Great selection of stores and the employees in most everywhere we went were very friendly and there if you needed help with something. It was one of the more busier malls I have seen in a while. We pulled off because we hadn't been in a while and wanted to grab a bite to eat. The Coach store was beautiful, great variety and two stories which was very cool. Deals throughout the mall were ok. Sometimes I think you can get the same prices if not better online or in a regular store. But it is fun to wander around. The Dr. Martin store was one of my favorites and I think had the best deals (along with some stuff you cannot find elsewhere). Again staff was very nice and was around when people needed something. Easy to get from the freeway and plenty of parking. read more

This is the best outlet in Los Angeles. A lot of big brands name here. Go early so you can find parking easier. My favorite stores North Face, Guess, Michael Kors etc. and a lot more. You can spend all day here and find good prices. Totally recommended. read more

Stopped by on Saturday, 04/26/25. I haven't been here in a really long time. This is a huge outlet - lots and lots of good deals. In terms of food, I personally feel like there are not a lot of options. There is an outdoor food court which has Subway, Panda Express, Chipotle, Lollicup, etc. If you have been to the Westfield Santa Anita mall before then you can tell that the Santa Anita mall has way more options. read more

Love coming here because they always have the best deals. I often leave with a few items. They also have a great selection of food and drinks not only in the food court, but all around. The restrooms are well-kept. There is always someone making sure they stay clean. The service is great at the stores I visit most. They're all friendly and are willing to help you find what you're looking for. This is a good outlet to shop at if you don't want to make the drive out to Cabazon. read more

Went here couple of days before Christmas and it was packed with traffic because people was looking for parking. I park at one of the parking lot off the mall they provide. I only went to the Disney store hoping to find something cool but I didn't and left the mall less the an hour. I didn't have time to explore the mall sadly. read more

Very bad experience at boss store about 3 weeks ago I witnessed Stephanie who looks nice and attentive threaten a customer who was trying to exchange a trouser he bought earlier with a smaller size. The conversation between both parties was very civil the customer was very curious on why she is able to provide him a small size and when it got a bit busy at the checkout she said I will have to call the security on you if you don't leave. Personally I didn't see any wrongdoing from the customer who was extra cautious using his vocabulary. I do believe Stephanie did a bad job and she doesn't deserve to be a store manager read more

You can't go wrong with Citadel. Come early around 10 am to see if you can snap up some deals at the shops before it get busy early afternoon. There's plenty of free parking in the lots or inside the parking garage. FYI All shops open at 10 am. Starbucks is open earlier as is Ruby's. All retail shops open at 10 am prompt. read more

Love a good outlet mall! Citadel has a nice selection of stores I shop at like Lululemon, Aerie, American Eagle, and Nike. If you hate paying full retail like me it's worth the trip, parking in the structure is free and relatively painless - easier than looking for it outside/in front of the stores. And yes the deals are good! They typically have some form of entertainment or promotions going on, last time I went it was a Dodgers/Polo collaboration with a dancing bear and giveaways. It seems to be a mix of local families and tourists, it's busy but I've never had to wait long in line to check out at any of the shops. read more

I was just there when there was an apparent threat. Lots of sheriff cars, helicopter etc. Absolutely no announcements to the public of what was going on. I was in the Aldo store when the employee tells us he has to lock the doors but a few minutes later says all clear takes customers out and then locks the door behind us. What!! Let your customers out like sitting ducks. All stores locked and customers walking around aimlessly with no direction. The parking lot was blocked off, so you had no way to get to your car . After approximately an hour goes by, an announcement is made that it was a false alarm , so yes Citadel you have a way of informing the public. Get your safety protocols in order because today you failed your paying customers. read more

Stores had good service for the most part, the selection was even better and there were a lot of deals! It is decorated for Christmas which is a nice little touch to the atmosphere. The place was packed!!! I loved that they had all my favorite stores. I got some really good deals. They even had a DJ in the courtyard. I was passing by and decided to stop. I would return but on a less busy day/time. I'm use to some stores having lines outside but it was like lines to get into a club (long). Not all the stores but the more popular brands. Citadel Outlets is basically a test of self-control disguised as a shopping center. First off, the location is super convenient right off the freeway, which is great... until everyone else has the same idea. Parking can feel like a mild survival challenge, especially on weekends, but once you finally secure a spot, things get better. There's a huge variety of stores here -- Nike, Adidas, Levi's, Kate Spade, Coach, Vans, Disney, you name it. Some stores have real deals, others require a little digging, but if you're patient, you'll definitely walk out with something you didn't plan on buying (or five things). The sales associates are hit or miss, but most are helpful and used to chaos. The outdoor layout is actually nice, especially on a good weather day. Plenty of walking space, decent seating, and solid people-watching opportunities. Food options are okay -- enough to refuel, but not exactly a foodie destination. Pro tip: eat before or after. Overall, Citadel is perfect if you want a few hours of shopping, solid discounts, and a reminder that "just browsing" is a lie. Sorry to give a reality check on this. but there are no great DEALS at the Citadel. The prices in these "outlets" are higher than what you can pay online, crowds are massive as well. Plus parking here is like parking at LAX, the food court is BLEH well what were you expecting. It is however very nicely done on the level of the Commons at Calabasas or Caruso's Americana but 10 times bigger. Great for kids and so much bling to look at, come one, come all! read more

