You leave your device in a tray and they disinfect it. I needed to have my battery replaced in my iPhone 7. Yes, it's a dinosaur of a phone that belongs to a dinosaur of a person. The young sir quoted me a price of $39.95 with a 10% discount if you pay in cash. He quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes. My phone was returned to me in 20 minutes. In a plastic sleeve with an alcohol wipe so that I could disinfect it. I couldn't wait for the Apple stores to open back up. He gave us prices and was not pushy for us to get the oem screen because it was more expensive. We picked the after market brand which was $89. If you pay cash they won't charge you tax. I had the pleasure of going to CIR to get my Samsung S8 screen repaired because it cracked after years of use and I just have to say they are Phenomenal! Eddie is very honest and very professional with his work. They use original parts from the factory and not any knock off brands from China. Eddie was patient and open enough to explain why prices can be cheaper somewhere else and that you get what you pay for. The quality of my repair was superb. I got a new battery and screen and it feels like a brand new phone. They were very respectful of my privacy and let me know if they were going to access anything on my phone. The location is in the back of the plaza near the Kaiser. The parking is pretty much open and the environment inside is a cozy almost feel at home with a tv and snacks on the side. A week after my repair, they went ahead and followed up with me to ensure that everything was working properly.
