This review is for the repair shop on Katella. It appears their yelp account no longer exists. This repair service center is the epitome of incompetence. Despite being recommended by AAA and conveniently located near my home, this place is incompetent. My car sat in their shop for a month. Upon retrieval, as I opened my car door for inspection, the lady said "We gave you a deep cleaned", only to find dust and sticky residue on the driver and passengers seats, and a burning hot dome light left on!! I started to raise my doubts about the quality of their work. Furthermore, they failed to install my front license plate after replacing the bumper, and I was left waiting for them to drill the holes into the bumper leading to additional delays . As I turned on the engine, the low tire pressure lit up and I called one of the workers and was told the sign means low in gas! Wtf! He took the car for a drive and the light turned off. Despite my frustrations, they only offered apologies and superficial touch-ups. Since the day I drove off the lot, the low tire sensor kept flashing on and off. I got it check out and tire pressure was fine. I knew they must have F up my sensor but I decided to let it go anyways and not wanting to deal with this crappy service. If I were to return, they could make it worst for my car. Now, my tire pressure sensor seems to be malfunctioning, and this morning even my recently replaced left side mirror is defective! The mirror cannot be adjusted up or down and only left or right! My 2023 SUV is brand new, yet I suspect that the repair service is substituting cheap parts instead of using the factory ones. Whatever it is, I wanted to let go but I must return soon to fix the side mirror. This project was over $6k+ and I cross my fingers praying that they could at least fix the mirror so I won't have to ever see this lack of competence place ever again in my damn life. Finally picked up my vehicle after 4 months! My vehicle was involved in a 3 vehicle collision, insurance recommended this place since they guarantee their work but my experience was not good. I made constant follow up emails, their excuses, COVID, COVID, COVID delays. Perhaps part of it. But once all the parts were in I still experienced lack of communication, quality control took over two weeks. They even changed the color of my vehicle to a big more darker color. Repairs were over 17k, not sure why they wouldn't total it to begin with. Would have a brand new vehicle now. Perhaps this place has their own agreement and it's a win win for them, but not for the consumers. Last week I received a general email from their admin to allow her more time to keep up with the 85 vehicle updates, that's a whole lot of cars. No wonder they take months to finish a vehicle. Oh WOW, where do I begin with this gem of a body shop!!!! I now understand why BMW North America refers its customers to this body shop for all repairs. The day I walked in to this shop I was immediately greeted with kindness and a warm welcome. None of my questions or concerns went unanswered or seemed burdensome. "Eric" the shop manager was AWESOME, and really made me feel at ease that I was leaving my vehicle in good hands. He even set up my rental car and handled EVERYTHING with my insurance! I was treated like absolute royalty from start to finish! Even more impressive is that I was given a timeframe of two weeks for repair, but it was completed in under that time in 12 days! I was so nervous to see my beloved vehicle, however, when I was respectfully escorted to my vehicle by Eric and his sweet and professional assistant, I could not believe my eyes! Highly recommend this place. Victor is awesome, always greets folks with a smile and overall this brother trio is brilliant, immensely professional and supportive. They not only do an excellent job, but also deliver on time. What caught my attention is that they are Tesla certified, and soon saw their commitment to their craft and mission as they are certified by multiple auto manufacturers. They have a gorgeous and fun selection of exotic cars including Rolls Royce, Lambo and Ferrari. Unfortunately, can't say that about an unscrupulous body shop I last used in Cypress that purposefully damaged my radiator and lies, swindles and cheats folks. I was recommended to this shop from my mechanics (Automotive Excellance) after I was rear ended. The insurance was a nightmare, but Omar, Oscar and Eileen (Irene? sorry I'm so bad at names) were all so kind and understanding and were able to handle all that and put my mind at ease. I received multiple estimates from shops all over Orange County, but when I came here - Omar greeted me and was so helpful. He explained to me the whole process of what they would have to get do to get my car back to pre accident conditions, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. My Model 3 was in an accident and this shop was one of the few certified Tesla approved facilities available. Other shops were over capacity so I was left to take it here as they were willing to take it in. Unfortunately the car was declared a total loss after spending 2 weeks in their lot. They claimed that they didn't have people available to tear down the car. Well after the determination of a total loss, this collision center charged $4000 of storage fees. Be reminded it was because they were too busy for the assessment. Straight up crooks in my opinion. Take your repairs elsewhere if you don't want to be ripped off. read more

My Ford Explorer was hit so I went to the dealership but they didn't have a body repair department. They told me they take their cars to City Collusion in Stanton. I went in and was able to get an estimate the same day which was great! Connected them with the insurance and was able to drop off my vehicle for repairs within the week. The receptionist Veronica was amazingly helpful and courteous providing me with an update on my vehicle twice a week. Avoid coming to this place if you can help it. I got my Honda repaired here after some guy in a Jeep backed into my car. The trunk to be exact. Once the insurance company approved the payment for repairs I yelped and googled around and stumbled upon this place. I read the reviews and noticed the 4 star rating so I figured I'd take it here. Once they repaired my trunk, I noticed some blemishes and blotches of silver spray that didn't match the car's factory paint. I pointed that out to them and they took it in to work on it for another day. Got it back and it looked better. So fast forward 2 years and now I can see some obvious blemishes. The paint looks really dull, and you can see the deep grooves where the techs sand with sandpaper. See photos. Again, avoid the place if you can. Don't let the 4/5 star rating fool you! read more

