Shot customer service , shirt gross location. No water in window cleaning station , trashed full , isles are not clean or organized

Just a mess in a 7/11 that I'll never go to again.

Less than one star. I don't leave reviews on places very often but I have to make a review on this place.. I'll start with it being the most disgusting 7/11 I've ever been in in my entire life. Floor is sticky from the cashier counter to the soda fountain. Theres cups on ground.. cups half full with soda.. and a rude cashier who tells me to go fuck myself and go clean it up myself. "It's not me making the mess'" "go clean it up then" . Isn't cleaning part of your job??

This is the woman who verbally abused my 8 year old son and the man who was very strange behind the counter.
Destiny C.

I am a local of Big Bear. I am a huge supporter of local businesses and I am generally very accepting even when service is bad...but I just can not let this slide. Wednesday morning we came to 7eleven for gas, coffee, and chapstick for my 8 year old son. We were departing for his very first visit to Disneyland. I gave him the money to try going to a cashier all on his own...like a big boy...per his very sweet request. Together he and I verified the price per the tag over the entire row of chapstick - $1.79 - Please see picture. I gave him two dollars and he went to the cashier while I went to get a cup of coffee. In moments I hear the female cashier YELL at him "it's $3.19!!" and then she yelled it again! At that moment I sent my daughter to go assist because clearly she was mistaken - I had verified the price myself - and why was she yelling at my son?? My daughter comes back and says she thinks the price tag is wrong...so of course we give my son the additional funds - even thought State Law says she should have price matched. What really matters to me is how she treated my little boy. I was so bothered I took pictures. When I did a man behind the counter moaned and said "REAAALLY" at me. When I asked if he worked at 7eleven he said "no" - when I asked his name he refused to give it to me and smirked at me... I was so shocked I stared at him and he laughed at me and said "can I help you?". I am pretty sure he does work there because he was behind the counter -- or that it is outside of policy for him to have been there if he was not a employee. (Please see picture of this man and the woman who yelled at my son.) It is my full intent to follow through with this to the highest authority - including contacting the 7eleven franchise to see if this is up to their standard - as well as the Owner of this store - who also owns a Subway in town to my knowledge. My son and I deserve an apology for them starting out his very special day in such a awful way. Quoting California B&P Code, 12024.2. (a) It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: (1) Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity. (2) Charge an amount greater than the lowest price posted on the commodity itself or on a shelf tag that corresponds to the commodity, notwithstanding any limitation of the time period for which the posted price is in effect. (b) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding one year, or by both, if the violation is willful or grossly negligent, or when the overcharge is more than one dollar ($1). (c) A violation of this section is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) when the overcharge is one dollar ($1) or less. (d) As used in subdivisions (b) and (c), "overcharge" means the amount by which the charge for a commodity exceeds a price that is advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted to that consumer for that commodity at the time of sale. (e) Except as provided in subdivision (f), for purposes of this section, when more than one price for the same commodity is advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted, the person offering the commodity for sale shall charge the lowest of those prices. (f) Pricing may be subject to a condition of sale, such as membership in a retailer-sponsored club, the purchase of a minimum quantity, or the purchase of multiples of the same item, provided that the condition is conspicuously posted in the same location as the price.

Employees will steal from customers and management won't respond to resolve any issues. Messages to corporate also get no action.

Friendly staff. My visit was at 4am and they had coffee unlike the other 7-11 up the street. Come to this one. It is such a better choice.

OK, the 7-11 is OK over all, but they really need to get a bigger bathroom. Every time I go here there's a line.

I came here for gas. Station and store are large and clean. The store had a variety of products, though I prefer the slurpees.

So we decided to stop in here again. It had been five years since our last visit. I am super glad I…read morestopped in. I had the opportunity to visit with Mrs. Pickles and she was just a sweet gem. Although we got there at 11:30 and they had already sold out of all of their full pies and pot pies. They did have a good selection of some sliced pies left. So we ordered a couple slices of blueberry and thyme pie. Wow! What an outstanding pie great texture outstanding taste. It was simply amazing. Mrs. Pickles was very friendly and took time to explain the ordering process how we can call in orders and things like that. I am so glad we came in here and gave it another shot. If you are driving by this little place that looks like out of a storybook stop in you'll be glad you did there. Remember to lineup an hour before they open to get your best selection. Also, while you're there, walk around and look at the amazing job, they did outside the restaurant of planting some sustainable food. They did a wonderful job with their espalier apple tree they started along one side of the building. In addition, it looks like they have a fabulous looking raised bed garden that they've got started. Also, is your walking in? They've done an amazing job setting up sustainable plants and a spectacular looking irrigation system. This time we will be calling in and placing some orders beforehand. Great little shop you have their Mr. and Mrs. Pickles.

I believe we got two pies that were two different berry mixes among other things. My husband wolfed both down because he ate one and loved it so much that he had to eat the other one. Mind you, my husband has grown up eating pies his whole life. His grandma used to make them from scratch all the time when she was still alive. So pies are a very sentimental and favorite food of his. I got the chicken pot pie, absolutely delicious. I'm obsessed with chicken pot pies and this one super hit the spot. Hubs is so very sad that we don't live close to the Pickles at all. We just happened to be in Big Bear on vacation and decided to stop by to grab some pies to take home. Our cousin was with us and got one slice to share with her parents and they ate it all. It wasn't enough. We all wish we had more. We'll definitely be back when we're back in town. Shoutout to Mr & Mrs. Pickles, your love and craft really shows in your food. Mr. Pickles was so nice too! He was taking the orders and tending the register. It's also such a cute little whimsical cottage, I love it!

As you walk up, you're greeted by a massive shark head and you can spot their fun desert decor like cactus and peach umbrella covers. Instantly you know you're going somewhere fun. When you walk in, you stand in a line to order your food off a screen, and they call your name when your order is ready. There are QR codes so you can order a drink while waiting and you'll be entertained by the quirky surfer bro who's calling out names when people's drinks are ready. Everyone is donned with Hawaiian shirts and look genuinely happy to work there. There's a big outdoor patio with those peach umbrella covers to provide some shade, as well as seating inside. It kinda feels like you're in Disneyland because there's so much decor and so many things to look at. While waiting to order food, I ordered the island style cold brew with macadamia nut milk. It was good! We also got a tropical gangster, a frozen drink with passion orange and guava and it was the perfect drink to sip on for a hot day. For food, we got the pele poke bowl and the cabo poke bowls. The portions weren't big, they come in small bowls, and you're paying about $20 each for them, but they were surprisingly good. Not the best poke ever, but good enough for Big Bear. Both bowls had ahi but different flavorings and toppings. The cabo came with crunchy wonton strips and jalapeños, while the pele came with rice and veggies like cucumbers and peppers. My bf and I split both bowls and we enjoyed them! This is def a must visit if you're in town!

The place may be unassuming, but we were met with the friendliest service (thanks Katie!) and a plethora of delicious tea choices! This place is not like your standard Americanized boba tea shop. They offer REAL teas, made from steeping and not relying on heavy artificial flavor powders. With that said, your drink, especially milk teas, will taste lighter than an Americanized boba tea. Honey is used primarily to sweeten the drinks as well. I absolutely appreciate this practice because I love tasting the actual tea flavor. I ordered the Pumpkin Harvest milk tea and it was DIVINE! My hubby ordered the Passion Fruit green tea and it was so good too! If you're wanting something sweet and more Americanized, we were told the smoothie drinks are made with flavor powders.
