The newest hotel in downtown LV. We wanted to see the new hotel that replaced the old Las Vegas club site. The entry from Fremont street is monitored by a security checkpoint who requires a valid ID before entry. They are strictly enforcing the age restrictions. The casino floor is bright with colorful lighting and plush decor. With the controlled entry, the place was very comfortable and not crowded. I really wanted to love this place but sadly I felt like no matter how much of a chance I gave it I just couldn't get behind it. I called the front desk for towels and they took an hour to arrive and I had to call 3 times to remind them. When I asked for some glasses, the same exact thing happened When I told John at the front desk and asked how we could avoid this happening for future calls, he said there was nothing they could do and that they were busy. We then tried to redeem our $25 gaming credits by showing our EDC bus pass (which the hotel was advertising), and they simply said they weren't able to honor it (???) For how much we spent, I was really hoping for a better experience :/ read more

This review is strictly for the casino host, Kevin Craddock. I'd give zero stars if I could. I am a high limit gambler at this casino and was randomly assigned Kevin Craddock as my host. He is extremely unprofessional and uses cuss words while talking to clients. He has made many empty promises. He promises something and takes his word back after finding out that you've been winning at the casino. I'm not sure how he is still employed here. He will tell me to charge any food I order to my hotel room and that he will take off the charges when I check out since I have a lot of high limit casino play. And then he changed his mind multiple times after finding out that I didn't have a losing session. He invites me to come back and says he will get me a complimentary stay if I gamble. After finding out I had a winning session, he takes his word back and decides to charge me the regular price of the hotel stay. He's a compulsive liar and manipulator. He also told me that the casino needs losing players and if you are winning too much, you'll get banned from gambling there. He has bad breath as well. I won't be back here again. read more

We usually stay somewhere else on the strip but friends recommended this place to us so we decided to try it. Went to the pool yesterday and there were tons of lounge chairs. Tried to go today and first security said I couldn't bring my eye drops, even though they were prescription for my recent eye surgery so I had to take them back to my room. When I finally got down there I noticed that most of the lounge chairs were missing. When I asked security what happened they said they take them away on the weekends to try to get people to pay for a daybed or cabana. The chairs that remained were all in the shade. Tried to see if any daybeds were available. However, none were even available. We had to sit on the edge of the pool which wasn't very relaxing. We will definitely go back to our regular Strip hotel next time, never have a problem getting a good spit at the pool there... read more

This is the only place I stay when in Vegas. One of the main reasons is the fantastic service that I receive. From the front desk to the servers to all of the bartenders, but the one who stands out is Chris at the Overhang Bar. He is very inviting, can hold a conversation and still provide exceptional service to everyone at the bar. The Stadium swim of course is always very cool to hang out at, it's an amazing vibe. They old Las Vegas neon signs are great attraction and touch of history. The bars give great atmosphere and the bartenders are attentive and make the drinks very well. My three stars is for the terrible $35 locals pay to park here. We had been talking about staying at the Circa for a while. We always end up closer to Fremont Street for the outlets and my favorite protein lunch spot, so why not stay closer... It was definitely a 4-star experience.  The basic room was new and nice. The shower head was the best part! I want one like that at home. There was also a small fridge. The bed was giant! The room furniture was nice and comfy enough. I wished they had a microwave. We peeked into one of the suites, and it was SO nice.  The pool was great! Considering they charge $20 a day per person if you aren't a guest, you can think of that as value added. It is almost like an amusement park...go up longest escalator, get wristbands, go through security. We went later in the evenings - around 8 PM and 10 PM, and it was so empty! The number of employees may have eclipsed the number of guests. The pool also really closes at 10:45 PM (they say 11) but they start coming around at 10:30 as a 15 min warning and try to encourage people to leave at 10:45 just FYI.  We also used the gym, which was cute with the decor. Yes, "cute," also means small. There were not many cardio machines, but there were a decent number of machines (cables), kettlebells, and dumbbells. I was happy because they had a soft box for some fun box jumps. There were not many people in the gym, so the size worked out fine.  We usually choose hotels with no casino, however the Circa has two floors worth. Fortunately, you don't have to walk through too much casino to get to your room. Just the edge of the casino. I'm not into the gambling or smell of cigerette smoke. And unlike some of the older hotels, there isn't 30 years of smoke stuck in there. Also if you want to go to the Legacy club, make sure you bring non-athletic shoes LOL. Pros and cons: This is clearly the nicest hotel on Fremont Street. The shower, pool, and decor made it a stand out. But, definitely doesn't have the touches for 5 stars. I wish we had upgraded our room. read more