My dads car was totaled!! I was recommended to a gentleman by the name of Jaime. (The guy is ALWAYS updating you on the process which I thought was GREAT!!) We took my dads 2016 blue covic there. I believe he was a supervisor there (Julian was his name) looked more like a leader than a boss!! I have never been so pleased with a collision repair shop BUT if anyone needs a professional spot . Where your pockets won't be ripped off and you will be treated like royalty! I definitely suggest you come here. I would ask for Jaime or Julian This staff working here is pretty close to my defect and that's not reaching. Especially when we live in a world full of frauds. After brining my vehicle here to be fixed after incurring bumper, headlight, hood, and headlamp damage in September I was displeased to realize that the cosmetic work was not fully completed once the vehicle was returned to me. I was advised that the paint scratch that was missed would be covered under their lifetime warranty three weeks ago and I am still waiting to have the job completed. There has been no sense of communication on their end and I've had to follow up with them on several occasions to make progress on this matter. I will not recommend them or bring back my business here in the future due to this experience. read more

This place has bad communication between the auto insurance and themselves and not only that but the owner himself couldn't call me back to talk about an issue he had my advisor do it really shows you care about the customer and customer service. I took my car here to get the bumper fixed after a collision and get a new backup camera as well. I told them before had that the model of my camera was no longer being sold due to the fact that raxiom was coming out with a better version and they stop producing the one I had. He tells me they have a guy that might have a camera like mine or maybe even the same one I told okay. Later on he calls back saying they found a match something similar to my camera without my APPROVAL!! and they had already installed and my car was ready for pick up. As I picked up my car I didn't have time to look it over due to work but when I looked it over they don't really take care of your vehicle as if it's there. The bumper wasn't on correctly it was pushing from the left side I saw a lot of scratches on the bumper for being "brand new" my exhaust tips were scratched from the top as well probably from trying to fit the bumper when they couldn't do it correctly the first time. Then the back up camera doesn't look straight it's pointing more towards the right there's a function in my system I can't use with the camera they installed due to the fact that my system was all in one navigation system and back up camera which I told them more than once! Right off the bat the following day I told them I didn't want the camera it wasn't allowing me to use a function on my navigation system due to the camera I didn't pay 650 for my system to not be able to use all the functions while that back up camera cost 260!! Why would I want that?I asked for them to give me a refund due to a lot of reasons also because the insurance had already paid them for camera which I never approved of to start with! But now they want me to fork more money on a system I want! And they will install it for me! Not only I'm I unhappy with the camera but now I have to pay more money for a system that I want just for them to hustle fuck no! I would have that money if you guys gave me my fucken refund for the camera which I'd gladly return it and be without one instead of paying 260 bucks for a camera I'm unhappy with. On that note the funny thing to is on my final paper work it says the camera cost 310 final coat with labor will they charged up the insurance 350 don't get how that work? But I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody they have bad communication with you and the insurance not once did they ask what would you like? They just want to make a quick buck for themselves and whatever benefits them to make their money. And the owner of this place Gary I'm still waiting on that call to make things right hopefully but I guess he doesn't give a shit about his customers I highly don't recommend this place This is an update to the review I had previously wrote to get to the point the owner finally gave me a call his name is Gary for him being the owner and not calling me back his pathetic excuses was "he was to busy" to call me back nice way to treat your customers! They couldn't get it the first time nor the second time right! Ask me to bring it back but I have no trust because there sloppy workers left a razor blade where my spare was probably when they were installing the camera. First of all I could have cut my hand and end up in the hospital two if my tire would of popped and the razor blade cut my spare I wouldn't have a replacement and I would have to buy one! Bottom line the owner is trash nice way talking to your customers and the workers are sloppy leaving their shit behind and not doing it thanks KEN GRODY for the recommendation you need a fucken new one!!! Don't recommend that shitty ass auto shop to anybody! TESLA OWNERS pleeeease AVOID CITY COLLISION CENTER!! review is strictly for City Collision Center, not Tesla. They messed up scheduling. City Collision has good customer service; they send email updates. HOWEVER, they are NOT diligent about timing. they "forgot" to order parts on time, they "didn't know" schedule with Tesla will not be next day. This delay happens multiple times from parts ordering to QC appointments. Apparently they either don't really have good relationships with Tesla or they just can't get the schedule right. If you don't want your car to sit at the shop for additional 3 weeks, PLEASE don't go to city Collision Center. read more

Honestly I got lost and pulled up to place. I had stopped by 2 other body shops for estimates on the scratches on my Jeep Wrangler. They said it would cost 300 because they had to repaint the whole door and the same with other scratches on other side. So I left to seek other options. When I got to City Collision Center I walked in and was greeted immediately by Omar. The other men sitting there did say hi. Omar said he would come out and look at my Jeep. I couldn't of had a better 1st experience with City Collision today. My Chevy dealership highly recommended them and told me to ask for Angel because he would treat me like family. He did exactly that. He met me the second I pulled up, took pictures, explained what needed to be done and got me a quote within minutes. He was upfront and honest and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. He then had me pull up where Guillermo came out to buff out all the damage and touch up the small scratches. Lets start with their so called " QC" Quality Control. when I got the car back the right side fender camera wasn't working at all. They didn't even brother to check over their own works to see if it completed to give it up to the owner. I came back to have them replace a brand new camera. They replaced two new camera. Came the next few day I notice there was a gap between the camera and the fender. I opened the left side and to found out there was a big paint scratch marks and the camera plug was broken. Brought it back to them to have them fix it but they didn't even fix the camera or the gap. What they did is the shaved the clips and use zip tie to attach the wires and put it back on to the fender for both side with the zip tie. Honestly DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO FIX!
