Our insurance contacted Bear Valley towing and he picked us up, took us out to the car, then dropped us off at a hotel before driving our car to the closest service center... In Redlands! He even gave us his direct number and told us to call if we couldn't find a ride out of Big Bear the next day, as most places are shut down on Sunday. We really felt taken care of and that he went above and beyond for us. I hope this never happens again but it's nice to know that there are good people willing to step in and help.
