Ok, I understand that you might not have coffee ready at 4am, but I asked and the cashier said he'd make a pot if I could wait 5-10 minutes. I said ok, and rounded up some energy drinks and ice for the day on the boat. He rang me up and I said don't forget the coffee, and he then said he had to clean the machines and couldn't make coffee after all. Went down the street east and the other 7-11 had coffee. The cashier that is half bald on top with long hair in the back working today around 3pm is a major liability for this establishment. No wonder this place has 1.5 stars and they all have something negative to say about this guy. The parking lot was completely empty and my husband pulled up to the front. We didn't park in one particular spot because as I said, the parking lot was EMPTY. I get out of the car about to enter 7-eleven and This cashier runs out screaming like a psychopath. He is using profanities in front of my two young children scaring them half to death. He says he is refusing to serve me because of the way my husband parked the car. I felt very scared and very threatened. He is completely unhinged. Instead of ringing up customers and attempting to make sales he is more concerned pretending to be a parking lot police. He could have easily laid his hands on someone. He is a complete danger. Also, he looked very unkept and his hands had very noticeable dirt on them. Where do you go when you need snacks and a drink in a foreign location? My first thought is always 7-11. Fortunately, found this gem on my way back to where I was staying. With Covid-19 upon us, this store made it quite simple to get what you need and get out. Selling alcoholic beverages and any snack imagined, they got you covered here. Covid-19 social distancing was in place here, as well as pexiglass at registers. Atore was clean and service was great! read more

I didn't mind the 45+ minute wait in a line that wrapped around the store. I knew with snow tomorrow it was going to be a busy night. What was so bad was the terrible service from the only employee working at 1800 on 12/28. A redhead in her early fifties perhaps? I was buying many things and dropped one plastic bottle by accident, 100% my fault. A little water spilled, not even a quarter bottle. This employee was vicious to me! Besides charging me for it, which is no problem, she was just nasty that I didn't tell her sooner. But I didn't want to lose my spot in line :-( I apologize profusely but she wouldn't stop going after me about it, really nasty... she need a lesson in service, manners and courtesy. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE PLEASE! I think they discriminate race here . Franchise Owner Muhammad is aggressive and rude, I came in to buy a phone accessory. The older lady employee said I could make a return if I had a receipt in case it didn't work But she kept leaving me alone and ignoring me most of the time. No one was in the store yet she had me waiting at the register for a few minutes while she disappeared in the back somewhere. I called 711 customer service number because of the issues I was having and to make a return. They told me on the phone to go back to the store and ask for a refund OR They want you to give them your address so they can send you a check or a gift card. All in all that is terrible customer service, target, and other stores will give you a refund. No problem with your receipt. The owner of the store Muhammad refused to give me a refund, and got extremely aggressive with me and called me names, he didn't give back the product I paid for and threaten to call the cops because I was asking for what I paid for back. I expressed my unhappiness with the service, and he went off the handle, raised His voice started cussing me out. I meant zero harm and was treated like an absolute criminal, I am not a criminal and not a gang member. I believe due to my race I was treated unfairly at this location, it makes me never want to come back to the city or step foot in a 7-Eleven again, because of how awful this experience was. If you are in a pinch and need something from the store just remember how hard of a time they will give you here. Just be careful with Mohammed, I did not feel safe around him, and would not want anyone else to endanger themselves or anyone they are with, he's about 5'9, has a beard, hairy, heavy set and wears a silver chain. I have never seen or experienced such disgraceful behavior from a cashier... Upon entering the store (02/09/19 @ 5:00 ish)....the red head (female cashier) was extremely rude and inappropriate.. Her comments almost felt racial...discrimination We ended up leaving our items and shopping elsewhere... It's very disappointing to know people still behave in such a manner.. Stopped here after a bike ride. Very dirty, messes everywhere you look. Says "masks required" but saw many people enter and purchase without one or anyone enforcing this. I've stopped here for coffee several times in the morning on my way to/from the Post Office, and every time have been impressed with a tall blonde gal that works there. Overheard the cashier telling the customer in front of her that she wishes she could finish her cigarette, and then proceeds to make multiple pizzas as she has a line of about 5 customers. Kid accidentally dropped an item they were holding and she dropped everything she was doing so that she could angrily asked what fell. Overall horrible visit and this lady seemed more worried about getting back to her cigarette than actual attending customers. read more

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to this store, specially the manager Dustin. My wife left her Iphone at this store after purchasing coffee and lottery at our last visit to Big Bear and we realized this half way down the mountain coming back to LA. The workers were nice enough to let us know that the phone was at the store and that we would have to wait for the manager Dustin to handle the return. Today the so-called manager named Tanner had the nerve to call me rude and attempted to toss me out. I chose a number of items from the hot food case. I tried a number of times to use a card to pay. It was not going through and he had the nerve to tell me that that does not happen to other customers. My voice went from calm to forceful when when I told him not to say that to me. He grabbed the food, told me to go elsewhere and and said that "I" was being rude to him. Saying that something only happens to me a sore spot because I have had many people to say it to me. I was wearing a mask as required and needed my hurl my voice to be heard through it. I told him I would use another card but he refused and told me to leave. My Mom came in to get my food. He walked away from her to do a propane job. If she had not gotten my food, he would have put it back in the hot case and another customer would have bought it after it had been taken out and touched. That is a health hazard in this day and age which I will be reporting to the department of health as well as his rude behavior to his supervisor. Need a negative rating. I have never been so offended in a public store. That was the rudest customer service. Seriously disgustingly dirty store and the cashier yelled at us walking out 'you're welcome' insinuating I didn't say thank you. I had a large amount of snacks for my kids and tried to have all the items conveniently in place for him to scan quickly as there was a line.
