The salon looks great, doesn't smell obnoxiously of chemicals, and the service is substantially better than other nail salons. They offer drinks, a unique little candy bar, and impeccable work. They are very friendly and take their time to give you the best possible result and make sure you leave happy. John did an ombré soft glitter pink to white tip powder nail on me. These are my natural nails, no tips added, and he made them look flawless. Definitely ask for John if you like powder or acrylic nails. They were really busy so the slow service was "acceptable" considering I didn't make an appointment. They offered me a drink for my 30 minutes wait. The nail tech was really kind and took her time to make sure i liked the nails. My only complaint would be she irritated my skin at my nail base when she was shaving them down... Overpriced mediocre quality. The spa itself, however, is pretty on the inside. $50 dip set and I had to take my own (old) dip off with paper and acetone. That is the first I've ever heard of that. So essentially, I couldn't even enjoy my pedi because I was focused on taking my dip off. No thank you. I usually just pay extra for them to do that and I actually may have even still paid extra. The nail technician was so focused on getting to the next manicure that she didn't come back afterwards to wipe off all the dip powder and finish with cuticle oil. My $62 pedicure left something to be desired for sure. Felt like she was just gently dapping the stones on my feet and legs. My toe nail skin was also burning when she applied the polish due to her going to deep in my skin with the cuticle cutters. My experience was definitely not worth the price at all. Also, the guy at the front could be much friendlier. I would recommend maybe smiling or even saying "hello" to guests who walk in. There is something about a stale stare that does not encourage one's return. I notice that others have commented on how welcoming they may them feel so it seems their welcoming strategies are inconsistent. It's on the pricier side but they do a really good job. The only issue I have with it is the cost of some of the services. They charge you for polish/ nail removal even with a service. Well usually i enjoy coming here with my friend but today i decided to come alone. This was by far the worst experience. The girl that did my pedicure was amazing but the guy that did my nails was VERY rude... i told him he was hurting me with the nail drill and he just told me to "relax my fingers" i asked him if he would be able to switch the nail tips i had on and he had a funky attitude about it... just in general the whole time he was doing my nails he was rude and i could really say more about my experience but it's not worth my time. Five star service. Friendly receptionist and friendly nail technician, Natasha. The inside is clean and nicely decorated. It reminds me of a hotel spa. It has a very classy vibe and amazing reclining pedi chairs with massage. There is a cute little candy bar in the center for anyone who wants some. Of course, they offer you complimentary drinks, but I had already brought my coffee. Natasha did a great job soaking my feet and giving me the shellac pedi. My nails turned out beautiful! This salon has gone downhill. I was shown to a super dirty station, with either heel or acrylic shavings all over the floor around the chair, and the chair was dirty as well. The water had an oily film and I made the tech drain and clean the reservoir. I don't want to get a nail fungus! I had to wait forever for the techs to clean the area and it was very hit or miss. I doubt most of the girls that are straight from Vietnam are even licensed or formally trained! I am old enough to remember when nail and beauty shops were pristine! read more

Nice place, good service, reasonable prices. They have a beautiful shop with great equipment. They add many special touches to add to the experience. They offer you an adult beverage, which was delicious. They put orange slices in the foot tub. They give you a neck warmer, and of course they have that candy bar. So I never leave a bad yelp review but this one I only gave three stars due to how my nails look. First with the pro's the customer service there was good everyone was nice and everything was clean. But my nails on the other hand is not so great I got a manicure with polish and it's only been one day and my cuticles look horrible peeling... the way the tech painted my nails looks like it a week grown out and already chipped the same night I had it done. I look forward to getting my nails/toes done since I splurge only every other month. We (my daughter) and I had an appointment for over a week. I sat there with my feet in hot water which became colder as 45 minutes went by and watched my daughter get her pedicure.... I got mad and started drying off my feet (wrinkled now) and told her I was done...then the girl next to us got finished and I thought maybe it was my turn...but...no. She went to ANOTHER client saying "they had an appointment" SO DID I....45 min ago! Then another tech came over to do my pedicure and seriously rushed through it...clipped my toe with the trimmer tool and rushed the massage. It was getting close to the end of the day so naturally they rushed to get me done...it will be sometime before I return. They apologized over and over but I still feel overlooked. Normally the place/people are super attentive and nice...they said they were "short staffed"...if it gets busier after 5 when people get off work...bring in more techs. read more

