Whoa. Beautiful. The sports book here is phenomenal. I haven't had a chance yet to sit in the venue and watch games but just the aerial view alone, I can tell you this spot is amazing. I think I would prefer to sit higher up than on the ground floor at the root of the action, but that is primarily because of the fact that there is a bar just behind those seats that is easily accessible and in the midst of the action on the casino floor. I watched a few short portions of the games that were on the TVs. The view from up there was beautiful. On top of that, each and every tv was clear. Parking is NOT free but it was ample and fairly easy to navigate, unlike many other hotel lots. I love that the parking lot is so well lit and clearly marked. Look for the garage mahal signs. The guards at the entrance to the hotel and casino are there to merely check that those entering are at least 21 years of age. They have been very strict about this casino and hotel remaining a business of adults only. I can appreciate that, for sure. It was nice not to have to worry about little ones running around the casino floor. I walked much of the property. I noticed that their BBQ spot is really located outside their casino and faces the Fremont strip area, closer to the golden gate hotel. Their mega bar is indeed impressive. I can picture crowds congregating at this bar when things like that are allowed again. Their bartenders are friendly and they are full of energy. They use their flair when they mix drinks and it is always fun to watch. Even if the mega bar bartenders aren't doing flair, the ones outside usually are. I love that little bit of extra-ness. Who doesn't want a show along with their drinks? Their deli was impressive. I saw nothing but happy customers and huge portions as I passed by and looked over their menu. They have a lot of the classics, matzo ball soup, huge deli sandwiches, tuna melts, etc. I wanted to head outside to check out their pool but I didn't have a reservation and I also wasn't going to pay the bottle minimum to get a table. Maybe one of these days I'll stay there and be able to access the pool. Otherwise, I think it was $10+ per person to hit up the pool area. Something that I should have asked the person working the entrance was what amenities in the pool area were available or not. I am looking forward to hitting up the legacy club also. The views look amazing. I have also seen folks enjoying s'mores up there. Looks fantastic. Barry's prime rib is phenomenal. I think it's one of the downtown old vegas strip area's best kept secrets. Yes their menu is a tad pricey but it is darn good. Their sides are decadent and all ordered a la carte. The service is friendly and proactive more than it is reactive. Very excited to check out this place until we got kicked out and my husband got threatened to be thrown down the stairs... Everything was fine we got a table for ourselves and our family to watch the game and because our food was all done we had not one but four large men and a lady come over and tell us the mask policy not politely by the way it was in a very threatening way. A few moments later the waitress drops off our bill, we ask why and she said because the manager said we needed to leave. We all sat around in shock as four large men waited for us to sign the check and escort us out... As we asked questions we were told we needed to leave. We stood up to leave embarrassed obviously and I saw a huge group without masks and asked why we were being escorted out and treated this way and they were not...I was told I was speaking in a threatening way ? As we walk to our cars escorted the gentleman photographed kept trying to instigate my husband, my husband said to him please stop and the man said I'll throw you down the stairs if you don't get out of here, I heard him and asked the lady why they were treating us this way and why my husband who was walking out of the casino was being threatened and she said he never said that, I heard him ... They literally followed my family and myself out of the casino like we hurt people or beat someone up.. I'm so embarrassed and appalled... I am sharing this to tell others not to go here. I'm the most positive and loving person but after this I have to share what happened all because our masks weren't on properly. There are better ways to handle this as a company and to be honest the laws change so often it's hard to keep up, I am happy to comply but was obviously confused as I was still drinking, my husband a beverage and our family other beverages. We assumed if we are drinking we are fine but I guess because we needed to have masks on and off as we were drinking we were threatening? We were literally treated as if we beat up a bunch of people, we simply didn't know the full mask policy and were happy to comply if spoken to in a normal manner. You can't lie to guests. Well you can but you definitely shouldn't. We decided to stop by and checkout the new kid on the block. We made dinner reservations at their steakhouse Barry's and were excited for our date night. I called Barry's ahead of time and they confirmed they are validating parking for all of their guests. The property is shiny and new. It's always so exciting to see new properties open especially considering our current economy. We are mega fans of everything old Vegas and are always excited to see people's take on how things once were. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the areas that we were allowed to see without paying more $ like for their pool area. The 1 star rating is based upon being told parking would be validated for dining at Barry's and we were even given a new ticket at the restaurant before leaving. As we were attempting to leave the garage the kiosk wouldn't allow us to leave until we paid it $12 for parking after dropping over $200 on dinner. I called the restaurant and was told, sorry for the inconvenience but all we can offer you is a free appetizer when you return. That didn't fly because we have no desire to return. So I spoke to someone else from the hotel this time who said to email a specific person and see if they could assist me. I did that and was told that they would not be reimbursing us for parking but I could still come back for an appetizer from the restaurant and some drinks. I again told them that we had no desire to come back and pay for parking yet again. It's classless to lie to people who contribute to keeping your business alive. It's even more classless to charge locals for parking especially during these harder times. It's not about the $12. It's about principle. I gave you a chance to fix your mistake and you didn't. You can't lie to guests and tell them you'll validate parking and then change your mind the same day. Bad decisions take years to recover from for casinos. Tried to check in at 4p, my room was not ready. (Not sure what the point of filling out my arrival time online for 3p did, apparently nothing). Asked for a late checkout, they said "you can't request until the day of, because it's based on demands." Wouldn't knowing in advance be more helpful, like every other modern hotel in the world? Came here for the pool, but won't get to enjoy that either, it's closed due to "inclement weather" (aka its 50 degrees and a little windy out). Really expected better, won't be back. They apparently do not know the definition of the word "corner", as the "corner suite" was in the middle of a long line of rooms. No corner views here. Internet is horribly slow, unacceptable for a brand new hotel. You can shell out another $15/day for a piddly 20mbps. As an added bonus, was charged the $40 resort fee which includes "access to the pool" (closed and impossible to use) and "phone calls"- because nobody owns a cell phone. Update: if you like getting harassed for wearing a hoodie, this is absolutely the hotel for you. read more