I go to the Citadel a few times a year. It has ample parking ( at least 2 parking lots and a valet lot) and is not too busy if you get there early. It is not as big as some of the other outlet malls around like Cabazon or Camarillo so you only need a few hours to see the whole outlet. It also doesn't carry the extremely high end brands as the other outlets either but it is a nice mall to walk around and enjoy the weather. It is always decorated according to the holidays. I always find good deals even if I'm not actually shopping for anything. The store clerks are friendly. Not many places to eat other than the food court and Ruby's diner but it's enough for me. read more

Parking can get very tricky here, especially during the holidays and on weekends. Plan to circle around for a bit if you are here during those times. Otherwise, it does have a good amount of space to park. The shops here are decent. There are some designer brands and some casual ones. I wouldn't say that there are a ton of good deals, but I can usually find something worthwhile over the years that I have been here. I enjoy walking around browsing and having a sweet treat from one of the many shops around. There are lots of families that come around as well, especially during the warm summer months. Overall, a decent place to come shop if you're just in the mood to browse and look for random items. If you're looking for something more specific, it might be a bit harder to find. read more

It has a really unique medieval/castle/ citadel theme and they have plenty of your expected outlet brands and stores. Atmosphere - Live DJ today, he was mixing from the roof; see picture. Amazing Christmas tree; see picture. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm. Two huge parking garages. Some open parking lot options, but I do NOT recommend it. It was crazy busy. Rideshare friendly. Wifi - But I was not able to log in. Bus loads of tourists get bused in. Service - Tourists friendly. See pictures. They also have a place for currency exchange. Sales and events - See individual businesses or Citadel website. VIP lounge day pass for $30. Complimentary baggage check. Came here on a whim while staying in Rosemead to travel back and forth from k-town, and this plaza SAVED my weekend. The shops were so clean and well kept! I love Citadel. I've never got a chance to post a review or photos and I just figured out. When im walking to this place, no one can find me after my shopping is done. Its shopper's heaven. Today was very cloudy ansmd I decided to go to Citadel and had a full list of shopping. Specially that most stores got the new selection and all these deals and promos were flying! Value wise i did hit a jack pot! I didnt have more hands to buy more but the deals were great! I like Citadel because I always get best service! Plenty of people work in every single store so you'll feel special when you walk in! I had a great day here! I really loved Torry Burch store but unfortunately they didnt have Yelp to write it down the review or even psycho bunny! I am wondering why they werent in Yelp! Also, the other interesting about Citadel after 8pm many stores doesnt let you to use their fitting room! Even the restrooms were closed at 8:30 pm! Finally, I found one open around 9pm. On this trip to Cali and Nevada we've been to more outlets than I can remember. I didn't know that there are so many outlets on the mainland. The Citaldel by far is the most gorgeous and most immaculate. Even their bathrooms were nice. This outlet is outdoors. The Citaldel is big. They have so many shops and eateries. Some of the stores that we went in were Coach, Nike, Adidas and Disney. I noticed that Coach was priced the same no matter which outlet we were at. However, Nike prices were a bit different depending on the outlet. This was the last outlet that we hit up before heading home. I had already purchased so much from the other outlets that I wasn't planning on getting anything. Adidas got me at this location. I almost made it out without buying anything. I walked in and spotted the bright pink Ivy Park Ultraboost right away. They only had one pair left in my size. Sigh! You know how the story ends. read more

Shopping in Los Angeles, California... We had some time between meals, so we decided to visit Citadel Outlets. I've passed by but had never stopped here. It's centrally located and maybe that's why it was so busy. The free parking is next to an office building. There were signs on the ground to warn customers to not park in certain stalls. We checked COACH, Nike, Kate Spade, Adidas, and other stores for deals. I was interested in the Disney Store and had to resist the Starbucks tumblers that were 30 percent off! Haha! We'll probably be back... Note: The spacious restrooms were decorated well... and had sitting rooms in them! read more

