Went to circle 7 for the first time last night! My date had been many times and is a big fan. We had a few minute wait but not bad at all. I didn't catch our waitresses name but she was incredibly friendly and the service was great! Drink menu was extensive and reasonably priced. Marg flight is a necessity! We got toasted ravs as an app which were delicious!! I got the fiery honey chicken sandwich and my date got the chicken Caesar wrap. My sandwich was really good but I wasn't totally blown away. Wrap was good and fries and tots were solid! Loved how everything was served. The restaurant was pretty loud but that wasn't a huge problem. VERY SAD! Went on a Thursday night after 8:00. Few tables taken. It took FOREVER for server to come by. Finally did. After that, it took again FOREVER for her to bring even one drink. Then the food took FOREVER! Most all the tables around were empty. didn't matter. No one cared!! Finally, I had to flag whomever I could to find my server for anything. In the end, I wanted to take what little I had home. She dropped off a container with a "best of luck" attitude. That was the final straw. When I went to speak with the "Manager," all she could do was make excuses and blame me and the other "phantom" patrons! We have loved this place in the past. Now, NEVER AGAIN!!!. Hubby and I visited the other location in Ballwin a while back - he was super excited to go... it didn't go so well and my review on that page reflects that. I didn't really want to go back but Hubby REALLY wanted to try more food. So I surprised him with a date day at this location. And it was an entirely different experience! We were welcomed well, though I was still surprised that they didn't ask if we wanted to sit at a table with a tap... That seems like such a big draw to me I'm still surprised that they don't really make a big deal of it. We sat in the main dining area. We ordered the buffalo chicken taquitos for an appy and they were good. It was kinda odd that the inside seemed like a mouse but I didn't see any actual chicken in it. Still good though. Then Hubby ordered the chicken fajita wrap and I ordered the brisket sandwich. I was torn on ordering the sandwich and it turned out to be a good decision. The onions and cheese and brisket really came together well. I also upgraded my side to the corn nugget things which I LOVE! Hubby said the wrap was really good - he added shrimp to it. Our server was AMAZING! He was vibrant, gave good recommendations when I asked, kept drinks filled and checked on us enough without overdoing it. I recently dined at Circle 7 Ranch for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I'm typically not a big sports bar/grill person but the modern twists on classic American dishes really allows Circle 7 to stand out amongst other establishments in the area. I ordered the veggie fajita wrap and it was delicious! I loved how fresh everything tasted and the portion was large enough for me to bring half home to eat the next day (it reheated well in the air fryer). I was also impressed and intrigued by the personal table taps. Mind you, I was unable to imbibe as I was pregnant but my husband enjoyed the beer he tried and also enjoyed the unique concept. While we live in the city and Circle 7 Ranch is a bit of a hike for us, we definitely plan to return! read more

Came here from out of town - disappointed in the experience from the beginning. Hosts looked too stressed to even fake a smile - our sever was more focused on her other tables - yet would glance at us endlessly just never come up to our table - at one point I had to stick my arm out with our ticket for her to pick it up and check us out. Service was great! We were asked to wait while the server caught up. That was fine! We went to the bar and had a drink. We were there only 5-8 minutes and they had a table ready for us. It was a beautiful night and our server had two huge tables (one of about 20 people, and one of 10, and the two 2-tops. My wife and I had lunch at the Circle seven Ranch and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I had the shrimp Poboy with a side of chili. The seasoning provided just enough heat and the flavor was endless. Wish i could give 1/2 stars. So I love the food so I would give 5 stars. But this last time I went with my mom I would give 2 stars for server. He had his hands in his pockets while waiting on tables (we weren't the only table he had his hands in pockets) and was leaning against the wall when not waiting on customers. Didn't even know bout this place! They have a great patio- very spacious. Unfortunately we sat inside; I say unfortunately because it was so loud inside. But younger folks won't mind that. Ha. Food was good but not great. I ordered the spinach shrimp salad. Shrimp were not overcooked which is good. Vinaigrette was good and did not drown the salad. I did try the fried pickles. I liked their version with fat slices. Some of the tables have beer tappers at them and you can grab beer as you want. If you are wanting a great burger and a huge portion of food than this place will definitely satisfy your cravings. My friend and I both got the nachos last time we went and they were LOADED. Also I'm my opinion they have one of the best burgers in town. Their buns are perfect and their service is always good! The only downside is that you may have to wait for a while to get in. Personally, I think that this menu is fantastic. They constantly change it, bring in new things to try, and have different deals on different nights. The food and service was just plain bad. I ordered the Frisco Melt with no 1000 Island and French fries. You can see in my photo that the over grilled bread was considerably larger than the impossibly dry overcooked burger. The French fries were not particularly fresh and had no seasoning. The runner who brought out our food did not bring out ketchup with a burger and fries so my food sat while I waited for that to show up. My dinner dates ordered tacos and the teriyaki chicken power bowl. The tacos were completely flavorless. The first ingredient listed on the power bowl is quinoa. When you looked at the dish you couldn't see any quinoa. The server said there was a bed of quinoa under the chicken. I think if you moved the chicken around and added up all of the quinoa in the dish you might get a couple of tablespoons. I didn't eat the chicken but it looked precooked to me. I took my granddaughter to this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. We got there at noon and had a 20 minute wait for a table which was less than I expected. It's very popular. I got a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. My granddaughter got tacos with broccoli. My salad was quite good. Her beef tacos were served in soft flour tortillas! She loved them!