Never will stay here again! After paying $400 per night, they made up an excuse to not allow us into the Legacy Club. First, they said it was closed due a private party on July 4th, mind you the front desk told us that everyone was being welcomed and even gave a comp ticket for drinks that night. Then the next excuse was no sandals, although I have been there several times with tennis shoes. Yes, I have strappy sandals on, but I we were dressed to the nines in basically business attire. Also, others mentioned that even though we were staying there, if we wanted to enter later, it would be $25 per person, just to walk in, with no special event that night!! Came to check Circa out this past Saturday night. There's a separate building connected via a bridge for parking. There's valet and self park. The ride share pick up is also at the ground level where the valet is. Be prepared to show your ID before entering as they scan it before you're allowed to enter. Doesn't matter how old you are. Their casino is 2 levels. They have the most awesome sports book. It has stadium seating (some with tables) and the largest screens to watch various sports games/matches. Lots of slots machines and table games. Their Mega Bar is just that, Mega. It's a long bar with 2 rows of TVs going all the way across it. They have a few restaurant choices inside, including a burger place, fancy steak house at the lowest level, and a deli. There's also a couple of places located right outside the hotel. They have Stadium Swim, which we didn't go into, but it's $40 to enter. It looks fun and looks like a huge space. May try it some time in the future. The only down side for me is that you have to pay for parking, even as a local. $4 for the first hour and so on. We paid $12 by the time we left. All in all, we'll definitely be coming back to play or go to the Sports Book. In comparison to Resorts World, which opened this past weekend, Circa is miles ahead. I thought Resort World was blah, forgettable, with the exception of their Street Foods area. read more

Not with people, it just wasn't very roomy. I kind of of felt like I was cattle in a pen. The area did have some panoramic seating, however it was cramped feeling regardless of the view. They had girls dancing on tables, not the best, not the worst. Definitely not as bad as the sad dancing girls over at the D across the way. The Circa girls were not Coyote Ugly status. Nope. The Circa did have a fun-ish vibe... somewhat - the I wouldn't be surprised if I ran into Maury Show guests there vibe, but still it smelled like smoke from 100 years ago - regardless of the rebuild. So strange. The developers should have saged the land before they started the rebuild lol seriously tho. It's not a place that I would go (not because of the creepy ghost vibe, but because it's boring)- as a local - to hang out, unless they had a drink special or I was partying at the pool. Not worth ANY parking fee. I might walk into the Circa if I was with a bunch of friends and one of them hadn't seen the inside and.. I was already on Fremont Street. That's the ONLY reason why I would return. To me, a "good restaurant" isn't worth walking through that casino. read more

Finally a brand new 21+ casino downtown. The ceilings are high, unlike most of the downtown casinos. The casino floor is beautiful with comfy, pretty chairs. The air quality is pretty decent...not Smokey smelling at all. It's a sports lovers dream. TVs everywhere, even the place where you get players cards. We were so excited to come here after seeing all the press inviting us to visit. However what they fail to tell you is that even to set your eyes on Stadium Swim for one minute they charge $10 per person which allows you to go in the pool but you do not get a lounge chair for that price. Lounge chair prices are $15 for two hours and $30 for four hours. Parking is $15 for the day. We even talked to a manager and offered to leave our drivers license for a 1 minute looksee to figure out if we wanted to come back but no dice. The gaming floor itself is nothing different than in any other casino. For all the hype I was expecting something like Aria but it's pretty much a run of the mill casino floor. The way we were treated felt like customers are absolutely irrelevant to them. I've never visited grand opening that was less welcoming. read more

