Now I'm not sure if she was scared of not understanding her job or the rush of customers or fear of her managers but every time I go in this place I receive thee worst customer service. I asked another gentleman about the prompts and he said just read. My transaction was complete the line was long my time wasted and felt disrespected once again this time in front of their team leaders. Wyatt is just another example of horrible customer service. I'm not sure if people who come in to this business are terrible customers but I can say the people who choose to work here leave their personal lives back at home.

There's also now a fresh produce section so if you want something healthy you can get it here. Frozen slushies and fresh coffee here. They also have freshly made fudge but it didn't look as fresh and already packaged in plastic to go containers. They also have a bulk food section where you buy per container lot per pound. So if you get a container of gummy worms and you don't like it too bad. Otherwise store is large and clean and almost all prices are displayed.

I was on my way home from a long trip and thought I would stop by, grab a drink and use the restroom really quick. There were two customer service girls and it was not busy at all. I decided that I would get the $4 Hot Dog, Drink and chips special that is advertised all over the place. So I take my drink and hot dog and a bag a chips up to the counter and I ask "are these chips the ones that come with the special?" and she said "I don't know" and shrugs her shoulders. She then tells me it's $5.81 or so. I say "No, I want the $4 special" and she tells me "what special". ARE YOU KIDDING, it's posted everywhere. I point to the digital display on the soda machine but it turns into another advertisement. I then show her the sign and is over the condiment bar showing the special and again, she says "I don't know!". So I go look around the place and I find some Lays packages that are smaller and I think these are it so I take them back up to the counter. The girls gossipping in Spanish. Lo sé porque hablo español. She didn't know that they had that special and she would go help me find the chips; with two workers and almost no clients. I can understand why they do put their names on the reciepts like most receipts show. But cashier #13, you need training. Both in ampm programs and customer service. Curious who the manager is and how they can let this happen. It never happens at my local ampm.

I don't want to be to harsh but I have seen her on what seems to be personal calls via AirPods. So not even sure she is talking to you. She is slow to do things, forgetful when asking to put money on a pump after literally just asking for it. A few times the lines where so long and slow that it took about 20min just to get some drinks and put cash on a pump. I'd advise people in a hurry to use the station across the street. Otherwise the station seems fine nothing special. Little small and not much room for lines. Which this lady has a fetish for.

Apparently both prescriptions given for my son by his pediatrician weren't covered because they were available OTC. We pulled up in Jammie's before 8am. Maria went out of her way to run out of the pharmacy and grab the meds for me. I paid in the drive they and was able to go home successfully! The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff who will dismiss you even if you're on the phone with your doctor!