-Problems with 3rd Party Expedia. Front desk was not amenable to helping me get through the issue of a deposit discrepancy. I spent an hour trying to get through to Expedia to resolve the issue with deafening background noise. - They booked me in a room on the stadium swim side. The music was loud, incessant from morning until night, and I could even feel the vibrations through my room! -They moved me to a room on the other side and in all the confusion, my ID was left in my hotel room. It took 12 hours to make its way to security. In the meantime they said I could not leave my hotel without a picture ID. Absolutely the most unhelpful group of people I have ever encountered in my life and they attempted to hold me hostage. I finally had to escalate the situation through about eight people at the hotel to the head of security who finally agreed to let me leave the hotel and grab something to eat as I did not have my picture ID back yet. Luckily it was eventually sent to Lost and Found by the cleaning crew. -No coffee, no tea, no toiletries other than bulk cheap shampoo, conditioner, body wash and small bar of soap and lotion. Oh and two mini flat water... Motel 6 has better amenities!!!! -Filthy outdated carpet and worn out furniture with blinding lighting. Shabby is an understatement! Place made me feel dirty. -The security here is absolutely horrific. They would not let me bring my exercise flippers or my goggles into the pool area because I said swimming was not allowed in the pools. NASTY nasty staff all over this place with the Gen Z stare down to a science. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received at a hotel, and this includes the Super 8 I have stayed at as well as really shady joints in Baja Mexico! -One day I did go to the pool. It was overrun with a bikini contest. I literally felt like I was in a meat market and ready to get chlamydia by sitting on any of the surfaces. -Everything in this hotel is overpriced and I mean way overpriced. I ordered a sandwich with a few chips that was $34.50 for a Reuben with a nine dollar room service fee....for one sandwich. Yep, you read that right. Only a couple other crappy places to eat and an overpriced crappy convenience mart! 8 dollars for a 4 pill pack of Motrin!!! I've traveled throughout the world high brow, low brow and everything in between.. easily 200 hundred different hotels. This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed!!!! Unbelievably inhospitable and vile place. Please avoid this place at all costs. It's is run by cheap, greedy and downright horrible people. read more

Had a great stay at Circa Resort, some issues, but a good stay. First off, greeting by customer service and was super friendly. Upgraded our rooms so we could be closer to each other (we had 2 rooms). I'm not sure the name of the guy who checked us in, but honestly, it was super nice and the friendliest person we ran into. The room was great, echo show 8 in the room, tied into the hotel, just ask alexa for more towels and 45 mins later they brought us fresh towels. The pool was insane, super impressed. Wish it was cheaper, we did not get to experience it, just got to see how massive the tvs were and 6 pools. Wow. The lights were also on a smart hub in the room, so that was cool. The only complaint was the room was warm or hot to us. And we couldn't really get the temp down. No matter how much we turned the ac up or down, whatever you'd call it. Lol. Fremont Street was incredible. The screens above the street were very impressive. It's totally worth visiting. A must-see in Vegas. I'd recommend Circa Resort for sure. Price was good, not overpriced, so it's worth it. Complaints - not that friendly having a service dog. Gave us some issues, so I'd Stat elsewhere if you have a service pet but if you don't yes I'd recommend this resort. -room was hot -not alot of towels in room for 2 ppl. read more

Circa is the newest on the block in downtown Las Vegas. Rising high above the city, this resort has a lot to see and do. Find it all from the beautiful sports viewing area to the celebrated pool, and of course who can't brag that it is all for ages 21 and up! That's right, this is a Las Vegas adults only resort. It is clean and presented well, kept up with lots of shine and no complaints here, the environment is bright and exciting. The team does ID at the door ensuring the younger folks don't come in. They have a lot of food establishments to choose from. With a splash of Michigan vibes like the Saginaw Deli (great soup and sandwiches) and the coffee bar in back on the second floor having Michigan made coffee and treats, there is a nice selection of drinks and snacks and foods for everyone's palate. The casino floor has a variety of games and this is probably one of the nicest sports viewing areas. Overall, the resort feels a little out of place in downtown among the classics like Golden Nugget, Binions, The California etc. but probably worth a trip in to see it all at least once. read more