October 2020 I had a great time losing my money here! Welcome to Circa, the latest brand new concept hotel in downtown Las Vegas. One of the biggest takeaways is the fact that it's 21 and up only. Various security guards are placed at each entrance that checks your identification. That alleviates the need to continuously show identification throughout your stay. I will be the 1st to admit that I avoid certain hotels because I know that there is an influx of children running through the casino and throughout the property. What's fun about Circa is that it features adults doing the exact same thing! Throughout the casino you can hear and see adults having the best (or worst) times of their lives. In other ways, Circa is definitely the standard of hotels in downtown Las Vegas. It fits right into the Fremont experience, and misses nothing that other casinos bring to the downtown strip. I, of course, had to wave down several waitresses while at Penny slots, but had expected that anyway. My family and I decided to check out the newest casino in Downtown next to Plaza hotel. Parking is $4 an hour and the parking levels has different themes. The security guard has to check our driver license and scanned to their machine. Once inside, we were greeted nicely and smelled the coffee next to the greeter. The top floor slots wasn't socially distanced at all. It was very busy for sure. The sporting area has the largest tv screens which continued to the bottom floor. Then we seen the famous iconic Vicky sign on bottom floor. The bottom floor has the mega bar filled with tv's and the slots was busy too. Lots of variety of dining -bbq, Chinese, sandwiches. They charge $10 to see the pool to earn money. The rooms are not available until January 2021. read more

So. I spent four hours here in October (50 days ago), and I'm still not quite sure exactly how to describe the pool, or what I even think of it. First off, their booking system is super confusing and not user friendly. That said, I was able to get a $25 chair reservation and made my way there for a solo afternoon of fun and sun and relaxation. The check-in process is worse than TSA. And I wish I could have told them I am a TSA Pre Check passenger, as maybe they would have believed me that I am not a pool terrorist. Now, after getting four books of menus, and talking to and meeting four different service staff, I am finally offered a $25 vodka beverage. I take the "souvenir glass" which is very similar to that glass that you may win at Dave & Busters with 500 tickets. Service is fun and helpful, and I would say my overall favorite thing about the place is the killer DJ in the front. I think this place will definitely benefit from it being jam packed with guests and getting more "fun" and more pool party vibes, and less FBI vibes. read more

This is a very confused resort. It's 21 and over but has the feeling of a senior living facility. The music is loud which feels like a nightclub, but there is no nightclub vibe. In fact there is no "vibe". They took all the glamour of Vegas and threw it away. Oh, they kept "Vegas Vicky" , a strip club mascot that Bob Stupac put up in the 80's...The service at the Vegas Vicky bar was atrocious. I give the place two stars for the rooms, which were spacious, clean and comfortable. We chose a Stadium Swim view. The Stadium sports screens are on all night. Wouldn't do that again. The other "highlight" was Barry's. No kidding, hands down the best restaurant experience we've ever had in Vegas. Jeremy, our server was exceptional. Parking is really expensive, 4 dollars an hour, drinks are not that good at the main bar or the outside bar on freemont street, and the service is really slow, I'd recommend going to another hotel. Other properties offer comp parking with a black membership but not circa, so expect to pay a lot for parking if you're not staying there. The drinks at the bar on the main floor are not really tasty. Overall avoid the parking and the bars inside you'd be better off on the golden gate. read more