I visited the Citadel this past Saturday between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm. I usually love coming here and always have great interactions with the Customer Service department, but unfortunately, I can't say that was the case this time. ​I went in to get a red envelope and was waiting for the usual welcoming vibe, but instead, the staff was completely preoccupied. The employees was deep in a personal conversation; they did notice me and said 'hi, welcome,' but they seemed in such a massive hurry to get back to talking about lip oils and other things that I felt like I was an interruption. ​It's an uncomfortable feeling when you're made to feel 'wrong' for coming in and asking for help. They didn't seem to have a care in the world and was just too invested in their conversation. Like I said, my visits are usually so pleasant, so I'm really hoping this was just a fluke. I like the layout of the shops. It's not like maze. Near the entrance, there is food court for variety dishes. From Union station: East side Bay 2, You can hop on a bus #600 managed by City of Commerce. This is not a direct shuttle bus between Union Station and Outlet Mall but useful. It's free! read more

This place is amazing. Even though the selection of stores are less to a normal mall. The prices are definitely cheaper than any mall. The outlet was pretty crowded too. But it does have the basic stores, like Hollister, gap, Kate spade and coach. The difference is that, the mall I usually go to is half as more expensive than the outlets. A pair of jeans at my local Hollister is $90. Here it's only about $40. Half as much. The employees here are also really nice. They will help you with anything. If you're on quite a budget this outlet is for you. read more

Citadel Outlets has a fantastic selection of stores ranging from popular brands to unique boutiques. The food court offers plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere is clean and modern. Parking can be challenging during weekends and holidays, which is my only real complaint. The mall also has good entertainment options like a movie theater. Dec 2022: Love the holidays & seeing pretty Christmas decorations! It was fun having a Girls' Day to catch up with a great friend of mine. We tend to go to The Citadel to look around at some point during the holidays, because the place is decorated in such a pretty way & of course, their is shopping! Parking: There is nearby valet, as well as plenty of parking! We went early on a weekday & the place was packed. Shopping: There are a variety of stores to shop, a few fun pop-up shops, including a popular name brand that have leggings that I own & love! I was definitely surprised to see this particular pop-up...while plentiful, the colors available were way too neon for me. Ha! Overall, I picked up an off-the-shoulder sweater dress, as well as a gorgeous jumpsuit/catsuit... from the moment I slipped it on, I had to have it, especially for NYE!! Food: Quite a selection! I usually have Mediterranean food from the food court. Although I had not eaten Chipotle in years, I was craving it! Who knew they had a Burrito Bowl w/Safritas, which was so delicious, spicy & also hit the spot! Yum! My friend and I sat at a tall table underneath a red umbrella, and had fun catching up, in between shopping!! Decorations: I love seeing the pretty decorations at The Citadel; pretty palm trees, all lit up & wrapped with pretty red bows, The Citadel itself has a building, which is wrapped as a gift & the tallest Christmas tree is always fun to see, as it's decorated and larger than life! Overall: The Citadel Outlet is simply a great way to see pretty decorations for the holidays, walk around, peek into the shops, and do a little shopping! Score! read more

Great place to roam around on the weekends. Th EG have disney outlets, H&M, Reebok, croc, champion, etc. This place has very beautiful indoor bathrooms that are usually positioned at the corners of the outlets. Some stores have lines if there's too many people wanting to go inside the store (Ex: Nike, New Balance, Kate Spade, etc.). There was also iHeart radio playing music by this enormous boombox. 10/20/24, My first time visiting this place, I always drove down the 5 freeway for many years passing the Citadel, just never thought of stopping here to check it out. Came here with a friend on Sunday at 1:30pm to 4:30pm. We walked through many stores, bought several clothing items. We were both impressed with how each store was clean and organized with clothes nicely folded and put away properly since each store had employees out on the floor folding clothes that customers touched and messed up. Employees in each store were also friendly and asked if we needed help finding anything or had questions. Walking along the walkway into stores didn't seem too difficult nor overwhelmingly crowded despite all the people there shopping and dining. The music playing along the walkways was pleasant to listen to with both past and latest hit music. We will likely not shop again at Macys stores due to how messy the clothing racks get and clothes tossed around on the floors, the lack of staff around to help customers and the other unpleasant things these days about shopping at Macys. Will likely return regularly to these outlets stores to shop and dine. read more

Lots of stores had the same promos which was mentioned in the news. Plenty of parking at 9am. Good selection and value of sale items. The bathrooms were clean and plenty. read more
