Just a horrible partner. We are a small business and I am not personally onsite. So they just keep dumping extra product on us, versus managing our inventory. I have to raise hell 2-3 times a year and they always promise me it will be better. Then I show up and see my store room overflowing with butt gaskets, hand soap and other items I do not use that often. Sometimes items I do not use at all. I asked them to pause for a month or two so I could burn through product but then they kept harassing me and showing up anyways. Save yourself a headache and stay away from Cintas. The Sales Rep deceptive sales practices to gain signatures and tells you there's no charge when it's actually a three year agreement.

Cintas is the worst. They'll add things and not tell you. They run up a bill without authorization. It's a battle to keep the bill down. They are terrible and feel like a scam. We have clothes go missing. Switched my first aid service to every other month and they showed up 2 weeks later. Their system is terrible and they will look to take advantage of you. read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My husband's work uses this company for the uniforms. In the last few months they have been completely unreliable in getting them the uniforms back. They either bring just the shirts and no pants or nothing at all. Cintas is being paid by companies to provide a service and they are not holding up their end of the contract. It's a complete shit show. If you pay for a service you expect to have that service done in full with little to no issues. And if that service isn't up to the standards they promised you should be able to get ahold of someone to get it sorted out, yet nobody ever answers the phone to correct the problem. This is the worst company I've ever witnessed. If I could give it a lower review, like no stars, I would. If I could give zero stars I would! We have been with Cintas for near 6 months now. I have to have someone in my office spend near 3 hours every week micro manage Cintas Uniform. They do not show up when they say. They can never get our reoccurring order correct. They are always sneaking in random charges every week to our invoices, then they promise to credit them back and never follow through. They are unprofessional, snake in the grass sales people that will promise the world and never follow through with anything. DO NOT HIRE!!! I've been with these guys for over 13 years. Didn't really pay much attention to all the price increases they've snuck in on me over the years. Few weeks ago route driver informed me the bad news that yet another 30% increase was on the way. I decided to shop around and got three other bids from other companies who provide similar services. The other company's were 75% cheaper than Cintas. I was shocked when I figured out Cintas has been ripping me off for so long. My advice don't sign any contracts with them and shop around every so often to make sure you're getting the best price. read more

Don't, I repeat DO NOT use this company! They never show up, when they do they don't do what they are supposed to do. Then they charge you for work they never showed up for. When trying to communicate with them they are rude, annoyed, and really don't care if you are satisfied or not. When asked to speak to supervisor, there is never one available and never will they call you back. This company needs to be turned into the better business bureau, it is a fraudulent business. Not surprised to find the rating of this company at 1 star. I recommend anyone searching for a uniform company to steer clear of Cintas. They have a one sided approach, that does not include customer service or customer satisfaction. Unfortunately every time I see Cintas I will be reminded of their poor approach and lack of understanding of what customer service is. Cintas:I worked in the maintenance department and if your even thinking of going there,think again. It is no fun to work with a Russian drunk.He takes no responsibility for anything and will use you in a drop of a hat if he screws up. The rest of the maintenance crew is unskilled and and takes abuse from the bully boss because of their lack of experience.It's not their fault though they don't want to teach them anything. The plant Manager is great but believes everything the maintenance manager tells him.They had previously worked together at their last job. I just started working for a company and for 2 months I have only received 8 shirts and 5 pairs of pants. The second week I received no new pants and the third week I received 3 pairs of pants. I am supposed to get 15 shirts and pants and 3 coveralls. After several emails and phone calls they finally put the account on back order. what do you think? how many times should you call your sales rep, 2,3 5 times decode they return your calls? it does NOT matter in their case. you can call 1, 2,.......100 of times, they will never return you calls.