Had to stay here for 1 night to check out all the hoopla about the place. I'll start by saying this place is not for the budget minded. I paid $139 for a standard king room on a weeknight. Double or triple that for a weekend night. Standard room is great. Nice coucn to watch the huge TV. Double vanity sinks with big walk in shower. Mini fridge. Valet is $7.50 as a guest, $15 if visiting. 2 floors of casino space. The Mega Bar has great selection of draft beer. The pool, Stadium Swim, is amazing, and the Sports Book is phenomenal. Drinks, weapons, gum, eye drops, water bottles aren't allowed when you come up here. They check your temperature and have complementary swim towels for you. Love that the pool is heated, has a live DJ, bars and TVs, oh and that it was only $10! We were lucky to enjoy the pool on a warm evening right before the temperature dropped and the rain came to town. $15 & up drinks when you get to the bar...they also offer bottle service for cabanas and private parties. It's cute, we witnessed the hosts spraying what looked like bottles bottles of champagne at each other and willing party goers. The restrooms are spacious, they have a semiprivate walk in shower area for before and after. Tons of cabana and a couple of private party areas, lots of open seating, and of course the stadium like view. We swam at a pool on the lower deck because the rest were closed off, but it was nice since there were only a few of us brave enough to night swim in November. I could imagine how awesome it would look during sunset in the middle of summer. We arrived around 645pm and left close to 10pm. The lawn areas were beginning to get packed as people realized it's probably one of the very few places nowadays that you can dance out in the open and for only $10...very club like vibe without the darkness and strobe lights. I imagine that the rate will rise during the summer. However, most hotels were offering $10 swim passes for non-hotel guests this year because of the pandemic. The rooms were nice, decent size and clean, but I had multiple bad experiences, mostly involving communications with the staff. I booked a two night package that included the room, a day bed at Stadium Swim, $100 in food, and a $50 bar tab in the night club on the top floor. Since I don't drink, I had no interest in the bar tab, but definitely wanted to use the food and day bed inclusive. I called several times beginning two weeks before our stay to try and make a reservation for the day bed to assure I would get the day bed for the date I desired, however, they never answered the phone. I left several messages, but no one ever returned my calls. After arriving on my day of check in, I went straight to the Day Bed reservation desk and was advised I had to choose between day time or evening - also not mentioned in the offer. When I went to check in at the Hotel Registration Desk, the agent told me there was an additional Resort Fee that was also not mentioned in the offer. At that point, I'd finally had enough surprises, and told the agent to forget it, and that I was was just going to go home. She told me I still had to pay for one night, even if I didn't stay. Frustrated, I explained that I should not have to pay for a cost that was not disclosed in my "All Inclusive" package offer. When I said I was going to walk away, she called a supervisor out to talk with me. He told me the Resort Fee WAS included in the package, so I decided to stay after all. When I received my final bill, the Resort Fees WERE still added to my bill. The hotel room was very advanced as far as technology, and we had trouble making everything work. There were no operating instructions. The lights went on and off all night long - all by themselves. Pretty weird. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Lumpy and hard. Between the lights and the pillows, we experienced a very poor nights sleep. The Restaurant managers did not know how to charge meals on the package. At every restaurant, it was a hassle simply paying for our meals. Horrible communication between marketing and the rest of the departments. Embarrassing to have to stand at a the register for 5 to 10 minutes, holding up the entire line, simply trying to pay for our food on the package deal. Ridiculous over-pricing at pools. With Day-Bed included in the package, there were no advanced notification of drink size requirements - larger and more expensive than if simply walking to the bar. Adding a 20% Service charge as well as a 20% Gratuity is unreasonable. 40% is then added to the already massively over-priced bottles of water - really? It's ridiculous. Zero sun protection available at day beds throughout the day - no options for umbrellas (which most other resorts offer). All of the Life Guards and Service personnel at the Stadium Swim were all extremely friendly. The staff at the Burger place and Jack Pots snack stand were wonderfully friendly. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. After waking up with a backache and stiff neck after the first night, when we were finished up for the day at the pool, we decided to simply go home rather than stay another uncomfortable night. The trip to this casino was not planned. Was just driving around with absolutely no idea of what to do ( I know how can you be so bored in Vegas ) lol. So I stumbled upon this place and figured I'd check it out since it's fairly new. Our only parking option was the garage which charges you $4 per hour. There are also other pay rate options for those planning to stay longer. When you are ready to leave, there are kiosks located at the elevators going to the garage levels. Just scan your parking ticket. You can pay with cash or card there. If you forget. No worries. You can pay at the exit. I believe that only takes card payments. Before you can enter the actual casino. There is an employee at the entrance scanning IDs ( only 21 and over allowed to enter ) so don't bring the kiddos. Upon entry I was greeted with the delicious aroma of coffee. It was calling my name. Sadly I did not stop and get me some. Lol Just around the corner I was taken away by the super sized mountain of a sports screen. It was the biggest I have ever seen. Haha. That's what she said. Anyway. This was the best part of my visit. Overall. The casino was really clean. There is sanitizer throughout on both floors. And there are some really good restaurants to try. Easy access to the Fremont experience from here. So check this place out. You won't be disappointed read more

