and felt them to be more sweet than I could tolerate. This place has less seating area, and it is more of a pickup place. Vegan friggin' cinnamon rolls that you can custom order or have your choice of the premium cinnamon rolls. I haven't had cinnamon rolls since I became vegan over eleven years ago. I always thought that Ann Slather's was the best but they can't even lick the spoon that made the frosting on these rolls! OMG! These are the most delicious, scrumptious, out of this world BEST cinnamon rolls EVER! And to top it off, the two women who worked there were the nicest, sweetest people you could ever meet. So welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that it is soooo far away from where I live. But I will make it a point to treat myself every now and then to this. I tried the peanut butter frosting with bananas! They charge .75 cents for 5 tiny slices of banana. It was $6.44 with tax. It was fair at best and way too much money for what you get. This place is incredible!!! The cinnamon rolls are to die for and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I am allergic to dairy and haven't been able to eat a cInnamon roll in many years. This place is 100% vegan and dairy free. That said, they don't advertise that fact due to any 'stigmas' that people have about vegan food. I can tell you first hand the cinnamon rolls are delectable! Service was terrible both time we ordered from them. The first time we ordered my husband had to wait 25 minutes in the store for our order. The next time I ordered curbside pickup. The order should've been ready when we got there 25 minutes later. When we arrived to pick up, however, they said they still had to bake the cookies for our order. I had to sit in the car an additional half hour, with two kids, waiting for them to finish our order. It would've still taken longer if I hadn't called them again and told them just to put the warm cookies in a box. It took 55 minutes for them to get us our order. This is totally unacceptable. I would've given them zero stars except their treats are really good and we're limited to where we can eat with my daughter's dairy allergy (their vegan). read more

There was a single small oven for heating in the rolls, and the staff looked confused as to what they should be doing while waiting for the buns to warm. Delicious cinnamon rolls. My boyfriend and I have been here twice and very happy both times. I love the banana cream pie roll. It tastes very fresh and not like artificial bananas. The fresh bananas on top really add to it. The Irish Cream is also very good and neither are overly sweet. Even without all the toppings, the cinnamon roll itself as very good flavor and not loaded with sugar/overly sweet. Very moist and not dry at all. Will definitely continue coming back. read more

... I came to this place about 1-2 weeks ago since I was fixing a bill at AT&T. First off I asked my rep all about this restaurant bc the last time I was in the store was before Cinnaholic was open. He didn't recommend coming here, for a couple of reasons. I should have taken he advice. I walked in and was greeted, which is always welcomed and appreciated. The worker explained what to do and I chose. Kinda pricey for 1 cinnamon roll, 7-8$. I could compare different desserts. Not here for that. Well, it took 8 minutes to get me the finished product. It's a open kitchen concept and I have worked in plenty of kitchens that would just spit out ACTUAL food. Entrees.. I saw what was happening/ lack there of. Did I mention the only other customer other then the mom/dad/son sitting eating there purchases. The gentleman gave me the box which had the cinnamon roll in it and a fork. No bag no insulation, since it was a togo order and the temperature was about 28-32 degrees. I did try it when I got into the car, it just tasted like sugar on sugar on sugar. I had to give it to my family members to taste and try. Same reaction across the board. I love the concept, I love the decor, but the experience and execution was a blunder... to bad to bc I love cinnamon rolls. read more
