Round Two - Came home after a weekend away with a flooded first floor, faulty toilet. Sunday night, late, turned off water and called Citrus Fresh. They were at my house in 30 minutes, put blowers out immediately. LONG story short, they minimized my damage, kept mold away, removed drywall and baseboards, etc. The icing on the cake....I thought their work would be done at that point and my challenge would really begin to make everything look good again. My HERO!!! They replaced drywall, matched new molding, matched paint....did it all!!!! Best part, done in less than a week and they were never disruptive to our home, schedule or life. Owner is super nice and talked me through everything. From the moment I made phone call to the moment they finished, I spent less than 30 minutes dealing with this whole mess.....THANK YOU!
Round One - In a nutshell - they are professional, timely, friendly, honest, priced fairly and understand how to give good customer service.
Here are the details - Moved into a fantastic big home and after tons of workers and movers, as careful as they were, tracked through my house for a month, my floors took a beating and I wanted a deep and thorough cleaning getting into absolutely every nook and cranny.
I was referred to Citrus Fresh by a friend who had used them and so had all of her friends. The owner was at my home within two hours of my call (no extra charge added to bill for that speedy service). He explained their service, the use of safe child and pet friendly products and answered all of my questions with information that was logical and no-nonsense. There was no ridiculous up-selling or wasting of my time. I expected since this was not an emergency situation for me, flood, mold etc., and for them this is what I considered a small job, that it would take weeks to get scheduled. Instead it was all about me and when it would be convenient for me. They were in my home the next morning, I had thousands of sq. ft. of tile cleaned (furniture moved by them and put back) in just a couple of hours. It cost 1/3 of what I thought it would cost (plan on getting this done twice a year), did not waste any of my valuable time and I was treated like a good-ole fashion customer, where the service was all about my needs and not theirs!
Here is the best part, I can't describe the smell of my house after they left except to say it just smelled like really fresh air. My floors looked model home perfect and for the first time since we moved to our new home, I finally felt like the floors were mine and not someone else's.
Since then, I have referred them to friends, one who had a really big flood emergency, and have always only heard good things back. So needless to say, they are consistent. read more