Casino was great. Love the "Vintage Vegas" esthetic throughout. There are several stories to the Casino along with huge game screens. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Circa become the prime casino in downtown. 21+ is required thus, your ID is scanned before entering (not ideal for most) a simple date check would have been sufficient, however, it is nice to not have to take your ID out again while drinking. Ok, here are the deatails... Clean, new, technology and security and the best sport book and TV's hands down in Vegas. The pool, TV's and DJ were amazing. Food was ok. Pool food was sub par. As for the pool, no shade but the experience was better bc I love sports. We got to check in earlier and our view was amazing. I would give circa 5 stars if the food was better and somehow they could incorporate some shade. Highly recommend coming here if you love spots. read more

Circa brings newness and freshness to Fremont Street with Circa boasting a classy, elegant, yet comfortable ​property that is sure to please anyone. Upon arrival Bell Services greeted us walking to the Front Desk where they took our luggage before we checked in. The Front Desk was prompt and efficient. I had parked in Garage Mahal, and learned that parking in the garage carries a $25/Daily parking fee. I inquired upon check-in and was told that hotel guests could park their vehicle with Valet for $7.50/Daily. None of this info is posted on the website or in fine print to my knowledge. So please inquire if you plan to arrive with a vehicle. The rooms at Circa were extremely comfortable and I fell in love with the room decor. My room, #3716, a Double King and my friends room,#3822, a Single King was decorated in navy blue with accents of gold and browns. The room was extremely quiet and clean and the beds were beyond large and comfortable. The bathroom had many nice touches, double vanity sinks, large walk-in shower with bench, also in the shower was a dispenser with shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was both light and fresh. The property has it all from an amazing pool to several bars and an exceptional sports book. Please note that hotel guests are allowed into Stadium Swim free of charge and that chaise chairs are first come first serve, except for a rental fee of $20 on Saturdays. Also, one will walk through a metal detector to enter the pool, please remove any metal cannabis containers as one is not allowed to bring them in. We simply checked our bag in a rental locker for a fee of $10. The casino floor is large and spacious that covers two floors. I spent most of my time at Mega Bar where cocktail service was prompt and the machines were just right. The bartender, Terry was entertaining and polite. Cocktail service on the casino floor was fairly light. Another great spot was playing the machines overlooking the sports book. If you wanna experience the freshness of a new property Circa is it! The customer service provided by all team members was top notch which gave the experience of staying a Circa a special touch. I took a ton of pictures but don't have them anymore. This place was really cool and will hopefully be the place we stay when we visit Vegas. We ate in the bar and it was also one of the best hamburgers we've had. Parking is $7 with valet and $25 self parking. That's nice! The rooms were so clean and nice. The bathroom wasn't very private but they were so spacious and clean and the shower was awesome, even with a spot to sit, which was comfy for after the pool. We stayed in the pool area for about 4 hours. Chatting and watching all the games. We didn't have anyone bringing drinks, we had to get our own and in the colder night weather, that wasnt fun(hence 4 stars) The main pools could be warmer when the weather isn't warm(star removed), but the hot tubs were packed and super crazy! read more

Everyone is so good to us here. Love the Craps machines. The south machine is newer and functions better. Cocktail servers are way cool and treat us good with fun service. The Garagemahall is a Rip-off and should be avoided. Circa owner demolished the best diner in the Southwest, Dupars across the street and that's the head scratcher. read more

Wow this location is great!! Impressed big time with the sports book and an upper level where there is another huge bar and overlooking the sports book. Super clean attentive service wide variety of gaming. ID checks at the door. We did not have an opportunity to try any food but won something on a couple of machines our best experience downtown this visit. Highly recommended. read more

Stayed there this past February. Check in was fine, we upgraded to a corner room suite facing stadium swim. Room was nice. It should be for how much we spent. My complaint is housekeeping never showed up. We had the button on in the room, even called. The only time they answered they said they would come in 30 minutes. We left the room, lost more money in the casino and came back 3 hours and room was still not cleaned. We did a lot of walking down Fremont this trip plus it rained. Using the same towels from the day before wasn't ideal. You would think if you spend quite a few extra dollars there in upgrades you would be treated better. We felt ignored and really disappointed when it was all said and done. Even the front desk when checking out was rude. The only nice employee was the guy in Fuel, their gift shop. Wish our whole experience was better. read more

Absolutely the worst hotel experience in Vegas. We were excited about a pool without kids and like to people watch downtown. We go to check in and she says oh do you want a view of the pool it's only $25 more a day. Seems reasonable, right? What she fails to tell you that the pool is open from 8 AM to 11 PM with the loudest bass driven music you'll put forks in your eyeballs after two hours of being in your room. When we booked they said we can use the pool while we're waiting for our late flight during the day after check out. That was a lie. To make it worse they say the pool isn't affiliated with the hotel? Ok, sure. Don't go there! read more