Prior to this trip, I hadn't been to Vegas for a number of years. Therefore, I did a fair amount of research where I wanted to stay. Since friends were over at the Nugget, I wanted to be close by. The idea of staying in a hotel with 2,000+ rooms didn't appeal to me, though, so I looked for an option more suited to my taste. That's when I found Circa. It's a fairly new hotel, is adults only, and has an incredible pool area and massive TV called Stadium Swim. The onsite restaurants are excellent (I went to 2 of them). I'm not a huge fan of casinos in general, but this one was nicely laid out, had limited smoke, a multi-floor wall with multiple TVs, and attractive dealers working the casino floor. The room was clean and quiet, with nice amenities like a small refrigerator and wonderful, walk-in shower. There was enough chair and couch space to have over a small number of friends. And the mountain view from my room was good, too. I also liked having control of all the lights at the touch of a panel by the bed. The location couldn't be better. Circa is literally right in the thick of the action in "The Fremont Experience", something every Vegas traveler should experience at least once. Although I will probably stay on the Strip on my next trip to mix things up a bit (and save a little cash), anytime I'm going to be on Fremont, I'll stay at Circa. read more

I only wanted a water, so i was 1000% parched after i finally got a tiny 8 oz bottled water. I get it it is Vegas, but some patrons were WAAAAY Overserved and obnoxious to other patrons. Patrons harassing other patrons need to be dealt with. I am a member with their Players card didn't recieve any points for playing the tables or betting NCAA Games - only seems to work for Slots and carnival games. Upon check-in, Richard was an absolute delight and from there the interactions with the service team were phenomenal. The restaurants all had amazing hospitality. The dealers in the casino were interactive and fun. There were a few hiccups with less than pleasant staff (the concierge and fuel convenience store) but outside of that, the team there really made the experience!! Granted, I would have come on multiple occasions if their service wasn't so horrid. How hard is it to get a drink when you're dropping hundreds into the machine. 1st experience, I chopped it up as being new and simple growing pains. No service, period. 2nd time, I sat at numerous machines and didn't once get a server to get me a drink and or even acknowledge our presence. Just the "oh, this isn't my section but I'll tell her you need a drink." That's code for go screw yourself. Tonight, the 3rd time me and my son went so we could place some bets on upcoming games. We then put several hundred into the machines and had the same bullshit response, "this isn't my section but I'll let them know..." Horsecrap. When you blatantly treat your customers like crap, what's the incentive to come back? Your lack of service is the exact reason I've only come here three times in years and wouldn't ever promote your establishment to anyone. Why would I continue to give you my business when other hotels and casinos actually care about their customers and or local patrons. Shame on you Circa, you're in the wrong business. read more

Feedback from January 18, 2026. For context, I am a local and visit Circa a few times a month. I visited Circa today and after gambling went to Victory Burger with my family of 7. All of us went to Victory Burger and 5 ordered meals. The other 2 went to grab to go food at Saginaws Deli and brought it back to Victory Burger to sit together and eat. The original 5 were sitting at a table for 4 people and another sitting at a 2 seater next to the others. When the 2 people from Saginaws returned they sat at the 2 seater and ate while the others waited on their burgers. At first, 1 worker approached me and said we were not supposed to bring outside food in, but since we were sitting with 5 people that just bought food at Victory, she said it was fine. 5 minutes later, what appears to have been a manager or front of house lead for Victory Burger approached my wife and I and said "hey, what are you guys doing eating outside food in here? You can't sit and eat here." I responded with "we are with our family right besides us and they just ordered 5 burgers and sides." The manager already had a bad attitude to start, but then darted back with "I will let it slide this time, but that is extremely rude and we should know better." She said it very angrily, rude and loudly, which caused essentially all surrounding tables to look at us like I did something wrong, almost as if the manager was trying to embarass us. Then she walked away. Once she left, every table surrounding me commented about how rude the person was and I felt very uncomfortable even staying at the table. I am very surprised to have gotten this treatment at Circa, a property I visit frequently as a local. I was called out in front a restaurant full of people for eating "outside food" (which was purchased from Saginaws) and sitting with my family after spending at minimum 200 bucks at Victory (plus 70 at Saginaws). This was the older white woman with salt and pepper hair at Victory Burger. I am disappointed. If she was polite or even just not abruptly rude, I would have been happy to clear the table. Instead, she acted like she is doing me a favor and said she would "let it slide" after being blatantly rude to my face and attempting to embarass me in front a restaurant full of people. I would love to speak with anyone about this poor experience from Circa. read more

