On the day of the service, I received a text with an ETA (which was very accurate down to the minute). Sam and Sal showed up, and completed the service for 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and staircase in 50 minutes. I was impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful they both were. These two definitely know their stuff and were able to get a couple of stains out that I didn't have any hope for. To top it all off, I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. Jeff and Tammy are both so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and it shows. Jeff took the time to explain what sets them apart and the process of dry cleaning, which I appreciated. Sure enough, after researching other companies, I found that he was absolutely right: everyone else uses a steaming method. My partner and I asked for carpet cleaning as well as kitchen tile cleaning, and we were absolutely floored (pun intended) with the results. We have four dogs.. all of whom have had several accidents in the house. The carpet looked amazing and the tile looked cleaner than it had been, probably even before we bought the house. The grout was a COMPLETELY different color... I was stunned with their pricing as well. I was fully prepared to pay a pretty penny, but instead found them to be very affordable. Absolutely worth every penny and we will absolutely be using them in the future! Of course I forgot to take photos of the carpet, but I have some of the kitchen tile while being cleaned and after. Scheduling was very quick - even with a 3 day rush request (from me), service was available within 2 days meeting my needs. They were able to accommodate my time and sent someone out (Jaeger - professional, quick and super helpful throughout) Cleaning my entire home took around 3 hours and results after were amazing - not sopping wet, the look was like day and night (after about 10 years of no professional cleaning) and the feel of my carpet on my feet was amazing. The hoses and machines were fairly quiet for the job - it didn't trigger my 1 year old pup and the lines were all wrapped around protective barriers to avoid damaging any of my walls or furniture. Even dribbles of water from cleaning the hose were quickly cleaned by Jaeger. They save measurements for your home per room so future cleaning will be quicker. Highly recommend their service - worth every penny.

The work was as good or better than any carpet cleaning service I've ever had, with very reasonable pricing. His general attitude is terrific. And the end product, amazing! It's a bit disgusting to see how dirty things were but our couch is white again, and our carpets are several shades lighter! I really wanted to love this company based on their 5-star reviews, and we had high hopes since we…read morehired them for some extra help postpartum with a newborn at home. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and came the very next day, which I appreciated. The arrival window was 12-1pm, but they showed up closer to 1:45. I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.
