The potatoes are over seasoned, extremely salty, and the potatoes that same came back out were still not properly cooked. For this to be a new restaurant, they need to better train the cooks. So very nice to have such a quality venue on the south side of town. Having been an event planner for many years, I know what to look (or look out for) in a venue. I assisted my friend with her daughter's wedding at Alexander House last weekend. Aaron and Sheena were very flexible and professional. My friends were at ease with the process from the very beginning of the planning, thanks to Aaron's calming demeanor. Everything was delivered as promised...with a smile. The hard-working staff never stopped smiling and were very professional and easy to work with. This is not a cookie cutter, you must do it our way venue. Very refreshing for south of I-285! The facility is very clean and well organized. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The food was very good for a wedding buffet and there was plenty. It's two stalls and two sinks. The non-handicap/ADA stall is tiny. I'm like a medium-sized woman who is 5'7 and even I was like yikes. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again.