The vibe and Adult Only atmosphere keeps it fresh and fun. The moment you walk in you can't help but see the bright lights and see the lively vibe of the property. With the Mega Bar and stadium style sports book along with all the slots and table games, there's certainly tons to do here. Dealers are energetic and welcoming. There are also beautiful dancers moving with the loud music. Stadium Swim is one of a kind and worth a visit as well. Definitely a spot to see and be seen. Minimums are higher than the area but is what is expected. Parking is easy. If you take a rideshare that's easy too. If you're in Vegas, be sure to check them out. You can thank me later. read more

We were lookee loos. We walked across the street from the California Hotel. We were curious about the world's largest sportsbook. As we made our way to the front entrance we were greeted by security. ID please. What? Everyone who wants to enter must show ID. Once inside I spotted a huge neon sign. Found out later it's Vegas Vicky who used to reside outside on Fremont St. The sportsbook is massive. There's a down escalator to the floor. Also the longest bar called Mega Bar. I actually had a great time hanging out here the other night. I had a friend & her husband in town visiting, they actually use to live here but I wanted to take them up to the Legacy club for the view. Not sure how I feel about that place with their dress code that always changes depending on whos working the door......a must to check out just for the view. Its kinda fancy inside & the drinks are $$ and fancy too. I stopped in their gift shop a few times. Miranda (I believe that was her name) super nice girl & friendly. We chatted it up and I bought a few things, some things I didn't need but I got a real nice Raider's sweatshirt. I jumped on a Wizard of Oz machine & won $600 immediately...don't ask me how!! LOL Of course I gave most of it back. I then went on over to the BJ table. For the most part the staff was nice. There was one dealer, female, older who was cranky & I was trying my hardest to cheer her up. It may have worked for a minute....LOL I was able to sit @ the table for awhile until all my money went back to the dealer. I had fun & that's what matters!! I always say "I only gamble what I can afford to lose!" I still have yet to stay here, check out their pool & hang out @ their long bar. One of these days but the rooms are always so pricey same with having to pay to get into their Swim (think that's the name of it?) area. On my way to rideshare to get my ride home I totally didn't see the curb & went right down on my knees & my cell phone went flying. People came over to help me up but what was real weird was special staff came over to make sure I was alright (male & female) & to see if I wanted medical. I was like "where did you come from, how did you know I fell?" guess they have cameras & caught it on there. They wanted to see my knees so I pulled up my jeans & showed them that I was OK. I declined medical & they had me sign a form declining medical treatment. That was nice that they have that service & they respond so quickly. Next time I need to be more careful of the ground below me. Luckily I didn't get hurt. Once I get to experience more of what Circa has to offer I will update my review. Every year for 25+ years a group of 10 or so guys go for four days to Vegas. We are now adding our sons to this tradition. Each resort we stay at starts great and then slowly takes away more and more until we have to move on. They nickel and dime you and run the table minimums up turning us off. We hope the CIRCA keeps UP the quality that we experienced this summer. The rooms and beds were fantastic. Nice to have a complimentary fridge and waters in our rooms. The Casino was fantastic, tables at all levels. ALL of the dealers we dealt with were super polite and fun. The food restaurants were super! Got a cabana at the pool. Loved the cabana and the food and drinks were great. Only a couple of improvements in that area, I think that there needs to be SHADE outside the cabana. There were lovely recliner lounge chairs that were COOKING in the 100 degree sun, a large umbrella would have extended our cabana out to these. Also, I think the lifegaurds should also be provided shade in the burning sun, I really felt bad for them. And there was no wind, so no reason the umbrellas could not be there. Sadly, many have become very run down. Circa has started to transform downtown in EVERY SINGLE WAY! The hotel and casino is chic and beautifully decorated. It is also child free from wall to wall ! Circa is home of the World's Largest Sportsbook. The seats are plush,and the viewing area looks much like the screen at the IMAX theater. If you are looking for another record breaker, you don't need to go far. Nevada's longest indoor bar, Mega Bar can also be found inside Circa. Mega Bar is 165 feet long It is the perfect spot for video poker. You can also expect impressive flair from the bartenders. Stadium swim is a sports viewing AND pool experience like nothing you have ever seen. Relax year round in one of six temperature controlled with 3,999 of your new best friends. Did I mention no kids?