First time trying this nail place on Friday, 3/17. It was a little bit of a wait even with the weather being so cold and rainy. No one was there to greet us until about 3-5mins later, very sweet lady. Very limited powder set colors so be aware. Did not mention any pricing to us until after we were done with the services. Went with my sister who received a acrylic tip full set, which charged her 70 bucks, I get the French Nail style, but charging for a round shape was pretty baffling, so please ask for pricing if you go here. The guy who did my nails was good, he tried to change my mind to get a different shape, my powder full set was $50 which is probably the most I paid and I got square shape! I usually get the square shape at any new salon, just to test them out. Overall, I give them 3 1/2, very clean, huge inside, but offered water but didn't have any, didn't ask if it was our first time, didn't mention any pricing, try to get me to pay more by trying to change my shape. Its in a nice plaza with food places and a hair salon! So you'll have plenty to do. read more

After reading reviews, I went in knowing it was going to be a little bit more expensive than the usual place I go but I was in a bind and figured I would take the risk! I went in wanting the white ombre french tips. The person doing it tried her best but couldn't quite get it down so we settled on just regular dip french tips. They looked really good, and after finding out that I was being charged $60 was a little shocking but I like them. So I figured I just wouldn't go back because of the price, but no real complaints. Well two days later one nail broke off and I also started noticing that there were bumps one a few other nails. So I went in asking if they could fix it and after they looked at it and decided it wasn't a good job they asked me if I just wanted to redo them all! So I said yes of course, and I was thrilled that they ask that! So I chose a color instead because I was kind of having second thoughts about the french tips! I love the color and I love the shape, everything was great and of course they didn't charge me! Well 3 days later it's already cracked and I've also noticed on my thumb there is a rough patch, not sure if it smeared before it dried or something, but either way it's not that big of a deal since of course they didn't charge me but I would like to go back and get them to fix the cracked nail. For $60 I would assume that the nails would last a little bit longer than just a few days. I'm not rough on my nails and maybe it's just a coincidence, but two times in a row is a little much. Everyone was really nice and they have great customer service, but I'm just not sure that the product is worth $60. My regular nail salon charges $40 and those suckers lasted a month. Update: It's been 5 days and I have three cracked nails. No good. Bumped down the rating to 2 stars, and that's just for the costumer service. Bummer... read more

This was my worst experience in a nail salon ever! My nail tech was incredibly rude. She spent the entire service taking personal calls and was unresponsive to everything I asked. I asked for an accent ring finger nail color,but she forgot and refused to correct it. She said I could get it next time. I got the new dip nail technique and was quoted $45 for my first set but was charged $50. She claimed I got a custom nail shape even though I just got standard square nails. My nails came out lumpy. Every time she messed up she got mad and told me to be careful even though I hadn't moved. I will never be returning. Beware of this location! read more

I had recently switched to this nail spa because it is very close to my work and they have a lot of color options. However, I went on a Friday evening around 6 PM on November 17, and the same night, the shellac on one of my nails peeled off. I went the next morning to ask them to repaint that single nail, and they sat me at a station for 15 minutes without anyone ever coming to fix the single nail, which would've only taken about three minutes of paint and curing time. Meanwhile, they repeatedly took new customers to other stations to begin their nail services (including small children). Because I spent $185 the night before on my nails, I expected them to be willing to fix the shellac on my single nail quickly without a long wait, but they were much too interested in new business then maintaining customers. I don't expect to use this nail salon in the future based on my most recent experience. Very disappointed in the service and lack of focus on maintaining customers. read more

The bowl had rose petals and oranges- it was so pretty! First, she asked which type of pedicure I would like then which scrub. Christy did my Halloween nails and they are so good!! The atmosphere is also just so much nicer than any other nail salon I've been too. They they have several free drinks to choose from (try the poinsetta!), they bring you a neck warmer, and the water for your pedicure has orange slices and flowers.
