This gas station is super close off the of the 15 freeway going east and has a ton of pumps. I have never had to wait on a line or be fighting for a pump so it is easy to just drive up and pump gas really quick. I've also noticed my gas lasts a day or two longer using Chevron. There is a car wash option here but the day I came it was closed. Not sure if it was for Covid reasons or maybe it was just down. The mini mart attached to the station looked pretty standard and that they'd sell your normal drinks and snacks. Big plus in my book is the pumps have a lot of space in between them so maneuvering around is much easier. It's also one way in and one way out if you follow the signs so the traffic flow can't be mixed up. I'd definitely refill my gas here in the future when I am in the area.

I saw the "No Outside Food Allowed" sign taped to the microwave and respected the policy, turning back to find another place to heat my dinner. But the way the attendant handled it was unnecessary. Rather than addressing me politely, he barked at me as if I hadn't read the sign or was about to ignore it and do it anyway. To make the visit even more unwelcoming, there was no greeting when I walked in, despite making eye contact. I understand that retail can get busy, but there were no other customers in the store to justify that excuse. The first thing I noticed was his annoyed expression and crossed arms, like he didn't want to be there. A simple, "Hello, sir. I apologize, but we don't allow outside food in the microwave," would have been more than enough. Any reasonable person wouldn't waste time arguing over a policy like that. I had planned to grab some snacks and drinks for the road while my food heated up (if I had been able to use the microwave), but that interaction instantly changed my mind. If a business can't provide basic customer service, I see no reason to spend extra money there. On top of that, the store was poorly maintained. It had been raining all day in San Diego, and the floors were slick with tracked-in dirt. A single wet floor sign wasn't enough to make the space feel safe. Even as I left, there was no "goodbye" or "stay safe," which would have at least shown basic courtesy given the weather. I'm giving two stars because I believe businesses can improve when they take feedback seriously. But unless I'm in an emergency and can't make it to another gas station, I won't be returning to this location. This wasn't about the microwave, it was about poor customer service and an unwelcoming atmosphere. We all have bad days, but that's no excuse to take it out on customers. If another customer had been less patient than I was, this could have escalated into a bigger issue.

This location is big with a store and car wash . Not sure why not many customers are here . The pump was easy to use . Screen was hard to read but mostLy because of the bright sun light . Keypad was faded but again probably from sun . Gas was quick and the pump gave me a receipt (some locations run out of receipt paper and don't restock ). Overall a nice location that wasn't too busy or shabby .

Glad ro see Chevron is now in PQ…read more It has rebranded the old United Oil. As if today the logo and pumps have all been replaced. Unfortunately, the car wash doesn't work. I'll be back again.
